They are called judicial control officers. They are defined under the provisions of the law Algerian penal procedures with judicial police officers and judicial control agents. Judicial control is reflected in the range of actions taken by judicial police officers and their agents For the purpose of investigating crimes and their perpetrators, gathering the inferences necessary for the investigation and the procedures for investigating the case, who are the persons legally authorized to exercise environmental judicial control? , And what are their tasks in the context of crimes against environmental elements? These tasks have a central role in determining the criminal responsibility of the natural or moral person, through which the follow-up procedures are carried out after the examination of the crimes by moving the public proceedings before the competent courts.
