The Syriac Language Academy left an immortal mark on the forums of linguistic academies, as it was the only linguistic academy in Iraq and the world. In our search for it, we relied on the documents available in the archives of the Iraqi Scientific Academy, which include various years, many of which were lost due to what befell the country in 2003 following the fall of Baghdad, and from material The records that we obtained, as well as some references that dealt with the Syriac Academy in its discussion of the Iraqi Scientific Academy Our research was divided into two sections. The first included the date of its founding, the laws enacted regarding it, how it became a body and then its abolition, and the introduction of the heads of the Syriac Council (the Syriac Council). The second section came to shed light on the scientific committees of the Syriac Council (the Syriac Council) and document their achievements with books and articles in their magazine. Their own, monitoring the Academy’s activities in Iraq and abroad, and explaining its linguistic impact in particular, and its scientific impact in general, and benefiting from it.

This research aims to study the meanings of the structures of the trilateral verbs in the verses of the root (Barak) in the Quran and to identify the morphological meanings that these verbs have derived through their lexical meaning and their meaning in the Quranic context. Therefore, the research was divided into two sections. The first section dealt with the correct, sound verb and its meaning by linking the lexical meaning and Quranic usage. The second section dealt with the doubled, hamza and defective verbs and their morphological meaning. In this study, we adopted the descriptive and analytical approach by investigating the morphological meanings of these structures, by tracing their semantic meanings between dictionaries and Quranic interpretations.

The current research aims to identify the levels of job cynicism among employees in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as to analyze the relationship of influence between adaptive leadership and job cynicism in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. In order to achieve the goal of the research, The researcher designed a chart that explains the nature of the relationship between adaptive leadership and functional cynicism. The research also relied on the descriptive analytical method, and in order to verify the research hypotheses, it was applied in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on a sample of workers at the upper and middle administrative levels, numbering (50). Individually, to collect information, a questionnaire was designed, and for the purpose of analyzing the data, the tools represented by (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and relative importance) were used. A number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is that adaptive leadership is a major variable in improving performance within the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Based on statistical analysis, adaptive leadership obtained a high arithmetic mean (4.07), This reflects a great consensus among employees about its importance. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the Ministry strengthen this type of leadership through training programs aimed at developing leaders’ skills in adapting to environmental changes and solving problems in innovative ways.

Theater, since ancient times, has presented many intellectual, emotional, artistic, and other messages that quoted or witnessed the daily events and facts experienced by the individual or society, and this comes through the elements of the theatrical presentation, such as the author, actor, decoration, lighting, and music, until the era of the director’s appearance, then the scenograph, which became the entire show’s responsibility, presented according to his vision. And his perceptions, and with the progress and development of societies on the intellectual and artistic level, directing has achieved a kind of experimentation and change at the level of presenting theatrical performances. After the theater used to present its plays in isolation from the audience, it appeared. Directors in the modern and contemporary era demanded the participation of the spectator in the atmosphere of the performance in order to awaken the spirit of criticism, thinking and emotion by varying the actor’s movements and the elements of the theatrical performance. Therefore, the researcher divided his research into : The first chapter: The methodological framework that included the introduction, then the problem and the need for it, then the research methodology, the importance of the research, and the goal of the research, which is (the role of the visual stimulus in influencing the spectator through variation in the elements of the theatrical performance).
Chapter Two: Theoretical Framework. This chapter included two sections focused on achieving the research objectives:
The first topic: The functions of the visual stimulus in the theater and the extent of the spectator’s influence and interaction with it. As for the second section, it dealt with the difference in concept and meaning, that is, the difference and abstraction in presenting the elements of the theatrical land.
Chapter Three: Research procedures, which are as follows: the research community, the research sample, the research methodology, then the analysis of the play (The Wall), then the results, discussion and conclusions, then a list of sources and references.

This research is entitled The Effect of Grammatical Casting on Text Cohesion in Kashajim’s Poetry, an applied study on selected models, and aims to apply one of the standards, It is grammatical casting. It is specialized in grammatical casting in an attempt to apply modern standards to an ancient text, which is the poetry collection of the poet Kashajim, in support of modern studies and to serve the Arabic language and to enrich the research with studies that combine theoretical and applied studies. The research included elements of grammatical casting such as referral, conjunction, substitution, and deletion. The research revealed These elements are widely available in the poetry collection of the poet in question, which had a significant impact on the cohesion of the poetry collection’s texts, both formally and semantically.

A study was conducted on the use of augmented reality-based education and its effect on students› achievement in Arabic grammar. For this purpose, a test consisting of twenty multiple-choice questions (with 4 options for each question) was designed. After verifying the validity and reliability of the test and making the necessary adjustments based on feedback from the committee that evaluated it, the test was applied to a sample of seventy-two male and female students from different classes (equally divided into two groups: experimental and control). The experimental group received education using the studied strategy, while the control group was taught in the traditional way. An independent t-test was conducted on the average scores of the students in the test, and it revealed the presence of statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group.

The study revealed that the use of augmented reality in teaching Arabic grammar had a significant positive effect, as evidenced by the average scores obtained by students in the experimental group, which were higher than those obtained by students in the control group.
There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group.
There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental group in the first, second and third sections, and the first section was better.
Augmented teaching has a positive effect on students› acquisition of Arabic grammar rules by 48%, through calculating the squared Eta coefficient.
Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommends the following:
Introducing education based on augmented reality in teaching Arabic grammar.
Ensuring the availability of the necessary equipment and resources to apply augmented learning techniques.
Providing training courses for teachers to prepare and qualify them to deal with this type of education.
The researcher proposes several proposals:
Conduct a study on the effect of augmented reality education on teaching other subjects in the literary secondary stage.
Conduct a study on the effect of augmented reality education on teaching subjects in the scientific secondary stage.
Conduct a study on the effect of using other modern methods in teaching Arabic grammar to fifth-grade secondary school students.

This research aims to identify:
- Psychological stability among educational guides.
-The difference of psychological stability among educational guides according to gender variable (male-female.
To measure this variable, there must be a tool to be used . When searching in previous studies and writings relating to this research topic, the researcher adopted Al-Shuwaili 2010 scale to measure psychological stability and concluded psychometric properties for it, because the previous study was based on a sample of non-guides people, done more than ten years ago. The researcher applied measurement tool to a sample consisting of 300 male and female guides using an electronic link published within school groups by educational supervisors, specialists and some colleagues. After using appropriate statistical methods, the results inclined to indicate that the research sample had psychological stability. The results of the gender difference also illustrated that there was no considerable difference in gender and that females and males entertained the same property. By depending on these results , the researcher ended to outline a number of recommendations and proposals.

The media environment has witnessed during the past decades, after the expansion of the dominance of social networking sites and other Internet applications, a clear decline in the role of Iraqi radio stations as a means of media and communication. The radio audience began to turn away from them in favor of the new media. This research studies the reasons for the reluctance of the Iraqi public, represented by the audience of the city of Baghdad, to listen to radio stations, in addition to the extent of the opportunities for influence that radio stations still have on the behavioral patterns of the audience. It is one of the descriptive studies that rely on the survey method and the questionnaire form as a tool for collecting information from the sample subject to the research. The research consists of a methodological framework, a theoretical framework, and an applied study, and comes out with results and recommendations.

The educational system is considered one of the basic pillars of advanced societies, and it bears the responsibility of providing information and presenting it to students in a way that ensures the survival of information and its evaluation. Able to face this challenge and deal with its data.
This research was conducted for the purpose of identifying the extent of the discrepancy in educational outcomes between those in charge of the educational process (teachers) and working on diagnosing strengths and weaknesses and working to address them.
The results of this research were reached through the analysis of their scientific results represented in the achievement grades, and the number of this sample was (90). A student divided into three groups, and the statistical means represented in the te-test were used. The results of this test indicated the presence of significant differences between the members of the research sample. The researcher came up with a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which were
1- There are psychological factors among students that contribute to receiving and retaining information more from teachers than from teachers
2- The teachers are characterized by having the skills to deal with this age group, which in turn is reflected in the reception of information
3- The feelings of motherhood are reflected while instilling this information in the minds of the students
4- The image of the mother is embodied in the image of the teacher, and this is an effective factor in the students’ acceptance of the teacher
5- Working to assign the process of teaching the first grades in the primary stage to female teachers

The Importance of the study lies in the fact that political oversight is considered a constitutional and legal means that aims to ensure that legislative texts and laws In force are in agreement with constitutional texts, and to cancel any legislation that is in violation of constitutional principles or that poses a threat to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

In this research, we followed the comparative analytical approach by analyzing the texts of the law to determine the role of political oversight of laws and the comparative approach by comparing Iraqi, Iranian and Syrian law.

The research investigates the metaphorical language embodied in human experiences within Laila Al-Othman’s novel. It will apply conceptual metaphor theory to an investigation of the ways in which metaphors, such as SILENCE IS A SUBSTANCE, DROWSINESS IS A MANIPULATIVE AGENT, and JOY IS A TORRENT OF WATER, transform abstract states of emotion into sensory and ecological phenomena. This qualitative text analysis, informed by cognitive linguistics, identifies metaphors within cultural and narrative contexts, focusing on how metaphors build meaning and create emotive power. The results show that such metaphors do not only express the emotional geography of the characters but reflect broader cultural and environmental dynamics in which the characters experience their lives. This paper contributes to metaphor theory in its embodied and ecological dimensions and furthers the discussion on culture-cognition-narrative interrelationships.

The aim of the research is to identify the impact of the strategy (P.D.E.O.D.E) in the development of inferential thinking among students of the Department of the teacher of the first grades in cognitive psychology, and the sample consisted of (40) male and female students divided into (20) for the experimental group and (20) for the control group, and the researcher adopted the scale (Al-Khazraji, 2007) for inferential thinking, and to process the data statistically was applied statistical means: The T-test for two independent samples and two correlated samples and Pearson correlation coefficient and Spearman›s correlation coefficient, and The results of the research indicated statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental and control groups on the inferential thinking scale, favoring the experimental group. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found between the pre- and post-application scores of the experimental group on the inferential thinking scale, with the post-application scores being higher. In light of these results, the researcher recommended several suggestions and provided a set of proposals to complement the current research.
