The feeling of psychological cohesion and its relationship to the school climate among primary school teachers
The current research aims to identify the feeling of psychological cohesion and its relationship to the school climate among primary school female teachers. The research was conducted on a sample of (100) female teachers. Aoun), the indicators of validity and reliability were taken into account in the two scales, and the descriptive correlative approach was used, and the following statistical methods were used: Pearson correlation coefficient, the t-test for one sample and two independent samples, and the Vachronbach equation. A statistically significant positive correlation between psychological cohesion and school climate, and the researchers came out with some recommendations and proposals.
