This paper presents, the design and implementation of fast ambulatory system for cardiac patients by using global system mobile (GSM) network and Electrocardiography (ECG) signal. The early detecting of critical case in the heart performance gave enough time to help the patient with heart disease. Depending on the filter response and ECG band limited signal, the proposed system generate voice alarms to the monitor when the time band of the QRS complex wave in the ECG signal is exceeded the standards duration which indicate that the patients in dangerous condition and arrhythmia may be founded. The FIR filter response analyzed the distorted ECG signal and produce an alarm which will be send by GSM transmitter to the nurse or doctor mobile phone reciever at monitor center when the ECG frequency band jumb over natural frequency and high risk of cardiac patients. The low pass FIR filter performance using kaiser window permit to pass only the natural band otherwise send emergency alarms via GSM mobile phone. Results shows and efficient and hilight observation with each case recording by FDA tool in MATLAB.

Piroxicam is one of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which is widely used in treating rheumatic disorders. The current study aimed to detect the deleterious effect of piroxicam pertaining to the chronic administration in male albino mice Mus musculus.A total number of (64) adult male albino mice were utilized in this study, they were randomly distributed into four main groups, the first three groups were orally treated with concentrations (50,100,150) mg/kg of piroxicam respectively, the forth group considered as control group were orally treated with distilled water for eight weeks, kidney samples were collected every two weeks for the histological study. This study recorded the presence of histopathological changes in the kidney of the treated mice with the concentration (50) mg/kg represented by hemorrhage, vascular congestion, calcium casts formation inside the lumens of renal tubules, while the groups treated with (100)mg/kg of the drug showed a fibrin deposition inside renal tubular lumens, infiltration of inflammatory cells, cytoplasmic vacuolation in the epithelial cells of the renal tubules and sloughing epithelium of renal tubules. The histological examination of mice kidneys treated with (150) mg/kg showed the appearance of hyalinization, shrinkage and complete loss of glomeruli, pyknosis of nuclei as well as the presence of oedema, in addition there were a remarkable decrease in the glycogen and protein contents of cells. The statistical results of the present study revealed a significant differences (P<0.05) in the mean diameters of renal glomeruli for all concentrations of the experiment for the period of eight weeks also there were significant decrease in the mean diameters of proximal convoluted tubules in the period of four weeks of the treated animals with concentrations (100 and 150) mg/kg as compared with control group. While the diameter of distal convoluted tubules showed a significant decrease with the concentrations (100 and 150)mg/kg for the periods six and eight weeks as compared with control group. It is clear from this study that piroxicam has drastic toxic effects on kidney tissue as represented by the observed histopathological changes.

The work presented in this paper concerned with the design of a new remote monitoring system for patients in An intensive care unit (ICU) , which can be used to read the medical signs such as (heart rate, temperature value and oxygen saturation percentage) from the patient's body beside checking the pacemaker device and send the values to the remote area. The proposed system deals with the patient vital signs as an input to send them to a computer in the nursing room by a transmitter-receiver system which composed of two Arduino kits connected with Bluetooth devices. The signal received by computer is processed and if there is an abnormal condition a message will be send to doctor mobile through Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). The mechanism of the system is to send the medical signs to doctors in a remote area. Tإhe computer sends these values to doctor's mobile. Finally, visual basic language was used to implement the frame work of the system.

Current study was done to investigate ocular toxoplasmosis that caused by Toxoplasma gondii parasite in blood samples of patients that reviewers to retina unit in Ibn- al Haitham teaching Eye hospital in Baghdad , using real-time PCR technique. Initially the disease was diagnosed by ELISA method using specific IgG and IgM antibodies for T. gondii. According to its positive results the studied groups were divided to ocular toxoplasmosis group that contain 42 patients, their proportion 84%, 14 patients in positive uveitis group in 31.1% percentage and control group recorded 35 positive case for infection with T. gondii in 41.7% percentage this group named as Asymptomatic toxoplasmosis group with significant differences (p<0.01) between the three groups. The highest mean of IgG recorded in ocular toxoplasmosis group 1.661 ± 0.187 IU/ml and also for IgM 1.922 ± 0.510 IU/ml. when Real-time PCR applied 14 positive results in ocular toxoplasmosis group were registered with 33.3 percentage against 7 positive results only for uveitis and Asymptomatic toxoplasmosis groups with rates 50% and 20% respectively without any significant differences , this test was successes in diagnosing of T.gondii parasite in different groups, although most infections were chronic with low rates in comparison with ELISA technique that recorded high rates of positive diagnosis of infection.

This paper produces and investigates the steganography technique of information hiding in communication system by using other information to provide major security. Nowadays, the security in the information transferring plays a vital role due to data protection importance. Therefore, the traditional techniques by using invisible ink or hidden tattoos need to developed and compensate under digital processing. Hence, Red (R), Green (G) and Blue (B) plans (RGB) approach is activated to improve the proposed scheme. By this technique, the text message converted to binary code as first stage. Then, the binary code is arranged as an image and converted to (YIQ) model as second stage. The final stage is to save the picture and converted to color image to minimize the distortion. Results show high Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and minimum Mean Square Error (MSE) in the extracted picture. The suggested algorithm is a promising technique to enhance the current and future communication security and open new widow to develop this issue.

Multi-carrier code-division multiple access (MC-CDMA) is anextensively known transmission technique for high speed data communication. In MC-CDMA, transmission is performed in parallel on various frequencies. This technique is widely sought after for the transmission of digital data via the media offadding channels. This paper showcases original contribution to the field of “peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR)” reductioneffect by using “Multiwavelet Critical-Sampling Transform (DMWCST)” in the developmental “MC-CDMA systems”. In this study, primarily oriented towards the selected mapping techniques and phase modification was used. As well showcase how selected mapping with phase modification can be applied to mitigate PAPR since they are signal distortionless and their complexity is lesser compared to other techniques.

Electron accelerator is considered as an important tool in cancer radio-therapy and it providing unique choice in treatment of superficial tumor. In this paper, the mass stopping power of electrons has been calculated in biomedical human substances such as bones, soft-tissues and water with energy range of (10 keV-1000 MeV)using two methods. The first methodis done by calculating the energy loss of electrons in the tissue as one compound. The second method is by calculating the collision energy loss of electrons for each element of the compositions of bone, soft-tissue and water, and then calculates the collision energy loss of the tissue, where the tissue was considered to be made up of thin layers of pure elements (H, C, N, O, Na, Mg, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Fe and Zn). The present results of the mass stopping power (dE/dX) for bone, tissue(soft) and waterwere compared for the two methods with the standard published results (ESTAR PROGRAM). The results are found in excellent agreement with the standard published data, where the error doesn’t exceeds 0.3% when the first method was used. But it was found that the error is high when the second method is used. Therefore, werecommended using the first method and treating the tissue as one compound instead of it is composed of thin layers of pure elements.

The present study was conducted to investigate effect of prey type on the relationship between age of females of Macrocyclopsalbidus and reproductive performance, which included each of mean number of nauplii, age at first brood, and age at first clutch. Results revealed that the correlation coefficient between the age at first brood and clutch and age of females fed on Artemia was significant P <0.05, being 0.65 and 0.81 respectively, while the correlations were not significant P>0.05 in females fed on mosquito larvae (Culexquinquefasciatus) and Parameciumnauplii. It was also found that the correlation coefficients between mean number of the nauplii and longevity in M. albidus were significant P<0.05 whereas, the correlations were not significant P>0.05 in the females fed on mosquito larvae. In view of our results, the mosquito larvae could be considered the best prey for the females of the M. albidus compared with the two type of preys (Artemia and Paramecium)as the correlation was negative and significant P<0.01 between the mean number of nauplii and the age of the M. albidus female, which means that the increasing of the number of nauplii is associated with decreasing in female age, while the correlation was negative and not significant P>0.05 between number of nauplii and the age of females fed on mosquito larvae which indicate that the persistency of females represented by the mean number of nauplii/clutch is higher than the two mentioned preys types and that will increase its opportunity to success during the application of the biological control programs of mosquito.

The experiment was carried out to study the toxic effect of the herbicide Gold Topik (80EC) on survival and behavior of mosquito fish Gambusia holbrooki . The mean lethal concentration (LC50) and differences between concentrations were determined during 24 hrs exposure and been measured using ANOVA methods at significant level (P<0.005). Ascending concentrations of Gold Topik (80EC) (7.7 ,8.7 ,9.7 ,10.7 ,11.7 ,12.7 ,13.7 ,14.7 mg/l) were used to determine. The value of LC50 was 11.7 mg/l. The mortality rate was increased with increasing the concentrations. Results of present study showed some abnormal behaviors including erratic and irregular swimming , decrease the feeding intensity , in addition to loss balance and increase the movements of operculum ,these symptoms lead to death of fish.

Field experimental was conducted during the season of growth (2014-2015) in one of the field Quratu sub district/ Khanakin/ Diyala province aiming to determine the influence of the interaction between both hydrogen peroxide and vitamin C on some enzymatic and non enzymatic antioxidant of two cultivars of barley ( Hordeum vulgare L. The results showed the increasing of hydrogen peroxide concentration from (zero to 10%) and also increase of vitamin C concentration from (zero to 150) mg/ L caused significance increase in non enzymatic antioxidant proline and vitamin C also increased to the function of enzymatic antioxidant CAT and POD for the both cultivars of barley especially at 100 mg/ L vitamin C and 10% hydrogen peroxidase compared with zero concentration (control).

Leaves of Adhatoda vasica (Family: Acanthaceae) was collectedfrom gardens of University of Baghdad, Jadreia, Baghdad, Iraq. The extraction was done by using solvents of varied polarity. Preliminary photochemical investigations were carried out of the extracts obtained from leaves of A. vasica. Presence of tannins, terpenes, alkaloids, resins, glycosides, carbohydrates was detected by several tests. Agar well diffusion done to obtained the anti-bacterial activity. Methanolic extract of leaves has anti-bacteria activity against gram negative bacteria (Pseudomonas and E.coli) and gram negative bacteria (Staphylococcus , B. pumilus). Alkoholic extract showed pesticides activity against insects (Ommatissus binotatus ).

Current study included important anatomical sites for ten taxa of the family Amaranthaceae. It was covered the anatomical characters of the stems epidermis and the characters of stomatal complex, so the indumentum. The taxa are Alternathera sessilis (L) R. Br. ex De C. Amaranthus albus L, A. caudatus L, A. retroflexu L., A. spinosis L., A. viridis L.,Celosia argentea L.,C. cristata L., Gompharena globosa L., Irisene herbistii Hook.ex Lindl. The results of this study showed that the anatomical characters of the stems epidermis and the indumentum covering different parts of the plant have an important anatomical characters such as the cell wall shape of ordinary epidermal cells also the shape and type of stomata, their presence in some taxa and abscent in others. The hairs also differentiated by their shapes and them types, either they glandular or eglandular also they are different in distribution between the different taxa or in the some taxon.

This research studies how to build a dynamic system for forecasting the electrical demand in Baghdad city by comparing between statistical methods in time series analysis such as Seasonal Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average model (SARIMA),Transfer Function Model with single input-single (TFM-SISO) output to analyze the data for their dynamic structure and Data Mining techniques in prediction in Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) such as MLP-NN With Sliding Windows Model and the Non-Linear Auto regressive with exogenous inputnetwork (NARX Network) , which studies the dynamic relationship between electricity consumption and its relevant variables exogenous variable such as temperature, the Weekly data from January 2007 to December 2014 for all-electric residences in Baghdad are used for this study. Depending on the automated system that built by using (Visual C#, Matlap(The results showed superiority of the non-linear Auto regressive with exogenous input network (NARX Network)) by using some error criterion .

This research points out that the second half of the twentieth century has characterized by the importance of service industry sponsored by governments and private organization. Service industry became the core point in achieving economic and social development plans. Based on such development, the specialists and researchers emphasized on the importance of transportation means among them the trains as services organized by service organizations. The subject of this research is concerned with the problem of providing better transportation services by train between Baghdad and AL-Basrah cities in Iraq. There is a need to establish additional station between the two cities to facilitate such service for the inhabitants in (4) cities located between the two cities. For this purpose , the median rule was implemented to find out the best location which serve larger number of inhabitants in the area .

Many studies investigated the importance of time budgets on the auditing operation which will be done by the auditor team. This will be affected on the selection of the clients as well as the managers incentives however there are a decreasing on the focusing of the time budgets fulfillment and this needs to investigate the reasons of why the real hours is more than the planning hours.

Serious problems caused by the dust pollution from desertification and some human activities that have a negative impact on human health. It is required to study and determine of falling dust for developing effective treatments. It was measured amounts of falling dust every month on three areas within the center of the province of Babylon (residential, industrial and agricultural areas) and three districts of the province of Babylon (Hashemite، Mahawil and Musayib) during the years 2009-2012. The results showed that the highest amount of dust were observed in center of Babylon province during May of year 2012, April of two years (2011 and 2010) and June of year 2009 with rates 134.30، 166.67، 92.53،122.82 g / m2 / month respectively. While the industrial areas showed the highest ratio of falling dust concentrations through the research years. The Hashemite district on year 2009 and the Mahawil district on years (2011 and 2012) as recorded highest average of falling dust annual concentrations, also the May of 2012 was recorded highest rate of falling dust concentration (148.13 g / m2 / month) on the districts of Babylon province within years of research. In 2012, it was found higher average of falling dust concentrations than the past three years. Therefore, they recommend the following plans of the appropriate and effective solutions that capable to guarantee for treatment achievement of the causes leading to increase levels of dust in the air of Babylon province.

This study aims to measure accumulating equivalent dose to the radiological workers (operator) under inspection cars drivers and then compare with constrains of radiation exposure used by other countries which use these systems as a first step to put the local limitations. The last published version of IAEA (GSR. Part no. 3) in 2011 mentioned that using of these systems are forbidden only after prevented the obtaining the justifications of the regulatory body for each country, knowing that it is a modern practice in the world and until now there are no such limitations in most countries. Some red eye devices have been given to the number of truck drivers of petroleum transport products and instructed them to pass through the scan system with different speeds to measure the accumulating equivalent doses in the truck drivers under inspection, radiological workers, and general people. The results accumulated equivalent doses were compared with theory results of the systems and also with documented results in the operation manual. The results showed that the doses are within the limitations only in the commitment with limitation documented in the operation manual of system.

The research in the terrorist phenomenon (concepts and goals) is an issue which dominated the argument and variation. Surely these terrorist concepts still moving in time and place according to national and regional conciliators, in addition comprehensiveness of terrorist operations, all this formed a danger at the whole national society, so the national responsibilities are limited according to national law and jurisprudence which tried to decide the responsibilities of terrorist supporters in any mean and facility. It is important to work hard to combat terrorist and drying its resources , trying hardly to prevent all terrorist operations at all levels, so all concerned in studying the terrorist phenomenon define it as ( the work of horror among the people, hurt them and risk their lives), due to this definition terrorist must be combat and remove all its reasons by planning a near and far strategies to avoid this terrorist phenomenon, in addition activating the strategies and laws prepared by UN and regional organizations which are concerned in this issue. In the recent years the terrorist activities are expanded, so it demands to work hard and taking procedures to prevent all terrorist operations and defeat the terrorist casks everywhere, because the supporter states cause many damages and harms. This work conflicts with national law rules and requires to punishments according to national law rules because they cause many damages and harms which are legally undesired. It is important to prevent these crimes by the execution of all decisions and resolutions of UN concerned in this issue, or any conditions of national law rules for penalties included coercion which incumbent the states to implement as individual or groups to prevent all these terrorist operations.
