Since its revelation, the Holy Qur’an has occupied the Arab mind in particular, and human thought in general, and produced for us a rich heritage of Islamic, linguistic and scientific studies throughout the ages and times. Books and works were written about him,
and letters and research were written about him It is “the book whose wonders never end.”
Among these scholars was Imam Al-Razi in his interpretation of the Keys to the Unseen. He
was useful and proficient, and had a clear imprint and a blessed impact, especially since the
subject of differences is one of the most important, honorable, and greatest sciences, in
which we realize the beauty of Qur’anic systems.
As Imam Al-Razi was interested in directing many issues of differences in his interpretation, and sometimes he extended the guidance, and at other times he was brief, so whoever
reads Imam Al-Razi’s interpretation of “Mafatih Al-Ghayb” feels that he has directed many
verses in which various types of differences are mentioned, and that he is in the presence
of a distinguished scholar whose guidance on issues of differences is no less than Any other
scholar who has devoted independent books to this science; In fact, he may have surpassed
other scholars with his guidance.

The research concerns the study of verses from the Surah of Mary, an explanatory study, from Ayah (41) to any (50). It is contained in the introduction,
preface, three investigations and a conclusion, which included the life of Burhan in terms of his name, dome, elders and death, and the second research:
proof of the book\'s name to the author, description of the written copies, and
whereabouts, third research: verbal

This research focuses on the study of Ottoman script issues in the exegesis
of Imam Abu Abdullah Al-Qurtubi (d. 671 AH). The study aims to clarify Al-Qurtubi’s approach to the matters of the script, his attention to its topics, features,
and explanations. It also highlights the relationship between the script, exegesis, and Qur’anic readings. The study concluded that Al-Qurtubi accorded significant importance to the Ottoman script, dedicating sections in his introduction
to detailing its history. Additionally, he cited authoritative scholars to explain its
phenomena, such as omission, addition, substitution, hamzah, and issues related
to directing Qur’anic readings based on the script of the Mushaf, among other
topics that Al-Qurtubi addressed in his comprehensive exegesis.

The current research aims to explain the character of the fear prayer
through the book Ahkam Al-Qur’an by Judge Bakr Al-Qushayri, where the
researcher explained a brief translation of the name and life of Al-Qushayri,
then explained the character o The ruling on a woman fasting without her
husbands knowledge and the ruling on being able to perform Hajj of the
most correct sayings that were said about it.

The importance of this research lies in the implementation of punishment, whether
singular or multiple, with or without postponement, and its effects. It is a jurisprudential issue that concerns Muslims in their lives, particularly in terms of the execution of
punishment, when it should be deferred, and its consequences. This research clarifies
the concept of punishment, the basis for its legitimacy, and the wisdom behind it. It also
discusses some of its legal rulings, outlining the conditions for its execution and other
related matters. These include issues such as what necessitates retaliation for offenses
lesser than murder, who has the right to carry out the punishment, and the manner,
place, and time of its implementation. There are many other issues addressed, but the
scope of this study does not allow for covering all aspects of the topic. The approach in
this research is generally concise. I have relied on clear evidence from the Qur’an, the
purified Hadiths, the statements of scholars (may Allah have mercy on them), and their
writings. In conclusion, addressing the implementation of punishment and some of its
rulings is a significant subject in our present time, due to the ignorance of many people
regarding such matters.

This study was conducted to reveal the educational implications of the method of using
proverbs in the Holy Quran. The descriptive analytical approach was used to identify the educational purposes included in this method. The study concluded that there are many educational purposes in the method of using Quranic proverbs, the most important of which are:
persuasion, urging contemplation, approximating meanings, learning by example, and hope
and fear. The study concluded that the method of using proverbs is one of the effective elements in educational guidance because it contains educational implications that have a great
impact on building the distinguished Islamic educational theory in terms of origins, goals and
characteristics. It has the ability to encourage contemplation and critical thinking, enhance
moral and religious values, take into account individual differences, enhance deep understanding and develop language skills, modify behavior and build a balanced personality. The study
recommended many recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of
benefiting from the sciences of the Holy Quran in all areas of life and that this benefit should
go beyond the theoretical aspect to the practical aspect, as the Quran is the eternal miracle
that is not limited by time or place, and adopting the method of using proverbs in teaching

The research titled “The Most Beautiful Names of Allah in Surah Al-Mu’minoon” examines the divine names mentioned in Surah Al-Mu’minoon. The study is divided, after
the introduction, into three sections. The first section discusses the general belief of Ahl
al-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah regarding the Most Beautiful Names of Allah and His attributes.
The second section addresses the concept of the divine names and attributes being
based on revelation. The third section focuses on the Most Beautiful Names of Allah
mentioned specifically in Surah Al-Mu’minoon. The research concludes with a conclusion and a list of referenced sources.

One of the topics of the Holy Quran that attracts the attention of every person and calls for contemplation and reflection on it (Striving is a behavioral value and its implications in the Quranic texts).
The importance of research on this topic lies in the scarcity of striving for good and the abundance of
striving for evil, and in explaining the meaning of striving and its implications in the Quranic texts, motivating striving for good and reforming the earth and establishing justice in it to gain the pleasure of God
Almighty, and forbidding striving for evil and corruption on earth, and in it is an invitation to man to contemplate and focus on his striving, and to know the consequences of this striving, and perhaps with this
knowledge he will correct the course of his life for the better, and explaining the impact of behavioral values on the life of society, and the impact they leave on the integration of the structure of society and the
harmony of the behavior of its individuals and their cohesion in the fateful challenge they face at a time
when the position of the unified society has become of great importance in its survival and continuity.
The aim of writing this topic is to define the topic of striving, and to explain the words related to striving
and its types, and to identify the most important behavioral values that it commands and warns against.
The scientific necessity of the research topic (striving is a behavioral value and its connotations in
the Quranic texts) required that I address it in three topics preceded by the introduction and followed
by the conclusion, as follows:
The first topic: defining striving and behavioral values linguistically and technically, and explaining
the words related to striving.
The second topic: striving for reform and obtaining reward.
The third topic: striving to corrupt the earth.

The study aims to explore the impact of Qur’anic readings (qiraat) in achieving the objective of preserving wealth, which is one of the universal Shariah objectives (maqasid) and one
of the five essential necessities. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology, examining practical examples of Qur’anic readings related to wealth preservation and their role in
clarifying financial rulings, ensuring the protection of wealth from misappropriation and loss,
and directing it towards the well-being of individuals in a balanced approach that integrates
economic sufficiency and social justice.
The theoretical section of the study discusses the definition of Shariah objectives, a brief
history of this discipline, the importance of maqasid in understanding and interpreting the
Qur’an, and the significance of the Qur’an in realizing Shariah objectives.
The study concludes with several key findings, including
1. The role of Qur’anic readings in highlighting the objective of preserving wealth and
the associated rulings, demonstrating their complementarity through a balanced approach
of individual and collective encouragement and deterrence, and clarifying their legislative
implications.
2. The contribution of Qur’anic readings to enhancing the jurisprudential understanding
of wealth preservation issues

This research examines the juridical choices of Imam Al-Maturidi in matters
of personal status in Surah Al-toor. The focus of my research is on the choices
of Imam Al-Maturidi as reflected in his interpretations, which are based on the
interpretations of Ahl al-Sunnah, regarding personal status matters, specifically
divorce

Jurisprudence is the knowledge of the legal rulings from their detailed evidence that governs the apparent actions of those in charge of duties, forbidden, recommended, disliked,
and permissible, and knowledge of the rulings of worship and transactions. For this reason,
great scholars appeared in the intellectual and legislative history of the Islamic nation who
deduced the legal rulings from the Qur’an and the Sunnah. Therefore, in the current study, I
dealt with the jurisprudential rulings related to fasting by the scholar Al-Sabouni in his book
(Simplified Shari’a Jurisprudence in the Light of the Qur’an and the Sunnah), the section on
worship, and I studied four issues in it: The first: proof. The beginning of Ramadan, and the
second: Are different horoscopes considered in relation to fasting the month of Ramadan?
The third: The obligation of expiation for anything other than intercourse, and the fourth:
The obligation of ransom for one who delays making up for Ramadan without an excuse. My
methodology in the current study was to provide an introduction to each issue, so that you
know the nature of the issue and its truth and not There remains a mystery or ambiguity for
those who read it, except in some issues, because there is no need for it. Then I convey the
opinions and doctrines of the jurists, in addition to Al-Sabouni’s choice, and I mention their
evidence and discuss it, then I prefer the doctrine with the strongest evidence.

The research aims to clarify the approach of Imam al-Raghib in presenting interpretive questions and answering them in his interpretation.
The study clarified the term interpretive questions and the life of Imam
al-Raghib with two examples of his interpretive questions. To achieve the
goal of the study, the researcher followed the inductive approach and
the analytical approach

The current research aims to explain the character of the fear prayer through the

the definition of stopping and starting in the HoIy Qur’an.

This study is considered one of the important studies in Islamic thought because it deals with intellectual deviation,
its problems, and its effects in the modern era
Intellectual deviation is one of the most dangerous problems facing societies in the modern era, as it threatens
youth and targets the values, morals and principles on which society is based. This problem has worsened recently and
has become the focus of attention of many thinkers, media professionals, social workers and psychologists due to the
risks it poses and the loss of youth. These risks include atheism, extremism, chaos, loss, despair, neglect, indifference
and the spread of crime. The main reasons for choosing the research topic are the aggravation of the seriousness of
the problem of the spread of deviant ideas, which leads to deviant behavior among youth, and the increase in cases of
intellectual and behavioral deviation among youth, which portends an unstable future for society, and that the deviant
adolescent today is the criminal adult tomorrow if prevention programs are not put in place for him and work is not
done to reform and rehabilitate him to return him to the social body. The aim of the research topic is to clarify the
preliminaries of deviation to confront them and parents’ knowledge of them, and to clarify the negative effects that
the phenomenon of family disintegration that affects the family leads to, and the impact of that disintegration on
family members, as well as neglecting moral education and its effects that lead to deviation, and knowing the reasons
for parents’ neglect of moral education, as well as knowing the impact of social media with low content in the spread
of deviation among young people, and the importance of the research lies in preparing a generation of believers who
are fortified and believe in God Almighty and are able to build a bright future for society. My study of this topic (preliminaries of intellectual deviation among young people) divided into two sections preceded by the introduction and
followed by the conclusion, as follows:
The first section: defining the preliminaries linguistically and technically, defining deviation linguistically and technically, the concept of intellectual deviation, and the legitimacy of urging people to stay away from deviation in the Holy
Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet
The second section: the preliminaries that lead to intellectual deviation.

This research aims to introduce the methodology of Sheikh Ahmed Al-Basili through his
interpretation, Al-Taqyeed Al-Kabeer fi Tafseer Kitab Allah Al-Majeed (The Great Annotation
in the Interpretation of the Glorious Book of God). The study seeks to highlight the approach
of this esteemed scholar in the field of Tafseer (Quranic exegesis). Utilizing an inductive, descriptive, and analytical approach, the study is organized into an introduction and five main
sections.
The first section provides an overview of Sheikh Ahmed Al-Basili’s life and works. The second section discusses Al-Basili’s sources in his Tafseer. The third section examines his methodology in Tafseer bil Ma’thoor (interpretation based on transmitted narrations). The fourth
section delves into Quranic sciences within his interpretation. The fifth section addresses his
approach to linguistic matters. The study concludes with a summary of the main findings,
followed by a bibliography.

conversations about the Sahabi of Galilee Anas bin Malik in His pleasure from Him, and He came to allah’s satisfaction with Him in this
door. Two speeches: The first: In the end, the absolute dissolution of

annihilation. In my research, I examined the jurisprudence of these
two tales, and I showed the degree of the conversations, as well as the
stranger of the talk, and the jurisprudence in the matter, and I was
likely to do so

The study examines the verification of a manuscript containing exegetical epistles by the author Ahmad bin Ruh Allah al-Ansari (d. 1008 AH), included among a
collection of 13 epistles on exegesis and jurisprudence within a single manuscript
housed in the Süleymaniye Manuscript Library in Istanbul, Turkey. The research
aims to present a biographical account of the author, provide a description of
the manuscript and its related aspects, and elucidate the methodology employed
in verifying only the exegetical epistles. This methodology involved first correcting the manuscript’s text, then cross-referencing the statements of scholars cited
within it, verifying the attribution of these statements based on available sources, standardizing the Quranic verses according to the script of the Mus’haf, and
documenting the provenance of the cited prophetic hadiths. Additionally, efforts
were made to identify ambiguous terms, translate notable figures and places, and
clarify obscure expressions to the extent possible, relying on accessible sources.
