One of the most infections constitutes a critical economic and community health issue in the wide world, especially in developing countries (Cytomegalovirus and Toxoplasmosis) infection in pregnant women. Three hundred fifty specimens of blood in total (300 infected pregnant women and 50 healthy pregnant women as control) were enrolled in this study. Determined the immunoglobulin for (IgG, IgM) of CMV and T.gondii. This study focused to detect the immunoglobulins level and prevalence of CMV and toxoplasmosis infection in pregnant women to raise awareness in the care of pregnant women. The IgG and IgM antibodies for CMV and Toxoplasma were detected by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Distributing patients into three age groups (15-25, 25-40 and > 40 years). The age group 15-25 years, shows positively for CMV in 63 pregnant women while 60 pregnant women for Toxoplasma in the same age group.

The present study aims to investigate the beneficial effect of green tea to improve the reproductive system efficiency in adult males rats exposed to the oxidative stress by Streptozotocin.

Forty adult male Wistar rats divided randomly to four equal groups , and gavage as following : control group (C) was given drinking water only, second group (T1) : given green tea extract in a dose 100 mg/kg for 60 days. The third group (T2): injected streptozotocine (STZ) by single dose of 60 mg/kg by intraperitoneal (IP) injection. The fourth group (T3) : injected STZ in single dose 60 mg/kg by IP injection then after 30 days were given green tea extract in a dose of 100 mg/kg for 30 consecutive days.

In the end of the experiment all animals were sacrificed, samples of testis were taken for study gene expression of CYP11A1,CYP17 and LHr gene ,also samples of pituitary gland were taken for study gene expression of LH beta subunit gene.

The results showed there was significant increase (p≤0.05)in fold change of gene expression levels of (CYP11A1,CYP17, and LHr gene) in T1 group compared with control group. Also there was significant decrease (p≤0.05) in fold change of gene expression levels of (CYP11A1and CYP17) in T2 compared with control group. And there was significant increase in fold change of gene expression levels of LH beta subunit gene in T2 compared with other groups. While LHr gene not show significant differences in the C and T2 groups . Also there was significant increase (p≤0.05)in fold change of gene expression levels of (CYP11A1,CYP17 and LHr gene) in T3 compared with T2.

It could be concluded that green tea causes up regulation to gene expression of CYP11A1 ,CYP17, LH beta subunit, and LHr in adult males Wister rats exposed to the oxidative stress by STZ.

Activity concentrations of 226Ra (of 238U series), (232Th) and (40K) in some soil samples along Tigris River basin were determined and evaluated. The measurements were carried out using high purity germanium (HPGe) detector. The mean activity concentrations in soil samples were 18.2, 16.4 and 375 Bq/kg for 226Ra, 232Th and 40K, respectively. The absorbed dose rates (D), mean annual effective dose equivalent (AEDE), radium equivalent activity (Raeq), external and internal hazard indices (Hex and Hin) were evaluated to be 34.2 nGy/h, 0.042 mSv/y, 71 Bq/kg, 0.19 and 0.24, respectively, well within the relevant permissible limits of 59nGy/h for D, 1 mSv/y for AEDE, 370 Bq/kg for Raeq, and 1 for Hex and Hin. Accordingly, it is concluded that the natural radioactivity levels for Tigris River basin in Baghdad city satisfy safety radiation dose limit for.

This paper introduces the design and theory of a digital meter for measuring the total useful solar energy gain of a flat – plate collector. This is an important parameter of the collector involved in determining the efficiency. Measurement is carried out in term of the collector fluid inlet temperature Ti, the fluid outlet temperature To, and the mass flow rate m* of the working fluid flowing through the collector. Voltages representative of the variable parameters are assessed and processed using a non-linear analog to digital converter (ADC) and voltage to frequency convertor (VFC) to produce a digital number representative of the solar collector gain.

In this work, Variational Iterational Method ,which is a modified Lagrange Multiplier, was used to solve a nonlocal problems arising in thermoelastisity , where the one dimensional nonhomogeneous Heat equation was introduced together with the initial condition and the homogenous nonlocal conditions to reach the analytical solution.

Objective:

1- To evaluate the effectiveness of an instructional program on caregiver in geriatrics home

2- To find-out the relationship between the effectiveness of the instruction program and level of education, training course, and year of experiences of caregiver

Methodology: A quasi-experimental design study is conducted at geriatric home in AL – Russafa sector in Baghdad City which as (Al Cyelikh, and AL- Rashad) . The study was started at 13rd of December 2018 to 7 February 2019. randamly sample of (20) caregiver works in geriatric home were studied . Data were collected throughout the utilization of the adopted questionnaire and interview technique. The questionnaire was consists of (48) items related to emergency care for emergency situation for geriatrics persons, the reliability of instrument was 0.84 by using cronbachs alpha, the data analysis done by using the statistical methods which include (descriptive, and inferential statistics)

Results: The socio-demographic characteristics of caregiver who participate in present study were most nurses of them, 80%, 60% in Al Cyelikh, and AL- Rashad geriatric home, respectively most of them have experiences in age 39-48 years old, high percent of them graduated from college, and live in urban area, 70%, and 80% of caregiver in Al Cyelakh, AL- Rashad geriatric home respectively have had emergency cases in their work shift, 85%, 90% of cases was saved in both geriatric home respectively, and there were effectiveness of instructional on caregiver knowledge toward the management of emergency cases throughout the total mean at pre and post test which of (1.2 and 1.2) (moderate level), to (1.7 and 1.7) high level of knowledge for Al Cyelikh, and AL- Rashad geriatric home respectively.

Conclusion: the study concluded that there were positive effect of instruction program on caregiver knowledge toward emergency care of geriatric persons

Recommendations: The study recommends to intensification training courses inside and outside the country and encourages employees to use safety measures to avoid injuries to the elderly persons.

Three groups of concrete containing waste glass of various particles sizes were prepared, Group A (19- 4.75) mm, Group B (4.75- 0.15) mm, and Group C (< 75) µm. The waste glass was used to replace coarse aggregate in one group and fine aggregate in two groups in proportions of (10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%) by weight. All the mixtures were proportioned with a constant water to cement ratio (w/c) of 0.4 by weight, In this research the specimens were investigated to specify the effects of the particles sizes of waste glass and the content of waste glass on compressive strength, flexural strength, and water absorption at (7 and 14) days of immersion, compared with ordinary specimen. The experimental results showed that the compressive strength and flexural strength increased with the increase of waste glass content up to 30%, and the maximum values were with particles sizes (< 75) µm, at (14) days. While the water absorption was decreased with increased of waste glass content and decreasing the particles sizes, and the minimum values were with particles sizes (< 75) µm, at ( 14) days. Therefore, the addition of waste glass was improved the mechanical properties of concrete.

This research study the correlation between specific Islamic religious practices (frequency of holy book (Quran) reciting and night prayer ) and subclinical coronary atherosclerosis marker (pericardial fat volume(PFV) and coronary artery calcification(CAC) ) in patients with suspected coronary artery disease. The research reveal a significant association was observed between religious practices and a low PFV compare compared to patients who were never reading or praying ,without significant correlations were observed between night prayer and holy book reading with CAC.

In light of the increasing needs of the East Asian region to alternative sources of energy for oil from low-cost, low-emission fuels that pollute the environment and natural gas, the researcher sought to shed light on the issues that must be addressed to the specialized companies to extract and produce gas benefit Of the opportunities in the markets to invest natural gas, through the adoption of these companies on the quality standards for the extraction and gas industry to enable these companies to measure variables in light of the needs of the market and consumer, and highlight the most important international auditing standards Including quality management and auditing, based on international sources and standards, laws and regulations in force in Iraq, indicators issued by quality institutions, as well as international agreements related to the gas industry. The most important conclusions reached by the researcher are that quality standards must be used in industry Gas, and the researcher recommended the need to oblige companies producing gas standards.

The aim of the research is to study the methods of contingency theory in managerial accounting to apply the appropriate methods for calculating and managing the cost of products in the economic units. Therefore, the cost management process requires the application of various techniques and systems. The adoption of a technique or a set of techniques depends on internal and external factors affecting this selection process. The researchers concluded that the economic entities that choosing accounting technology and accounting system to suit the emergency situations in its work and achieve their goals as soon as possible, higher and the internal and external factors affecting their accounting systems such as their ability to keep pace with technology or cope with external environment variables. On the implementation side, it appears that there is an important impact to provide financial and non-financial information in achieving cost management. An important reduction in the total cost of the research sample by ID 378,329,660, which effectively fulfills the position factors in the management of production costs.

Research problem deals with Iraqi industrial and economic units which are unable to use appropriate accounting systems correctly which concerned with costs management and the modern productive strategies to deliver the services to the customer, whether expected or not for him to satisfy his needs. It even goes beyond that to satisfy his pleasure and gladness. The research also aims to determine the extent to which the Iraqi industrial economic units apply to modern and modern methods and techniques and to use them in providing the appropriate information needed to support Agile manufacturing strategy and achievement of customer satisfaction. The study depends on the following basic hypotheses:

1.“Using techniques of Agile manufacturing strategy in production and costs management help to achieve satisfaction of customer”.
2.“It's possible to submit a suggestion to apply techniques of Agile manufacturing strategy in Iraqi industrial and economic environment”.

The researcher chose the General Company for Electrical and electronic industries to achieve research goal and testing his hypotheses which are applied to the Motors plant, as well as submit a suggestion for applying in economic unit. The study adopted measurement methods and empirical analysis through using analytic mod. The research inferred many conclusions, the most important ones are: as well as it's possible to submit a suggestion to apply techniques of Agile manufacturing strategy in Iraqi industrial and economic environment.

This study aimed mainly at the role of accounting users (Internal users and External users) in achieving customer satisfaction in the use of good accounting, as well as the relationship between the application of accounting tools and users of accounting information in achieving customer satisfaction by providing them with the product or service by Industrial Companies.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the analytical descriptive method by preparing the survey questionnaire prepared by some of the professors of the Faculty of Management and Economics at the universities of Qadisiya and Muthanna. The questionnaire was distributed to some workers in the industrial companies registered in the stock market The number of (5) companies, and distributed (65) form and returned (59) form, or 91%, has been conducted statistical analysis necessary to achieve the hypotheses of the study .

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the registered companies in the stock market are interested in developing their activities through continuous improvement of their operations and production activities by follow up by the board of directors as well as investors, shareholders and lenders in order to provide the best services to the bank. Customer is affected by the extent to which accounting tools are used by users of accounting information.

Therefore, the study recommends that the industrial companies registered in the stock market study the market and internal and external factors affecting the behavior of the customer before the introduction of any product or service, as well as the need for professional accounting associations represented by the Association of Accountants and the Association of Accountants and Auditors to establish specialized training courses and workshops in the industrial sector and establish Conferences and scientific seminars to identify the extent and importance of using accounting tools.

The small enterprises that have attracted the attention of most countries of the world are one of the economic sectors and because of their role in producing, operating, income generation, innovation and technological progress as well as the role of these projects in achieving economic and social goals to reduce the unemployment problem by providing jobs for individuals with relatively different skills to expand the development of the country to include all fields and provide job opportunities. At the present time, the role of small industries is emphasized as the most effective mode of moving the labor force towards the industrialization process. The international experience has confirmed that the development of small enterprises is important in achieving economic development and eliminating unemployment by legislation enacting and laws to activate this sector. And till know the development and effective this kind of project obstruct to the achievement of comprehensive sustainable development, by reducing unemployment, increasing revenues and thus will improving the country's gross domestic product.

Encouraging small-scale entrepreneurs will help to achieve a significant boom and quality at the economic and social levels of the country. However, the big problem that facing these projects is the provision of necessary financing for their development and expansion if the owners of these projects face great difficulty in obtaining a sufficient and appropriate source of funding. The main sources of funding for these projects is the government support, which contributes to give them the legal status, as well as the establishment of funds to finance them, as was implemented in Iraq, by establishing the Small Projects Support Fund in 2012. This research aims shedding light on the role of this fund for supporting and developing small enterprises for reducing the problem of unemployment and job opportunities creation.

This research aims to shed light on the formation and implementation of a new strategy to develop investment in new ways according to the developments in the countries and from these methods mutual funds and the establishment of a theoretical model for the strategy of establishing mutual funds to help solve the economic problems in the country.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method by preparing the questionnaire form prepared scientifically. This questionnaire was distributed to the employees (accountants, auditors, directors of departments, divisions and units) in some government institutions in Samawah city - Muthanna Governorate (3) (Muthanna University, Muthanna Health Department and General Directorate of Education), 90 forms were distributed and 84 (93%) were retrieved. Statistical analyzes were carried out to achieve the hypotheses of the study.

Therefore research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the lack of a clear strategy by the state to establish mutual funds for the development of the national economy, and the lack of studies and research on the subject of Iraq support mutual funds. Therefore, the study recommends that the state should motivate employees of government institutions to participate in supporting mutual funds by holding seminars and workshops on this subject, as well as developing strategies and policies aimed at participation of individuals working in government institutions in supporting savings and mutual investment funds. In the economic development of the country .funds and what the role of social welfare and create new jobs for society.

The research aims to identify the nature of self-financing and investment projects and control them, and highlight the stalled investment projects and rates of material and financial achievement, and the revenues of sources of self-financing that can be adopted in the supply of such projects. The most important conclusions reached by the research is that the percentage of financial achievement of the projects of the plan (2016, 2017). There were no disbursements due to the country's austerity crisis, as well as the suspension of 11 projects from the total investment projects. Self-Guaranteed materials identified in which the deduction of part of the self-financing revenue for the maintenance of fixed assets and decoding bottlenecks did not include the establishment of new investment projects. The most important recommendations are the need to invest the amounts of income withdrawn from the sources of self-financing in the reconstruction and completion of the construction of investment projects stalled. The planning and follow-up sections in the sample of the study have to prepare economic feasibility studies in the creation of investment opportunities contribute to increase sources of self-financing income.

The Just Judge Who doesn't Hasten the Separation of the Judiciary without Investigating the Arguments of the Adversaries
The Federal Supreme Court is the highest court in Iraq, its jurisdictions are to adjudicating disputes between the Federal Government and the governments of the regions, governorates, municipalities and local administrations, and to adjudicating disputes related to the constitutionality and legitimacy of all legislation, and abolish whatever opposite the Constitution, and its look for appeal of the judgments and decisions of the Administrative Judiciary to consideration the cases before the Court in an appellate capacity, all this jurisdictions shall be regulated by law. This research has chosen for the purpose of defining the competences of the Federal Supreme Court for its importance in preserving the Constitution and its basic principles as well as the principle of separation of powers. The researcher will adopt the analytical and applied research. The research will be divided into two chapters: the First: will deal with the establishment of the Federal Supreme Court in the Iraqi Basic Law of 1925, the temporary Constitution of 1968, the temporary Constitution of 1970 and the Permanent Constitution of 2005, and the second chapter will clarifying the jurisdiction of the Federal Supreme Court under the Constitution of 2005.

The biological activity and inhibitory effect of the young leaf extract of the plant Plantago lanceolata was detected By using a modified method inestate of mechanized method for digestion of young leaves and cold extraction of juice and then preparation of gradient concentrations of the plant extract and study its effect on the growth of skin pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus , Streptococcus pneumuonia , Esherichia coli and Pseudomonus aeruginosa ) by measuring the diameter of the growth inhibiting region .The diameter of the inhibition zone for Pseudomonus aeruginosa at the concentration of 50 mg / ml were (12,15,10,11 mm), respectively, at 100 mg / ml, the diameter of the inhibition zone were (20, 26,13,15 mm) while the diameter of inhibition zone at 200 mg/ml were )17,20,30,32 mm( respectively, the diameter of the inhibition zone were ( 35,38,22,18 mm). The extracted pH was measured and ranged between 5.4 - 5.6 . The mineral contents was determind and compared with two life periods of plant leaves young leaves and mature leaves in young leaves were (iron 1.26 ppm, calcium 12.5ppm, potassium 34.2ppm, zinc 0.198 ppm) in matuere leaves were (iron 0.125ppm, calcium 5.11 ppm, potassium 1.1 g/L Zinc 3.50 ppm, copper 0.31ppm).

In the present work study of the safety assessment by using SAFRAN program for safe transport of the radioactive waste containing radionuclide Cs137 from A city to B city after conditioning of radioactive waste by using ordinary Portland cement. The radiation dose was determined by radiometric measurements of all drums, all activities during the transfer process, determination of radiation exposure time, and the introduction of all data into the SAFRAN program. The calculations of the annual exposure value of workers and the public were obtained and the results were compared with the IAEA criteria in the normal operation and accident for protect human and environment during transportation.

The result showed that the annual dose rate for all activities during transportation are less than the criteria limit ( 20 mSv for workers , 1.0 mSv for public ).
