Abstract:-

The present study, which was carried out in a descriptive-analytical way, examines the marriage contract from the point of view of jurisprudence. Abstract:
We discussed the stylistic levels in Fatimid poetry in Andalusia, and this study included two aspects: the term Shiism in Andalusian poetry. We talked about Shiism in language, terminology, and the purposes of Andalusian poetry such as praise and lamentation, and touched on the praise of the Prophet’s family, peace be upon them. We discussed some of the verses of poets who mentioned the Prophet’s family and Shiism in their poetry through Sources, references, and poetry collections of these poets, such as Ibn Darraj al-Qastali, Ibn Maqana, Ibn Hani al-Andalusi, and Abbad ibn Maa al-Samaa. This is on the one hand, but on the other hand, we touched on the stylistic levels in the study of poetry in the character of Lady al-Zahra (peace be upon her) in Andalusian poetry, and some poetic verses were studied and analyzed. In light of the stylistic study by mentioning the levels such as the syntactic, grammatical level and the morphological level, we explained through the verses that we analyzed in light of the above levels and the stylistic study.

This research deals with the personality types in the novel “Love of This Age” by the writer and storyteller Mr. Hanoun Majeed. This novel tells the story of how the novel’s hero, Salim Nasser, fell in love with the school teacher, Bilqis, late. He is a married man, and the events of the novel revolve around the details of their love story and what it includes. From the psychological dimensions of the characters, we initially dealt in this research with what is called the theoretical framework of defining the fictional character to show the extent of its importance in the fictional work. The research then moved on to talk about the types of characters and their patterns in the fictional works, from a main character, a secondary character, a flat character, a fixed character, a developing character, a positive one, and so on. The research then moves on to explaining what is included in the novel “Love of this Era”. Of the types of personality, we found in it the main characters and the secondary and fixed characters, in what is called the analytical framework, and the research included examples of dialogues between the characters in order to discover the psychological and decisive dimensions of these characters and their role in constructing the fictional space, and how the writer forms his fictional characters so that the research concludes that the writer has sold out in drawing his characters. Presenting them, and exploiting the distinctive role of the secondary characters in constructing the events in the novel.

Abstract:-
The sixth century marked the beginning of a period of stagnation in the Shia community, which continued until the ninth century. The concerns of Imami scholars during this period were focused on collecting hadith collections based on ancient texts. As a result of the proliferation of hadith books, numerous widely narrated hadith texts emerged. However, these texts themselves contain notes that can help us understand the opinions of Imami scholars. The prominent feature of the period from the sixth to the ninth century was the composition of many works based on ancient texts.One of the main factors that led to the stagnation of hadith was the political and social conditions faced by the Shia community at that time. The Shia community faced persecution and suppression from the ruling authorities, which led to a reduction in the activities of scholars and their focus on the works of the ancients rather than devoting themselves to knowledge and hadith.Despite the stagnation of hadith during that period, some scholars still showed interest in collecting and documenting hadith. The composition of works based on ancient texts was a prominent feature of this period, as scholars edited and authored works that relied on previous hadith sources. These works include texts on supplications and visitations, ethical texts, theological directions, the virtues and history of the Imams, summaries of hadith books, and books on the Forty Hadith. These works contributed to the preservation of Shia knowledge and heritage, providing a reference for future generations to study hadith and Shia jurisprudence. This article will rely on a descriptive-analytical approach to analyze and interpret the narratives present in the Holy Quran. It will make use of scholarly references and previous research in the field of Hadith and the history of Hadith.

Therefore, the provisions of commercial law are characterized by strictness with the debtor who violates the commercial credit granted to him by his creditor. It has drawn a path to ensure the fulfillment of commercial debts and the assumption of commercial solidarity among debtors if they are multiple. It has established the bankruptcy system and made it a tool that threatens the merchant who stops paying his commercial debt ,as the declaration of the merchant's bankruptcy leads to the collective liquidation of his funds to achieve equality among his creditors ,in addition to exposing him to a prison sentence or imprisonment if he goes bankrupt

This research paper aims to benefit from data from cultural studies, in an attempt to read representations of “the other in Hudhail’s poetry.” The topic of the other constitutes one of the most prominent cultural problems that cultural studies have dealt with under the umbrella of postmodern studies, as a class reading that is generally concerned with identity problems and conflicts, and has examined their manifestations in literary texts, as it seeks to liberate human existence from the relationality of ethnic and racist conflicts. And nervousness..., hence the importance of searching for the features of the image of the other in poetry. This is because poetic discourse represents a direct reflection of the sociocultural structures that permeate the poetic text and express the cultural patterns from which it is composed. Accordingly, I chose (The Other in Hudhail’s Poetry) as the title of the research, and I made it into two sections, in the first of which I spread a theoretical focus from two axes: the first revolves around the concept of the Other in poetry, and the second relates to the Hudhail tribe, to introduce it, its environment, and the characteristics of its poetry. As for the second topic It included the applied aspect of this research, which is an extrapolation of representations of the other in Hudhail’s poetry. I selected two clear representations of the other in Hudhail’s poetry, and proceeded to analyze their models, namely: (the tribal other) and (the woman’s other). The two studies were preceded by this introduction. They were followed by a conclusion that included the results of the research, accompanied by a list of sources and references. Poetry is distinguished from each other through the artistic style, and poets differ through their love of the sober style. Given its importance, the poets took great care in formulating and mastering it. The poet Ahmed Al-Waeli became prominent in the modern era, but his reputation was quickly lost due to the quality of his poetic style. He stood out from “The Poem of Al-Zahra” from among all his other poetry, which necessitated that we present this research in order to analyze his artistic style through the descriptive analytical approach and relying on the foundations of the stylistic school.
The research concluded that the poet was creative in his poetic style in that poem, and it was distinguished by several characteristics, and his creativity was manifested on four levels: the graphic, structural, rhythmic, and morphological levels. As for the semantic graphic, he used several arts, namely simile, explicit metaphor, and metaphor. Intention and metonymy for the adjective and metaphor on the rhythmic level The poet used the arts of alliteration and repetition to give his poetry a rhythmic energy that helps to enhance its meanings and facilitate the process of understanding them. As for the morphological level, we see the frequent use of past tense verbs, which indicates the inevitability of the tragic events occurring to Lady Al-Zahra to deny the supplications. The poet also frequently used the pronoun “her,” which refers to Lady Zahra, due to Because of its centrality in the poem, and on the structural level, we see the abundance of interrogative questions for the purpose of denouncing and denouncing the tragedies that befell Lady Zahra. We also see the abundance of the call that carried the connotation of regret and threat, and it appeals to the Shiite feeling and the addressee’s awareness of sharing the grief. As well as the method of work, and in general, all artistic methods had an important role in drawing the features of The Umayyad oppression against Lady Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) also aroused chivalry and aimed to raise awareness of what befell her and express her connection to her father and husband, peace be upon them both.

Indeed, the novel represents an art that has been rising since the second half of the twentieth century. This art has the ability to outline the features of the ideological system of society. It is one of the means human mental and psychological visualizations can be attained. Hence, one can establish the fact that the Arabic novel in general, and the Palestinian in particular includes multifarious phenomena which reflect the growth and development of this experience in form and content, being found out by the Arab novelist who is greatly influenced by the variables that have emerged in societies on all levels: socially, politically and intellectually.

The present study aimed to show the role of self-efficacy of the consultant physician in an integrated manner to improve patient safety, through the analysis of the nature of their relationship through the views of a number of doctors, hospital consultants Imam Sadiq p/Babil To close or reduce the knowledge gap between the current study variables (e-health Processes, improve patient safety) by using a case study approach. To this end the questionnaire was used as a tool for his boss to collect data, through the distribution of random sample, The researcher has distributed (130) identify a number of doctors, hospital consultants Imam Sadiq p/Babylon province under study, and then recover (116) questionnaire (100) questionnaire of suitable for statistical analysis and response rate (86%), and data analysis has been using a variety of statistical methods in statistical programmes , SPSS V24,AMOS V24 The results showed relationship it represents a positive and significant positive effect of the self-efficacy of the consultant physician and improving the safety of the patients.

The message (Hayy ibn Yaqzan) by Ibn Tufail is one of the most important narrative texts that came to us from Andalusia. It is a philosophical and intellectual text in which its author discusses several issues formulated in a beautiful narrative style. The magical element represents a prominent component in the message; through characters, events, description, and the breach of time and place. Due to this importance, the researcher saw the study of this text in its magical aspect only. After reviewing previous studies, the researcher found that there was no magical study of this text. This research consists of three sections: the first is about the magical event and its role in conveying the idea that Ibn Tufail wanted. The second section was about the magical character and its effect in moving events and their transformations with the characters surrounding it. The third section was about the description and its effect in conveying the idea and simplifying the narrative, because the description gives us scenes or images that bring us closer to the ideas that we want to convey to the recipient. As for the introduction, we briefly touched on the name of Ibn Tufail and the importance of the message. At the end of the research, we put a set of results, and we also put a list of the names of the sources that we relied on.

Abstract:-
The conquest of Egypt at the hands of the Fatimids was a spoils for the Shiite mission, and this was evident through the many poetic texts in defense of the cause of the state. Shiite literature flourished, including (Al-Ghadiriyat), which was one of the most important drivers of intellectual and scientific development for them. In line with this, this research dealt with a stylistic study in Ghadiriya of the Fatimid era, and I chose among them (Ghadiriya Ibn Jabr al-Masri) as I shed light on it through the semantic and syntactic levels, using a descriptive and analytical approach. The stylistic approach was also used, and I studied the linguistic fabric of the poet Ibn Jubayr Al-Masry by presenting its stylistic characteristics at the semantic (lexical) and syntactic levels, in addition to the diversity of his style between the interrogative, the conditional, the vocative, and the use of nominal and verbal sentences. The pictorial imagination also supported the idea and content in Al-Ghadiriyah, and among the most important things. The research revealed the strong, intense emotion of the poet in expressing his regret and bemoaning the loss of the right of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and explaining the dignity of the Imam, peace be upon him, which unambiguously indicated his right and superiority over others.

With the emergence of Islam and its rapid spread among ethnic groups and nations and the absorption of different cultures, they established a solid foundation of great human culture and civilization, which was established by various nations and races. In this context, Iranians had the most important role in building Islamic culture and civilization. The Abbasid Caliphate, which was actually an abstract of the fusion of different cultures of the world, Iranian elements also played a prominent role in this context. The influence of Iranians on Islamic countries went to the point where the period of Abbasid caliphate Safah to the Abbasid caliphate was rightfully called the Iranian period because although the caliphs and the language and religion of that period were Arab, but in terms of politics and the administration of state affairs, they were under the control of Iranians. Is. The Shaoubi movement, which consisted of the most famous Shaoubi poets such as Bashar Ibn Bard, Abunowas, Mehyar Daylami, etc., tried to stimulate their Iranian identity. They were proud of the Iranian race, which is one of the topics that has a high frequency in the divan of these poets, in the literary front, they sought to revive the ancient glories of the Abbasid regime, and by satirizing the Arabs and their traditions, they mentioned the glorious history, culture and civilization. They paid themselves.
In this article, the author has investigated the reflection of the Iranian element in the poetry of the most famous Iranian poets of the Arabic language with a descriptive-analytical and library method, in order to inform the reader about the spirit of Iranian culture and identity in the first Abbasid period through this research.

Poetry is a valuable vehicle for conveying the beliefs and social and political developments of different lands. The words of poets, like others, are spread by word of mouth in various circles and gatherings, and are used as decisive verdicts in courts. It is natural that in such a situation, poets have not been indifferent to the developments of society due to the influence of their words. In this article, the author intends to examine the reflection of social political issues in the poetry of Iraqi poets and specifically the compositions of Mohammad Mahdi Javaheri, a contemporary poet of this land. This article examines the collection of the poet's poems in a descriptive, analytical and library method. The results of the research show the poet's special attention to the political developments in Iraq and commenting on the political groups and parties of his country.

Abstract:-
This research explores the relationship between right and ruling in Islamic Sharia, focusing on the teachings of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Saeed Al-Hakim. Al-Hakim's unique jurisprudential approach and ability to deriving rulings from sources have been instrumental in understanding the relationship between these two concepts. He argued that right is a result of the ruling and a cause of it, reflecting his own fatwas in his book Misbah al-Minhaj. The research also explores the jurisprudential applications of these teachings, concluding with a list of sources. The study of truth, governance, and jurisprudential applications is essential for understanding the Islamic Sharia.

Abstract:-
Great critics in Arabic and Persian literature have contributed to the prosperity of literary criticism in recent years, among which Taha Hussein and Mohammad Reza Shafiei-Kedkani can be mentioned. Taha Hussein criticized al-Mutanabbī’s poetry in Ma’ al-Mutanabbi (with al-Mutanabbī). However, the Iranian critic, Shafiei-Kedkani, collected and published his lectures at the University of Tehran in the In Kimiyaye Hasti: On Hafiz. The study sought to compare and criticize two authors via a descriptive-analytical method. The most important result of the research shows that the critical comparison of the poetry of al-Mutanabbī and Hafiz with other poets in Arabic and Persian literature, the dialectical method used by the author, and sociological criticism are among the critical approaches of the two critics. Regarding heterogeneity, while mixing criticism and history of literature, Taha Hussein showed stubbornness in accepting previous criticisms of al-Mutanabbī’s poetry. On the contrary, Shafiei-Kedkani, in his criticism of Hafez’s poetry, used the critics’ views in his critical discussions.

Many verses of the Qur'an refer to the issue of the embodiment of actions and the appropriateness of the type of action with the quality of the person's afterlife. Every act or intention of a person, due to repetition, dominates his soul and in the same way, it becomes visible on his doer and makes his afterlife body. Increasing knowledge in this matter as a stimulus to good things and a deterrent to bad things is a worthy thing. The present research was carried out with a descriptive-analytical method regarding the view of Allameh Hassanzadeh Amoli on the issue of the embodiment of actions in verse 260 of Surah Al-Baqarah. The findings of the research show that, from Allameh's point of view, each of the four birds in the mentioned verse is a symbol of human vices that must be slaughtered in order to achieve perfection, and it is possible that all of them are the same in one person or Be strong and weak.

The simile image is one of the elements of aesthetic formation in the text, and the simile has splendor and beauty that is well located in the soul, as it brings the distant image closer to the mind, and brings out the familiar to the unfamiliar with wit and creativity. The simile image is considered one of the argumentative tools that serve as evidence and proof in poetry, so it comes The poet created it to demonstrate an issue, or to bring something outside the mind closer to something internally familiar. Scientists have excelled in delving into its secrets and talking about its beauty.
The poet Al-Thaalabi used many similes in his poetry, and similes of various types appeared in his poetry. Considering its importance, we studied simile in his collections. The poet used more than sensory and mental similes, and there were four types: the first: a tangible simile with a tangible one, the second: a reasonable simile with a reasonable one, and the third: a tangible simile. Reasonably, Fourth: A reasonable simile with a tangible one, through which the poet embodied his feelings towards the outside world, described his personal life, and praised some people. In general, the simile was wonderful in his collection and numerous, indicating the skill in its formulation and the artistry in its writing.
