Abstract

Islamic Sharia prohibited the participation of children under the age of puberty in war and the killing of children in war, which is the same matter stipulated by international laws and ordered not to differentiate between children and their families as stated in the Prophet’s Sunnah, which is what it called for.
It is also subject to international laws. Islamic Sharia had the honor of taking precedence in legislation and the honor of application in the actual field. Therefore, we hardly find violations of children's rights during armed conflicts in the prosperous peaceful era.

منعت الشريعة الاسلامية مشاركة الأطفال دون سن البلوغ في الحرب وعن قتل الأطفال في الحرب وهو الأمر نفسه الذي نصت عله القوانين الدولية وأمرت بعدم التفريق بين الأطفال وأسرهم كما ورد في السنة النبوية وهو ما دعت إليه القوانين الدولية كذلك. الشريعة الاسلامية كان لها شرف السبق في التشريع وشرف التطبيق في الميدان الفعلي لذلك لا نكاد نجد انتهاكات لحقوق الأطفال أثناء النزاعات المسلحة في العصر السلامي الزاهر .

The research is based on the rooting that (Arabic grammar) in the origin of its seed and its upbringing in the first stage to its completion was Arabic, and there was no influence on any external influences, especially the Greek ones, represented in the Aristotelian logic, but the influence came to the Aristotelian logic in the next stage of the stage of foundation and completion of construction. The aim of the quasi-Orientalists in their claim that Arabic grammar was influenced in its early inception by Greek grammar and logic is to minimize and reduce all the products of Arab-Islamic civilization.

البحث قائم على تأصيل أنَّ ( النحو العربي ) في أصل بذرته ونشأته في المرحلة الأولى إلى اكتماله كان عربيا, ولم يكن هناك تأثُّر بأي مؤثرات خارجية ولا سيما اليونانية منها والمتمثلة في المنطق الأرسطي، وإنَّما جاء التأثر بالمنطق الأرسطي في المرحلة التالية لمرحلة التأسيس واكتمال البناء. والهدف من شبه المستشرقين في ادعائهم تأثر النحو العربي في أول نشأته بالنحو والمنطق اليونانيين هو تصغير كل نتاجات الحضارة العربية الإسلامية وتحجيمها.
