There has been a lot of talk lately about the issue of sexual harassment, and it has become one of the issues that discussion in our society, because its effects on the family and society. So the issue of protecting means of women from sexual harassment in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi law is considered one of the important topics in this research. I followed the scientific approach in this research including opinions of the Legitimists in this issue, and attributing the texts of the scholars and their opinions directly to their books. It dealt with the following issues: the definition of harassment and gender, the compound definition of sexual harassment, the forms of sexual harassment against women, the preventive and punitive means of protection for women in jurisprudence and the Saudi law, and the comparison between them
