This paper dealt with the principles of the Abbasid Caliphate and its impact on the non-Arab Muslim and Ahl al-Dhimmah 132-226 AH / 750-840 AD. It is aimed to know the basic premises and policies by the Abbasids، and the impact of these policies on non-Arab Muslim and Ahl al-Dhimmah and the people in the Abbasid community. To achieve the objectives of this paper، we were to follow the methodology of historical research، an approach that relies on collecting facts and information، and then compared، analyzed and interpreted the data. The paper has shown the most important policies that have affected the political orientations of the Abbasid Caliphate، as the paper was to highlight the results of these trends and their impact on the non-Arab Muslim and Ahl al-Dhimmah in political perspective. As explained in the paper، there is type of relationship by implemeting the Islamic financial system with the non-Arab Muslim and Ahl al-Dhimmah، then offered a realistic application of this system by Abbasids، and the paper recorded and highlighted the effects on the non-Arab Muslim and Ahl al-Dhimmah. The paper also indicated the type of social hierarchy established by the premises of the Abbasid Caliphate، and the extent of its impact on the non-Arab Muslim and Ahl al-Dhimmah.
