Society is of great importance to people with disabilities and people with special needs, as it represents a crossroads between the processes of social exclusion and integration that society shows by rejecting or accepting this group, and the disabled person is affected by bullying more than others, and this leaves a great impact on many of them, so institutes for people with special needs play a major role In helping this segment to face the obstacles and challenges that face them.
In this chapter, we will discuss the forms, divisions, and types of bullying. In the first section, we will show the various divisions that dealt with the types of bullying. In the second section, we will discuss the various reasons behind it, as well as the effects that appear on the individual with disabilities as a result of being bullied. In the last section, we will devote it to the role of the social worker in Dealing with people with disabilities who are exposed to various forms of bullying

The Iraqi Personal Status Law did not directly address the issue of spouses ' harm as a result of love calls and messages issued by one of the spouses and the harm of the other party. Rather, there is a text in Article 41, the first paragraph of it, cases of judicial separation for serious harm and the number of cases for it. In more than one judgment she has issued، she has ratified the decisions of the Personal Status Court، which ruled for separation as a result of the husband or wife exchanging romantic messages by phone or computer within the case of separation because of harm.

The study aims to identify some models of international social care for the elderly (readings in international experiences). Elderly people in Sweden according to the Social Service Law, and it falls mainly under the responsibility of the municipalities. The study also dealt with another model for elderly care in China / Hong Kong, as well as elderly care in the United Arab Emirates, and elderly care in the State of Bahrain, and the social programs and services provided by this country. To the elderly, whether within the family or within the residential homes, and the study also dealt with models from some nursing homes for the elderly in Baghdad and Sulaymaniyah.

This short study aimed to research in science and art of verifying heritage, by introducing the concept of manuscript verification, explaining its methodology and rules, touching on accepted principles in this art , science, and examining what was written by the pioneers in this field, because this science is a great science, and it is the scientific basis and the only starting point in acquiring the various sciences of previous scholars, what they wrote, and the Islamic tradition is replete with many cognitive treasures, so this research aimed or sought in a hurry to guide the one who wants to see the meaning of this art, approach, rules, and cognitive awareness of the text transfer steps, which are considered the ladder of ascending to the ranks of investigators, clarifying aspects the multiplicity their approaches , opinions, in investigating the text and the contents of the manuscript, until it is produced as desired by its author in the correct and proper manner.

Over time, there has been much talk about translations of the Qur’an, their differences and sometimes even contradictions. There is no one among us who has not wondered: Is it permissible to translate the Qur’an from a legal and scientific perspective? Is it correct? And to what extent? And so on.... To answer this question, we must also briefly examine the historical context of the translation of the Qur’an and shed light on the role of Orientalists in it. These people focused their attention on the Qur’an, the Hadiths, the sources of Islamic legislation and heritage, given that they played a very important role throughout the history of its translation.

The promotion of drugs inside schools is one of the most prominent aspects of the first crime، because the school plays a prominent role in the social upbringing of children by providing them with the necessary information، skills، knowledge and experiences and teaching them how to employ them in their practical life and how to use them to solve their problems. That is the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law، so we find that the Iraqi legislator criminalized promotion in Article 1، paragraph 11، and made it one of the types of trafficking and punished it in Article (28)، and the researcher came to define the crime in question as all activities that the promoter practices in order to sell drugs inside schools and try to persuade Classes of students and faculty purchase the product، and advertising includes tools to promote sales، personal selling، public relations and any brand of drug products.
Proceeding from the importance that imposes itself as one of the necessities of scientific research، we have discussed in this research the definition of crime and the statement of its pillars، and then standing on the implications of it and ways to combat it، and our study has resulted in many conclusions and suggestions.

The concept of popular currents suffers from a clear deficiency in finding a comprehensive definition for it, knowing that there are many definitions of religious currents, political currents, civil currents, and secular currents, etc. . There are many movements and parties claim representing popular currents, but in fact they represent the viewpoint of their leaders and the principles of the party only; Therefore, the concept of popular currents is broader and more comprehensive concept that is characterized by specific characteristics and has many peaceful means such as demonstrations, sit-ins, general strikes, formation of parties as an attempt to achieve their demands, and non-peaceful ones such as uprising, revolution, and rebellion. In addition to the existence of differences between it and populist currents; protest movements and social movements.

In fact، all modes of communication are messages using codes and symbols that are employed in different types and forms to produce meaning to the receiver . The receiver solves and explains these symbols in accordance with his skills، abilities، culture، and education. Thia message is accepted or rejected according to many influences and elements. The advertisement is one of those communication patterns in which the sender tries to employ his abilities and be creative in designing them choosing textual and non-textual phrases. They may not give or communicate the full meaning to the receiver unless this spoken and written language is reinforced in another language based on movements and signals that are defined by the use of the body or other artistic elements such as image، colors، music، effects and other elements of the artistic structure of the advertisement. All of these complete the advertising idea and make it ready for display to people .
This study is one of the survey studies using the descriptive and analytical method. The researcher reached several results and the most important was that each symbol in the communication message (advertising) whether verbal or non-verbal has significance and meaning. The whole human communication that shows living beings has its implication and function and it may be an individual or social feature، but the communicative function may be in a variety of forms (verbal، non-verbal) and it expresses awareness or unconsciousness and has its own implications.
