Abstract
Every religion, sect, or sect has its own customs, traditions,
rituals, and rituals that reveal its truth and validity, and it is
based on the legal document. We notice that heavenly religions
and others adhere to some traditions and rituals that demonstrate
their religious truth, and among these religions is the true Islamic
religion, which has several traditions, rituals, and rituals, even
among others. The sacred legislation accompanied the importanceof preserving the rituals by saying: “That is, and whoever venerates
the rituals of God, they are from the piety of hearts.” Even linking
piety and divine closeness to glorification and preserving rituals,
and among those rituals that are considered among the slogans
of the Imami Shiite doctrine is the visitation of the pure Imams,
which bears the stamp of legitimacy derived from the Noble
Sunnah on the tongue of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God
be upon him, and the pure Imams. One of the rituals specific to
Shiism, which cannot be Finding an example or similar to it in all
nations and sects, the phenomenon of the fortieth of Imam Abu
Abdullah Al-Hussein, peace be upon him, and hence the title of
our research was (the visit of the fortieth and its impact on the
Islamic community). In which we tried to shed light on the social
aspect and its impact through the Arbaeen visit After researching
this section of the Arbaeen visit, we have reached several results,
including: The Arbaeen visit is an integrated social system that
contains several treatments and is considered one of the most
important sources of solidarity on the economic, political, social,
intellectual, doctrinal, and jurisprudential levels.
The method used in the research was the descriptive and
analytical method of some narrations that dealt with the Arbaeen
visit.
