Abstract

This research investigates the impact of services provided during
the Arbaeen pilgrimage, represented by ten variables: (ambulance
vehicles, medical units, stationary hospitals, mobile hospitals,
machinery, pilgrim transportation buses, waste containers, guest
personnel, available fuel, mobile power stations, and Hussaini
processions). The values of these variables were obtained from
the annual statistical reports of Karbala Center for Studies and
Research. The one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test was
used to determine the effect of these services during the Arbaeen
pilgrimage over five years.
The study found that the provided service variables during the
Arbaeen pilgrimage have a significant impact. Ambulance vehicles
and machinery showed a statistically significant difference,
indicating their effective role in the Arbaeen pilgrimage. Similarly,
government medical units and machinery also showed a significant
difference, indicating their impact during the Arbaeen pilgrimage.
Stationary and mobile hospitals, along with the remaining
variables, all contributed to the impact on the services during the
Arbaeen pilgrimage.
The study recommends the continuation and focus on the
services provided to the visitors during the Arbaeen pilgrimage
to ensure the success of this significant event. Additionally, it
suggests providing a larger number of medical units during the
Arbaeen pilgrimage and paying attention to stationary and mobile
hospitals for their supportive role to the visitors

Abstract

في هذا البحث تمت دراسة تأثير الخدمات المقدمة خلال الزيارة الأربعينية
والممثلة بمجموعة من المتغيرات يبلغ عددها 10 وهي )عدد سيارات الإسعاف،
المفارز الطبية، المستشفيات الثابتة، المتنقلة، الاليات، باصات نقل الزائرين، حاويات
النفايات، الكادر البشري الضيفي، الوقود المتوافر، محطات الطاقة الكهربائية المتنقلة
وأخيرا المواكب الحسينية ( والتي تم اخذ قيمها من النشرات الإحصائية السنوية
لمركز كربلاء للبحوث والدراسات وذلك باستعمال الاختبار المعلمي )تحليل
التباين( باتجاه واحد لمعرفة تأثير تلك الخدمات في الزيارة الأربعينية وقد وجد ان
للمتغيرات الخدمية المقدمة اثناء الزيارة الأربعينية تأثيراً معنوياً خلال السنوات
الخمسة. المتغيران: عجلات الإسعاف والآليات قد سببا الفرق المعنوية اي لها تأثير
فعال في الزيارة الأربعينية المتغيران: المفارز الحكومية الطبية والآليات قد سببا الفرق
المعنوي اي هنالك تأثير لهما في الزيارة الأربعينية المتغير المستشفيات الثابتة والمتنقلة
والمتغيرات الباقية جميعها سبب في التأثير على الخدمات للزيارة الأربعينية.
واوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستمرار والاهتمام بالخدمات المقدمة للزائرين
خلال الزيارة الأربعينية وذلك لإنجاح مراسيم هذه الزيارة العظيمة. وتوفير عدد
أكبر من المفارز الطبية خلال مدة الزيارة الأربعينية. الاهتمام بالمستشفيات الثابتة
والمتنقلة لما لها من الأثر في دعم زائري الزيارة الأربعينية.
تم الاعتماد على بيانات تخص ) 10 ( متغيرات خاصة بالخدمات المقدمة خلال
الزيارة، وهي:
- عدد سيارت الإسعاف
-المفارز الطبية
-والمتنقلة
- الآليات
- باصات نقل الزائرين
-حاويات النفايات
- الملاك البشري الضيفي
-الوقود المتوافر
- محطات الطاقة الكهربائية المتنقلة
-المواكب الحسينية(
والتي اخذت من النشرات الإحصائية السنوية لمركز كربلاء باستعمال
الاختبارات المعلمية وهو اختبار تحليل التباين باتجاه واحد. معنوية الانموذج
الممثل للعلاقة بين المتغيرات كون قيمة Sig . البالغة ) 0.000 ( وهذا يدل على دقة
نموذج تحليل التباين الاحادي للبيانات المدروسة. ان للمتغيرات الخدمية للزيارة
الأربعينية تاثيراً معنوياً وقد سببت الاختلاف في تأثيرها على الزيارة الأربعينية خلال
السنوات الخمسة. المتغيران: عجلات الإسعاف والآليات قد سببت الفرق المعنوية
اي لها تأثير فعال في الزيارة الأربعينية المتغيرين المفارز الحكومية الطبي والآليات قد
سببت الفرق المعنوي اي هنالك تأثير لهما على الزيارة الأربعينية. المتغير: المستشفيات
الثابتة والمتنقلة والمتغيرات الاخرى جميعها سبب في التأثير على الخدمات للزيارة
الأربعينية. واوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالخدمات المقدمة للزائرين خلال
الزيارة الأربعينية وذلك لإنجاح مراسيم هذه الزيارة العظيمة. وتوفير عدد أكبر من

Abstract

The Arbaeen pilgrimage is one of the largest and most
important religious occasions for visitors، whether at the local or
international levels. Therefore، millions of visitors are available
to the Holy Karbala to perform this sacred ritual. This great
revolution carries with it multiple economic and social effects.
On the economic side، this visit works on Providing many job
opportunities as well as the growth of community circles in a
way that preserves unemployment and poverty rates. Despite the
spread of the Corona pandemic and its reflection on economic،
social and health indicators، this did not reduce the importance
and impact of the fortieth visit.
The current research seeks to provide a theoretical framework
on poverty and unemployment rates and an attempt to diagnose
the repercussions of the Corona pandemic on the forty-year visit
and its related economic and social dimension.

تعُد زيارة الأربعين من أكبر المناسبات الدينية وأهمها لدى الزائرين سواء
على الصعيد المحلي أو على الصعيد الدولي، إذ يتوافد الملايين من الزوار إلى كربلاء
المقدسة لأجل اداء هذه الشعيرة المقدسة هذه الثورة الكبيرة تحمل بين طياتها آثار
اقتصادية واجتماعية متعددة، فعلى الجانب الاقتصادي تعمل هذه الزيارة على توفير
العديد من فرص العمل فضلً عن تنامي حلقات المجتمع على النحو الذي يخفض
من معدلات البطالة والفقر فعلى الرغم من انتشار جائحة كورونا وانعكاسها على
المؤشرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والصحية إلى أن ذلك لم يقلل من أهمية وأثر
الزيارة الأربعينية.
يسعى البحث الحالي إلى تقديم أطار نظري عن معدلات الفقر والبطالة ومحاولة
تشخيص تداعيات جائحة كورونا على الزيارة الأربعينية وما يتصل بها من أبعاد
اقتصادية واجتماعية.

Abstract

Muslims from all over the world used to walk to commemorate
the forty days of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), especially
the Iraqis, and men and women do not differ in the forty days, for
women have an active role, from walking to the grave of Imam
Hussein (peace be upon him) and commemorating his fortieth,
because this visit is not the preserve of men only Rather, a woman
has the right to walk to commemorate the Arbaeen visitation with
decency, reverence, and a heart that believes in the House of God
(peace be upon them).
The woman comes on foot towards Karbala to commemorate
the fortieth anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein
(peace be upon him), and the participation of the heroic lady
who had the greatest affliction (Zainab, peace be upon her), in
the commemoration of the spring of the martyrdom of his brother
Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
The Iraqi woman participated in the mourning of Sayyida Zainab
on the martyrdom of his brothers (pbuh), and her institutions
because she was with the Imam (peace be upon him) during the
battle and his martyrdom, and then to memorialize the affliction of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), by walking on foot and
leaving their cities to the holy Karbala to revive Forty-eight
ceremonies and inspired by heroism and true principles, images
of Iraqi women are embodied through respect and sanctification
of these rites and adherence to the principles of the House (peace
be upon them) because they are a light for everyone who wants
to adhere to the religion of God Almighty and His Messenger.
They are the values of faith, freedom, justice and humanity. The
visit that the woman pays is an act of orientation and awareness
to guide people, and the participation of men in all fields of life,
and it is a support for him, like Lady Zainab (peace be upon him).

اعتاد المسلمون من جميع أنحاء العالم، على السير لإحياء أربعينية الإمام
الحسين ، ولاسيما العراقيون، ولا يختلف الرجال والنساء في إحياء الأربعينية،
فللمرأة لها دور فاعل، في السير إلى قبر الإمام الحسين  وإحياء أربعينيته، لأن
هذه الزيارة ليست حكرا فقط للرجل، وإنما المرأة من حقها السير لإحياء الزيارة
الأربعينية باحتشام وخشوع وقلب مؤمن بآل البيت .
تأتي المرأة سيرا على الأقدام نحو كربلاء لإحياء ذكرى استشهاد الإمام
الحسين  الأربعينية، ومشاركة السيدة البطلة صاحبة المصاب الأعظم )زينب ،
في إحياء اربيعينة استشهاد أخيها الإمام الحسين ،
لقد شاركت المرأة العراقية في عزاء السيدة زينب باستشهاد إخوتها ،
ومواساتها لأنها كانت مع الإمام  أثناء المعركة، ومن ثم لكي يستذكرون
مصاب الإمام الحسين ، من خلال السير على الأقدام والخروج من مدنهم إلى
كربلاء المقدسة لإحياء مراسيم الأربعينية واستلهام البطولة والمبادئ الحقة. صور
المرأة العراقية تتجسد من خلال احترام وتقديس هذه الشعائر والتمسك بمبادئ
آل البيت  لأنهم نورا لكل من يريد التمسك بدين الله تعالى ورسوله. وهي قيم
الإيمان والحرية والعدالة والإنسانية، فالزيارة التي تقوم بها المرأة تعد عملا توجيهيا
وتوعويا لإرشاد الناس، ومشاركة الرجل في جميع ميادين الحياة، وإنها سند له أسوة
بالسيدة زينب .

Abstract

This research deals with the biography of the martyrs of the Safar
Intifada in 1977, who organized a peaceful march to commemorate
the fortieth anniversary of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and
to denounce the authority’s decision to ban the visit. The Baath’s
authority was only if it mobilized all the military energies of the
state, including the police, the army, and the security, and opened
fire on the visitors, and the first martyr fell in Khan al-Nass (Al-
Haidariya). Another, as the authorities confronted the masses of
the revolutionaries with shields, infantry and helicopters, and the
wounded and dead fell, and the clans and clerics revolted in Najaf
and almost turned into confrontations with the authorities, which
sought to calm down after the security situation got out of their
control, then the authority resorted to using (rumor) to stir up
Confusion among the visitors and the ability to arrest the uprising,
and the authority continued to pursue the leaders of the uprising
until their arrest and execution in mock trials.

يتناول هذا البحث سيرة شهداء انتفاضة صفر عام 1977 ، الذين نظموا
مسيرة سلمية لإحياء ذكرى أربعينية الإمام الحسين  وللتنديد بقرار السلطة بمنع
الزيارة، وقد انطلقت المسيرة من النجف الأشرف قاصدة كربلاء المقدسة ، وبلغ
عدد المشتركين فيها ما يقارب الثلاثين الف بين رجل وامرأة وطفل، فما كان من
سلطة البعث إلا إن جندت كل طاقات الدولة العسكرية من شرطه وجيش وأمن،
وفتحت النار على الزائرين، فسقط اول شهيد في خان النص )الحيدرية(، فثارت
الجموع وهجموا على مراكز الشرطة في الحيدرية وتحولت المسيرة إلى انتفاضة، وهنا
اخذت الأوضاع منحى اخر، إذ واجهت السلطات جموع الثائرين بالدروع والمشاة
والطائرات السمتيه، فسقط الجرحى والقتلى، وثارت العشائر في النجف ورجال
الدين وكادت تتحول إلى مواجهات مع السلطات التي عمدت إلى التهدئة بعد ان
خرجت الأوضاع الأمنية عن سيطرتها، ثم لجأت السلطة إلى استخدام ) الإشاعة(
لأثارة البلبلة بين صفوف الزائرين والتمكن من القبض على المنتفضين، وظلت
السلطة تلاحق قادة الانتفاضة حتى القبض عليهم واعدامهم بمحاكمات صورية.

Abstract

The Arbaeen pilgrimage is a religious ritual protected by
the Iraqi constitution (2005) in Article 43،which guarantees
the freedom for all followers of any religion or sect to practice
their religious rites،including the sacred Hussaini rituals. The
significance of the Arbaeen pilgrimage goes beyond its religious
aspect،as it carries a protest message against the oppression of
Imam Hussain (AS) and serves as a prelude to the awaited Imam
(AS). The pilgrimage has acquired a political dimension،alongside
its religious importance،and has extended its impact to educational
and psychological aspects for the participating believers.
Due to its wide-ranging social،educational،and political
influence،the importance and depth of its impact on both the Iraqi
and international communities have emerged. It has become a
powerful intellectual force and a means of expressing opinions
and driving change at various levels and platforms.
Thus،it is crucial to consider the Arbaeen pilgrimage from a
broader perspective،acknowledging its religious and political
nature. The Iraqi legislative authority must take this into account
and incorporate it into the law regulating freedom of expression and
demonstration،which is hoped to be enacted،to provide sufficient
legal protection and necessary regulatory attention to safeguard
its objectives. This is similar to any other demonstration that is
carried out within a legal framework in Iraq and is accompanied
by organizational rights،which the administration must uphold،lest
they violate the rules of legal legitimacy.
Therefore،it deserves legislative and regulatory attention
in all aspects of regulatory law to present it to the international
community as a legitimate demonstration worthy of protection
and recognition as a fundamental freedom in all international
conventions and declarations،similar to other demonstrations
defined by international law،obligating all nations to guarantee
and protect them as fundamental freedoms

تُعد زيارة الأربعين شعيرة دينية كفلها الدستور العراقي عام ) 2005 (، في المادة
) 43 ( التي نصت على )أولا– أتباع كل دين أو مذهب أحرار في) ممارسة الشعائر
الدينية، بما فيها الشعائر الحسينية( وهذا النص يعد أساسا قانونيا لزيارة الأربعين
كونها إحدى الشعائر الحسينية المقدسة. ونظرا لما تحمله الزيارة الأربعينية من رسالة
احتجاجية لمظلومية الامام الحسين ، صارت مقدمة لدولة الامام المنتظر ،
ولم تكتفِ باكتسائها بالطابع الديني حسب، بل صارت شعاراتها تجمع بين الدين
والسياسة مما أضفى عليها الطابع السياسي، فضلا عن امتدادها إلى الواقع التربوي
والنفسي التهذيبي للمؤمنين القائمين عليها.
وبالنظر لاتساع أثرها الاجتماعي والتربوي والسياسي، ظهرت أهميتها وعمق
أثرها في المجتمع العراقي والدولي على حد سواء، إذ باتت تشكل قوة فكرية ووسيلة
من وسائل التعبير عن الرأي وسبيلا للتغيير على جميع المستويات والأصعدة.
لذا أصبح من الضروري النظر اليها من زاوية أوسع من كونها شعيرة دينية
حسب، بل ظهرت الضرورة الواقعية الملحة لعدها تظاهرة دينية سياسية ذات طابع
خاص مما يتحتم على المشرع القانوني العراقي الالتفات إليها وتضمينها في قانون
تنظيم حرية الرأي والتظاهر المؤمل إصداره، لكي تنال الحماية القانونية الكافية
والاهتمام الضبطي اللازم لحمايتها وتحقيق أهدافها، شأنها شان أي تظاهرة تنطلق في
العراق تؤطر بإطار قانوني وتترتب لها حقوق تنظيمية على عاتق الإدارة إذا أخلّت بها
عُدّت منتهكة لقواعد المشروعية القانونية.
لذا هي جديرة بالاهتمام التشريعي والتنظيمي في جميع مفاصل القانون
التنظيمية، سعيا لإظهارها للمجتمع الدولي بوصفها تظاهرة قانونية رصينة
تستحق الحماية والاعتراف بها بوصفها حرية من الحريات الأسس في جميع المواثيق
والإعلانات الدولية كسائر التظاهرات التي عرّف بها القانون الدولي وألزم الدول
كافة بضمانها وحمايتها بوصفها حرية أساسية.

Abstract

Introduction Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers
and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and
companions all: but after: There is no evidence for that more
identical than liberating a slave and excluding him from slavery.
There is no doubt that religion only wanted to liberate man from
everything that weighs him down and encircles his neck, whether
they are severe costs as we talked about in the verse about the
Children of Israel, or life burdens associated with ignorance,
misguidance, vices of morals, distortion of concepts and following
lusts. And other shackles with which man binds his humanity, so
he becomes a humiliated captive to it while he thinks himself that
he is living the finest moments of freedom. Humanity in its ugliest
forms and shackles it with the chains of desires and the shackles of
disobedience. It was reported from the Commander of the Faithful,
Imam Ali, peace be upon him: “He who has sold himself and freed
it is not like the one who sold himself and then forfeited it.”2
Then the laws and rulings that contributed to the liberation of man
from slavery and servitude, especially the rulings on atonement
and some sins and misdeeds, and this is a nice indication that
disobedience is one of the things that offend the humanity of man and therefore an action must be taken to force this deficiency in the
human dimension of man, to Freedom. The nature of the research
necessitated dividing it into several sections: the first topic was:
the reality of freedom, the second topic: heredity and education,
and the third topic: how to enslave man.

إنما أراد تحرير الإنسان من كلّ ما يثقل كاهله ويطوّق رقبته سواء كانت تكاليف
قاسية كما تحدّثنا الآية عن بني إسرائيل أو أعباء حياتية ترتبط بالجهل والضلال
ورذائل الأخلاق وتشوّه المفاهيم واتباع الشهوات وغيرها من الأغلال التي يقيّد
الإنسان إنسانيته بها فيصبح أسيراً ذليلاً لها وهو يحسب نفسه أنه يعيش أرقى لحظات
الحرية، فمن أكبر المغالطات الثقافية التي تعيشها البشرية اليوم أنّ إطلاق الإنسان
العنان لشهواته وغرائزه إنما يجسد الحرية بأبهى صورها، والحال أنّ الإسلام يرى
أن ذلك هو أسرٌ للنفس الإنسانية بأبشع صورها وتكبيلها بقيود الشهوات وأغلال
المعاصي، وقد ورد عن أمير المؤمنين الإمام عليّ « : ليس من ابتاع نفسه فأعتقها
كمن باع نفسه فأوبقها 2» .
ثم ان القوانين والأحكام التي أسهمت في تحرير الإنسان من الرقّ والعبودية،
لا سيّما أحكام الكفّارات وبعض المعاصي والآثام، وفي ذلك إشارة لطيفة إلى أن
المعصية من الأمور التي تسيء إلى إنسانية الإنسان من ثمّ لا بدّ من القيام بفعلٍ يجبر
هذا النقص في البعد الإنساني للإنسان، إلى الحرية.
وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه على عدة من مباحث :
فكان المبحث الاول :حقيقة الحرية
والمبحث الثاني: الوراثة والتربية
والمبحث الثالث :كيف يستعبد الإنسان.

Abstract

Voluntary charitable work represents a great human value
represented in giving and giving in all its forms. It is a living
civilized behavior that can only grow in societies that enjoy
advanced levels of culture, awareness and responsibility. And the
centuries that followed, which were known for their charitable
deeds, were embodied in the words and actions of the Prophet
(may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family) and
his companions, where images of sympathy and compassion were
embodied in the forms of voluntary actions that they used as a way
of life for them with sincerity and seeking the pleasure of their
Lord, until the bonds of brotherhood were fused with them, where
hardly A challenge to poverty or crippling a place among them,
and if the solidarity of society has been achieved in the centuries
of charity, the contemporary reality witnesses the opposite,
besides the outrageous wealth and extravagance of money, there
is extreme poverty. As well as the political and religious obstacles
and the Western attack on everything that is Islamic that impede
the course of charitable work. The challenges that stand in his way
nowadays, and to provide the real foundations on which he built
his edifice to reach the desired goals and achieve the meaning of
true social solidarity.The blessed Arbaeen pilgrimage is one of the standards
in the Islamic community in embodying the spirit of cooperation
and citizenship in voluntary work and social solidarity among
those who love the pilgrimages of the Arbaeen pilgrimage to the
martyrdom of Imam Hussain u and his pure family.
Where the research was divided into three sections as follows:
1-The first topic: research methodology
2- The second topic explains the conceptual approach to
voluntary work and social solidarity.
3- The third topic shows the relationship between voluntary
work and social solidarity in Karbala governorate through a
descriptive study of the available data.

Abstract

العمل الخيري التطوعي يمثل قيمة إنسانية كبرى تتمثل في العطاء والبذل
بكل أشكاله، فهو سلوك حضاري حي لا يمكنه النمو سوى في المجتمعات التي
تنعم بمستويات متقدمة من الثقافة والوعي والمسؤولية، فهو يلعب دورا ايجابيا في
تطوير المجتمعات والتكاتف بين أفرادها، كما كان ذلك لمجتمع النبوة، وما تلاها من
القرون المشهود لها بالخيرية، مجسدا من قول وفعل المصطفى  وصحابته حيث
تحلت صور التعاطف والتراحم في أشكال الأعمال التطوعية التي كانوا ينتهجونها
كأسلوب حياة لهم إخلاصا وطلبا لمرضاة ربهم، حتى التحمت فيهم أواصر الأخوة،
حيث لا تكاد تحد للفقر أو المسكنة مكانا بينهم، وإذا كان قد تحقق تكافل المجتمع
في قرون الخيرية، فإن الواقع المعاصر يشهد عكس ذلك، فإلى جانب الغنى الفاحش
والإسراف في الأموال، يوجد الفقر المدقع، فهناك صور سيلة لهذه المفارقات التي
توحي بعدم وجود ترابط بين طبقات المجتمع، وكذا العوائق السياسية والدينية
والهجمة الغربية على كل ما هو إسلامي التي تعرقل مسار العمل الخيري، هذا كله
دافع لإيجاد سبل وآليات تساعد على تفعيله وإحلال التكافل والحد من الفوارق
الاجتماعية، والتصدي للعوائق والتحديات التي تعترض طريقه في أيامنا هذه،
وتوفير الأسيس الحقيقية التي بينى عليها صرحه للوصول إلى الأهداف المنشودة
وتحقيق معنى التكافل الاجتماعي الحقيقي.
وتعتبر زيارة الاربعين المباركة هي احد المقاييس لدى المجتمع الاسلامي في
تجسيد روحة التعاون والمواطنة في العمل التطوعي والتكافل الاجتماعي لدى المحبين
لأحياء زيارة الاربعين الخاصة باستشهاد الامام الحسين  وآل بيته الأطهار.
حيث قسم البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث كما يلي :
المبحث الاول : منهجية البحث
جاء المبحث الثاني يوضح المدخل المفاهيمي للعمل التطوعي والتكاتف
الاجتماعي.
المبحث الثالث يبين العلاقة بين العمل التطوعي والتكاتف الاجتماعي في
محافظة كربلاء من خلال الدراسة الوصفية للبيانات المتوفرة.
وتأتي الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تخص بحث الدراسة، وفي الختام تأتي
المصادر العلمية المستخدمة في البحث.

Abstract

Volunteering is a humanitarian phenomenon closely associated with
good deeds and acts of kindness among all human societies since ancient
times. It constitutes a fundamental pillar in community building and
development،fostering social cohesion among its members. In the context
of the Arbaeen pilgrimage experience،the largest volunteer efforts can be
observed،with men،women،and children dedicating their full energies to
meet various humanitarian needs of millions of visitors from different
provinces of Iraq and Islamic countries. These needs include providing
food،accommodation،security،both material and moral،through the
efforts of security forces،and ensuring the health and well-being of the
visitors through the presence of medical teams.
A field survey approach was adopted to collect data on the studied phenomenon،“volunteering and its developmental role in the Arbaeen
pilgrimage.” A random sample of 200 individuals was selected using a
questionnaire that included a set of questions about the motivations of
individuals to engage in volunteer work during the Arbaeen pilgrimage
and the role of volunteering in reinforcing social solidarity among
community members. Additionally،housing،income،gender،and age
variables were considered.
The collected data were analyzed using statistical software such as
SPSS to determine the percentage of visitors interested in volunteering
during the Arbaeen pilgrimage،using the statistical method of cluster
analysis.
Overall،the study highlights the significant impact of volunteering
in facilitating the Arbaeen pilgrimage and its role in fostering social
cohesion within the community.

يعد العمل التطوعي ظاهرة إنسانية ارتبطت ارتباطًا وثيقًا بالعمل الصالح
وفعل الخير عند كل الأقوام البشرية منذ القِدم، وهو ركيزة أساس في بناء وتنمية
المجتمع، وزيادة التماسك الاجتماعي بين أفراده.
وفي تجربة الزيارة الأربعينية، يمكن ملاحظة أكبر عمل تطوعي تقوم به الرجال
والنساء والأطفال الذين بذلوا كامل طاقاتهم لتقديم مختلف الحاجات الإنسانية
لملايين الزائرين من مختلف محافظات العراق والدول الإسلامية كالإطعام وتوفير
السكن وكذلك توفير الأمن والأمان المادي والمعنوي من الجهات الأمنية، وتوفير
الأمن الصحي للزائرين بانتشار المفارز الصحية.
تم اعتماد أسلوب المسح الميداني لغرض جمع البيانات حول الظاهرة المدروسة
« العمل التطوعي ودوره التنموي في الزيارة الأربعينية «، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية
بحجم ) 200 ( باستخدام استمارة استبانة شملت مجموعة من الأسئلة عن دوافع
الأفراد للانخراط في العمل التطوعي أيام الزيارة الأربعينية، ودور العمل التطوعي
في ترسيخ التكافل الاجتماعي بين أفراد المجتمع، فضلا عن متغيرات السكن
والدخل والجنس والعمر.
وقد تم تحليل هذه البيانات باستخدام أحد حزم التطبيقات الاحصائية ) )SPSS
لتحديد نسبة الزائرين الذين يرغبون بالعمل التطوعي خلال الزيارة الأربعينية
وذلك باستخدام الأسلوب الاحصائي )التحليل العنقودي(.

Psychological Security among Arbaeen Pilgrimage Walkers in Light of the Coronavirus Pandemic

Abstract

One of the human beings essential needs is the psychological security
(safety). The sense of contentment (security, reassurance) is a constant need
for the individual for facing risky and threatening situations either from
within or outside the surrounding environment .When this feeling is faded
away, the individual will be prepared for dangers and fears.Hence, (s)he will
be unable to take any responsibility. The fears will create unstable and fragile
personality. The present study aims at identifying the psychological security
of the walkers to Arabean visit during covid-19 epidemic.
It has to be mentioned that Arabean visit is an anniversary that is held every
year of the month Sufar (2 nd Hijri month). During the period between 2020
to 2021 when WHO (World Health Organization) decided to impose the rules
of social isolation and distancing from other countries, this visit was highly
distinct as it was taken place when great countries with advanced healthy
systems were unable to face this pandemic which has no cure or medicine .
Consequently, travel has been prohibited ,industry, trade and even Hajj and
Umra (pilgrim to Maka) have been seized. Moreover, the supreme religious
authorities in Najjaf recommends upholding WHO\\\\'s decisions. Despite all
these difficult situations, it is found that visitors (walkers to) of Arbane have
revived this Holly rite without feeling any fear.
The data of the current study consists of 250 visitors; 125 males and 125 females. In light with Maslow\\\\'s theory of needs, the researcher has built
a measure of psychological security that consists of 40 items where the
psychometric involves the following: sincerity, distinction, and consistency.
The results of the study show that the selected sample reflects psychosocial
security and this was explained in accordance with Maslow\\\\'s theory and other
previous studies. A number of recommendations and further studies have been
suggested .

إن الأمن النفسي يعد من الحاجات الأساسية للإنسان والشعور بالاطمئنان
هو حاجة نفسية دائمة للفرد لمواجهة ما يهدده من مخاطر ومواقف إما أن تكون من
داخل الفرد او خارجية من البيئة المحيطة وإذا ما تلاشى هذا الشعور يكون الفرد
مهيأً للمخاطر والمخاوف ولن يستطيع إن يودي دوره كاملا ولا يستطيع تحمل
المسؤولية حيث يزعزع الخوف أركان شخصيته فيجعلها مهزوزة ولا يمكن الاعتماد
عليها.
وهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على الأمن النفسي لدى مشاية زيارة أربعينية
الإمام الحسين علية السلام في ظل جائحة كرونا وزيارة الاربعين تقام كل عام في 20
من شهر صفر لكن هذا الاعوام 2020 و 2021 كانت له خصوصيتها فقد كانت
مراسيم الزيارة تقام في ظل جائحة عجزت دول عظمى على مواجهتها مع العلم لها
إمكانيات ومنظومات ولم تستطع الوقوف في وجه هذا الوباء الذي ليس له دواء وليس
له قواعد محدده وكانت أهم قرارات منظمة الصحة العالمية هي العزلة الاجتماعية
والابتعاد عن الآخرين لذلك تم فرض حظر بكافة الدول ومنع السفر وتوقفت
الصناعة والتجارة والمعامل وحتى مراسيم الحج والعمرة ورغم توصيات المرجعية
بضرورة التمسك بقرارات منظمة الصحة العالمية ولكن نجد ملايين الإفراد يحيون
هذه الشعيرة , فقد تضمن العينة 250 زائر وزائرة بواقع) 125 ( ذكر و) 125 ( أنثى
وقد قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس للأمن النفسي وفق نظرية ماسلو للحاجات وبلغت
عدد الفقرات ) 40 ( فقرة وتم استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية له من صدق
وتمييز وثبات إما نتائج الدراسة فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إن إفراد العينة يتمتعون
بالأمن النفسي وتم تفسير ذلك وفق نظرية ماسلو والدراسات لسابقة وخرجت
الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات

أسست مواكب حسينية في مناطق متفرقة من كربلاء المقدسة، ومنها قدمت خدمة
بالجانب الفكري والثقافي أيام الزيارة الأربعينية، لذا استوجب على الباحثين ان
يقدموا للقارئ بعض ما قدمته المنظمات من خدمات لزوار الامام الحسين 

Abstract

A theoretical research study was conducted for the purpose of
producing biogas from fermentation processes of municipal waste
using a dome fermenter, where the waste is added as a solid substance
at a rate not exceeding 10% and the best operating conditions
(temperature at (50) degrees Celsius, acidity of the mixture at (7),
time Retention is (30) days, adding cow dung to the waste mixture
is 20% as a catalyst), which produce biogas approximately 7.4 liters,
equivalent to approximately 60% of the volume of the additive, and all
the above conditions are controlled through an integrated control unit
(SCADA) For the purpose of obtaining the best fermentation process
and the generation of biogases.
The total reactor volume was calculated by using municipal waste
in the amount of 50 liters, meaning that (the amount of solid material
is 5 liters per Batch because the solid material must be 10% of the
total volume of the additive for the fermenter) and the retention time
of 30 fermentation days, the total fermenter volume is up to 2.36 cubic
metres.
The best empirical equation has been reached, through which it is
possible to obtain the best biogas generation by adding cow dung to
the mixture at a rate of 20% with different time, which is as follows

تم إجراء دراسة بحثية نظرية لغرض إنتاج الغاز الحيوي من عمليات تخمير
للمخلفات البلدية باستخدام مخمر ذي القبة إذ تُزاد المخلفات بوصفها مادة الصلبة
بنسبة لا تتجاوز 10 % وإن أفضل الظروف التشغيلية )درجة حرارة عند ) 50 (
درجة مئوية , والحامضية للخليط عند ) 7( ، وزمن استبقاء هو ) 30 ( يوما , وزيادة
روث البقر لخليط المخلفات بنسبة 20 % بوصفه عاملاً مساعداً ( والذي يعطي غازاً
حيوياً ما يقارب 7.4 لتر أي ما يعادل تقريبا 60 % من حجم المادة المزادة، وإن جميع
الظروف علاه مسيطر عليها من خلال وحدة سيطرة متكاملة ) SCADA ( لغرض
الحصول على أفضل عملية تخمير وتوليد للغازات الحيوية.
تم احتساب حجم المفاعل الكلي من خلال استخدام المخلفات البلدية بكمية
50 لتراً أي: إن )كمية المادة الصلبة تكون 5 لتراً للوجبة لكون المادة الصلبة يجب أن
تكون بنسبة 10 % من الحجم الكلي للمادة المزادة على المخمر( وزمن استبقاء 30 يوماً
تخمير فإن حجم المخمر الكلي يصل إلى 2.36 متراً مكعباً.
تم التوصل إلى أفضل معادلة تجريبية التي من خلالها يمكن الحصول على أفضل
تولد للغاز الحيوي من خلال زيادة روث البقر للخليط بنسبة 20 % مع اختلاف
الزمن وهي كالآتي:
