Abstract:
Islamic jurisprudence is characterized by the fact that it is valid for all times and places، and no calamity occurs in the nation unless he has his say، either with legal texts or with established rules that accommodate time، place، and people.
The Corona pandemic has descended on the nation، casting its shadow on our societies، and it has been accompanied by measures taken by countries in many matters، including Hajj and Umrah، and it affected people’s performance of them. Therefore، this research came to know the impact of pandemics and epidemics on the performance of these two duties، and what is the legal ruling on what has emerged from preventing people. From their performance for fear of transmitting the disease.
This research addressed the definition of pandemics، the definition of Hajj and Umrah، their legitimacy، whether they are immediate or lax، the impact of pandemics and epidemics on the performance of Hajj and Umrah in terms of disrupting Hajj or Umrah due to the spread of epidemics، alternative means of voluntary Hajj and Umrah، and the rulings on confinement due to illness.

Abstract:
The researcher dealt with by studying and explaining the jurisprudential arguments mentioned by Sayyid Muhammad ibn Abi al-Hasan al-Musawi in his book titled (Tuhfat al-Rida)، which mentioned the issues and jurisprudential demands related to the subject of prayer. After mentioning the issue or demand، he mentioned the opinions of the Imami jurists as well as their evidence for it، so Sayyed al-Musawi took pains. In pointing out these differences in sayings، and discussing them with scientific or rational evidence، after which Al-Mousawi prefers which opinions or sayings he deems closest to his evidence on which he relied، so the researcher conducted a study in three sections، the first of which was in mentioning fragments from the biography of Sayyid Muhammad. Ibn Abi Al-Hasan Al-Musawi and a reference to his most prominent works and what scholars said about him and the date of his death. As for the second topic، it included one of the pillars of prayer، which is standing. This topic included twelve requirements، as it dealt with the obligation of standing، the limit of standing، the inability to stand، and other demands. which were mentioned، and as for the third section، it dealt with the study of the delegates of standing، which were twelve requirements.
