In this work, a nanopowder of seed extract clove was prepared in a simple loaded ionic gelation method using several enhancements to prevent particle aggregation as a surfactant to chitosan solutions [Tween 80: 0.5% (v/v)]. The clove seed extract was loaded on polymeric chitosan under a vortex until complete added the quantity. Chitosan Tripolyphosphate (TPP) solution in the ratio (2:1v/v) at room temperature under magnetic stirring was added dropwise using a syringe. The result was characterized by FTIR, SEM, and TEM almost nanorod in shape and the range of size 50 nm-1µm. It is used in agricultural products, biomedical, cosmetics, improving the hardness of dental fillings, a natural analgesic, antibiotic, etc.

This research study documents a critical role of human resources (HR) vigilance of private colleges in proper adoption of Porter's Five Forces Model. A research problem presented that there is a threatening gap of knowledge in affecting managers' skills to apply Porter's Force model of strategic management towards colleges' competitiveness. This issue is a serious matter for various organizations to adopt proper application of Porter's Force model due to limited awareness. In trying to cope with this research problem, this research study introduces variables such as HR vigilance, managerial coaching, strategic planning team meetings and attractive incentives paying to private colleges to verify the importance of those variables. The solution of this research is expected to give the directions for those organizations towards overcoming their research problem and attain their desires on the dragon variables. The questionnaire was developed based on established standards in the field and underwent rigorous validity and reliability testing to ensure it accurately aligns with the research objectives. The educational sector served as the field of application, with the research population comprising administrative staff in a sample of private colleges in Baghdad (n = 218). This sample size allows for robust statistical analysis and generalizable findings. Data entry and analysis were conducted using the widely recognized statistical software SPSS (version 20). The results confirmed the research hypotheses, providing a strong foundation for the recommendations presented. These recommendations urge the investigated organizations to actively analyze the experiences of successful organizations regarding the studied variables. This knowledge transfer aims to enhance administrative leaders' understanding of Porter's model and its application within the private college context. By fostering a culture of HR vigilance and strategic management understanding, private colleges can ultimately elevate their performance and achieve a competitive advantage

This paper presents a practical study of a mixture of cast iron, Ti-6Al-4V alloy turning flakes, and pure iron powder as a hard coating layer to improve the surface properties of structural steel. A TIG welding machine was used as the heat source to deposit the cladding metal onto the substrate surface. The process parameters for the cladding process were (100 A) and (9, 10, 11 L/min), representing the current and gas flow rate, respectively. Optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer, Vickers hardness test, and Pin on disc tribometer used to investigate the microstructure, phase composition, microhardness, and wear resistance. The results show that the cladding layers consist of FCC and BCC phases, with a small amount of other unknown phases. They also show that samples prepared under a wide range of gas flow rates have a high hardness, approximately two times that of the substrate. wear test results show that the wear rates of samples prepared under a high range of gas flow rates were 1.5 times less than the substrate

The study of the aerodynamic properties of wings is considered one of the most prominent topics in the field of aircraft manufacturing in general and drones in particular. This research focuses on studying the aerodynamic properties of an unmanned aerial vehicle wing with a streamlined aerodynamic section that falls under the NACA 0012 classification. The wing is made of aluminium, with dimensions of 30 x 30 cm. It was tested at angles of attack (0, 5, 10, 15, 18 degrees) and at speed values of 12, 15, 18, 21, and 23 metres per second to determine the aerodynamic features of the test section. This test was done through a subsonic tunnel. These parameters are crucial in understanding how a wing behaves under different flight conditions. One of the most prominent results reached in this research is the increase in drag forces when the angle of attack and wind speed increase. The maximum value obtained is 9.6 Newtons at an angle of attack of 18 degrees and a wind speed of 23 m/s. The maximum lift factor was 0.1856 at an angle of attack of 15 degrees and an average wind speed of 21 m/s.

Polyphenolic compounds (PC) are among the most abundant secondary metabolites in nature. They are widely distributed in the world and can be found in fruits, cereals, tea, coffee, and beverages. Polyphenols can act as antioxidants, mainly due to the electron-donating phenolic groups in their structures. The antioxidant function of polyphenols in the prevention of oxidative stress-related cellular and extracellular damage, Polyphenols provide a variety of functions, including antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-angiogenic, and anti-tumor. The current work aims to needed to fully understand the mechanisms and benefits of polyphenols in various health conditions. Polyphenolic compounds abridge a wide diversity of compounds that are vastly distributed in fruits cereals and beverages. They play important roles in human health, mainly the consumption of food rich in PC is related with many human health benefits, mostly due to the antioxidant activity
