The secondary stage is an important phase in the life of the students, because it is the period of physical, psychological andsocial changes,in the same time, emotional instability is presenting the features of human behavior ofhis/heractivities. Psychopathy behavior issocially unacceptable, which the students suffer in the secondary school that can be shown in the attackingthe schools’ properties and lack of respect for teachers and colleagues.In addition to that, they don’t care for the values of school and social norms, and makeconfusion inside the school corridors. The present study aims to measure the current behavior among secondary school students; the researcher constructed a measurementtool of behavior. Thefinal form of the measurement tool is about (38) paragraph, it has been approved and to whatextent the distinction paragraphs show the validity and reliability byconducting thestatistical means. The sample of the study is (400) students, the researcher conducts and applies the test on about (200) students who are selected randomly.

The study aimed to know the effect of a Suggested strategy based on theCognitive Acceleration in Achievement of Mathematics and Deductive Thinking for Students of the sixth primary class and Their Cognitive Competence Perceived. The sample of the research consists of (63) students, distributed randomly into two equal groups. The first experimental group has been taught by the Suggested strategy, and the second group (control group) has been taught by the normal method. Two research tools were conducted: one is for measuring the deductive thinking composes of (15) items, and the others test for measuring Cognitive competence Perceived composes of (24) items. The validity and constancyof the two test has been checked. Then applied two test on the sets of research. The results showed by using "T-test" for two independent samples, There are statistical significant difference between the two sets of research students and infavor of the experimental group in the achievement and deductive thinking and Cognitive competence Perceived, and in the light of the search results, the researcher recommended the importance of teaching the use of the Suggested strategy, for the purpose of development operations mental students.

The research aims to investigate theimpact of strategy ofsimilarities in thedevelopment of visual thinking for mathematics at the primary school students, and to achieve the goal of the study and a researcher hypotheses put zero the following: -
1. Thereis nosignificantdifferencefromstatisticlevel (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students who will study the similarities and according to the degree of control group students who will study according to ordinary method to test visual thinking skills strategy.
2. Thereis nosignificantdifferencefromstatistic at thelevel of significance (0.05) between the average grades of the experimental group in the test results (tribal - dimensional) for visual thinking skills.
3. Thereis nosignificantdifferencestatisticathelevel of significance (05, 0) between the average grades of the control group in the test results (tribal - dimensional) for visual thinking skills.
Thelimitation of theresearchison a sample of students of the fifth grade, in a school (peace be upon him Hadi primary mixed) of the Directorate of Education BAGHDAD / Rusafa third.
TheResearcherchosesthenumberof pupilsrandomly (67) male and female pupils, after the exclusion of statistical represented Division (a) the control group, amounting to its size (31) pupils and studied according to ordinary method, while represented the Shab'a (b) of the experimental group, with a volume of (31) male and female pupils and studied according similars strategy.
Two sets of variables are conducted (chronologicalage, previous achievement in mathematics, the academic level of the parents, visual thinking), testing visual thinking "dish tribal" on my sample search, after extracting the results, began researcher taught the two groups (experimental and control), applied after the tool visual thinking.
TheresearcherAdoptedstatisticalmethods (t-test for two samples interlinked and one sample, Pearson) correlation coefficient.
The most important findings of thisresearch can be shown as follow:

The current study aims to identify the addiction to gaming and its relationship with attention deficit among primary school students, the attention is a mental processes that plays an important role in the life of the individual in terms of his ability to communicate with the surrounding environment, which is reflected in his choice of various appropriate sensory stimuli, and is a distraction of the main factors leading to the failure to achieve the child's interaction with the surrounding environment, especially the classroom environment as it reduces the chances of the student's access to education its efficiency. The gaming community a big phenomenon. Many parents and educators believe that these games are an impediment to the children's homework, and isolate them from their families and peers, and other social relationships.
The study aimed to identify:
1-gaming addiction among primary school pupils
2-The significance of differences in the electronic gaming addiction among primary school students according to the gender variable (males- females).
3-distract the primary school pupils
4-significance of differences in the scattering of attention among primary school pupils on a variable according to sex (male-female).
5-relationship correlation between addiction Electronic Games and distract the primary school pupils.
It has been used researchers research methodology descriptive on a sample of 400 male and female pupils, a sixth-grade primary in the Directorate of Education Baghdad's Karkh (first, second, and third), and for the academic year 2015-2016 showed results that the research sample does not suffer from addiction Electronic Games and do not constitute have the phenomenon of addiction, and that there are differences between the two samples in gaming addiction variable in favor of males, and the research sample members do not have a distracted, and that there are differences between the two samples in favor of males, too. The research aims to identify the effects of the overlapping-waves strategy on attaining the knowledge of criminal law and critical thinking skills for the students of faculty of Law. The researcher choses the faculty of law of the Iraqi university as the study group. A total number of 95 students were enrolled in the study. The first students group (Class -A students) were used as the experimental group and they were taught by using the overlapping-waves strategy . The second group (Class-B students) were used as the control group and they were taught by using the usual method. The researcher identified the external confounding factors, modified the study design by eliminating these factors from both groups and by balancing the groups against a pre-attainment test and a critical thinking test. The researcher prepared the experimental study plans, the attainment test and the distant critical thinking test. The researcher used the appropriate statistical means to complete his study. The results showed a better performance in both knowledge attainment and critical thinking in the experimental students group (Class -A students) who were taught by using the overlapping-waves strategy compared to the control student group who were taught by using the usual standard method.

The purpose of the research is to identify the performance of computer’s teachers in the private elementary school in accordance the standards of the automated computer teachers with the fifteen standards that are prepared for the research, in private elementary schools under the supervision of Baghdad directorate/the first Rusafa for the year 2015 – 2016 with reliable choices to the place to evaluate the teachers performance of the (58) teachers working in (37) schools, the sample of the study was selected randomly about (58) teachers, the sample is about of (26) teachers from (15) schools.
The researchers are prepared note form which is included (56) reference as the final form that are spread over (15) standard and after checking the reliability of the tool then they have been reached to constancy according Alpha Cronbach’s manner which amounted (0.93) , which is good enough for the purposes of scientific research.
The list of criteria in its primary form is contained (16) standards and (61) index that has been presented to observers to indicate their views and comments to proof its appropriateness for the Iraqi environment in general and to evaluate the performance of private primary schools teachers in particular which is reliable with the efficient content in Iraq and the capabilities and potential of our teachers.
The researchers are viewing the note form as the final form to the same group of judges who received their answers on the preparation of the list to clarify the validity of the appropriate criteria and indicators for performance evaluation form sought by the researchers, the arbitrators select each indicator of the criteria in note form and in doing so has been the selection of indicators which got (83%) or more percentage agreement to be within the content of the form, as the final total indicators (56) index spread over (15) standards.
The data was collected and analyzed by using the following statistical methods, percentile weight, the weighted average, percentage, (t – test) for two independent samples and alpha Cronbach. Finally, the recommendations and suggestions are presented.

In general, libraries have taken a special interest from various educational institutions due to the key role that libraries play in terms of enriching the scientific aspects with different knowledge resources. The role of libraries is significantly can be seen in the fast information delivery for the recipients. Hence, the indexing and classifying of library resources is very important task because it contributes in enhancing the libraries performance. The classification of books (putting the book in the right class) is not an easy task, especially when the books are written in English. This research presents a model for books classification by using Association Rules techniques. The first stage of the research involved distributing a questionnaire for people who are working in libraries. The purpose of the questionnaire was to identify the difficulties that come with English books classification. The results of the questionnaire proved that there were number of obstacles in terms of English books classification process. After that we have collected an English books dataset to be employed in our model. Then the model has been implemented successfully and tested by given the title of the book. The results of the research proved that the model can put the book into the right class with ratio of (76%) and the error rate was (24%). That means it is possible to develop computer-based systems to classify the library resources. The results of the research open the way toward developing more sophisticated techniques and methods which can improve the performance of classifying the books electronically in an efficient manner that serves the librarians and users as well.

The aims of study are to identify the differences between the patients of renal dialysis and the patients of renal transplant, pertaining to the level of depression, social introversion, and hypochondriacs. It is compared of 100 persons that are divided into two groups that can be shown as follows: (50) persons of renal dialysis and (50) persons of renal transplant. All persons were randomly selected from the unit of renal transplant and were interviewed separately. The next scales were applied to them: Depression Scale and Social introversion scale and hypochondrias are scale that was taken from the MMPI in 2014. The statistical program (SPSS) was used as squared (X²) where the results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences at (0.001) .The results are presented a radical differences between the patients of renal dialysis and the patients of renal transplant in the level of depression, social introversion and hypochondriacs for the category of less than 29 degree and more than 71 degree which represent the abnormal according to the scale at the (0.001). Meanwhile, they did not show a significant difference between the two groups with the category 30-70 that are indicating the normal.

The current research aims to identify the impact of a specimen of the five pillars in the acquisition of geographical concepts and the development of deductive thinking among first-graders average, and to achieve this research scholar put Elsafreeten following two hypotheses:
1. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group that studied conform to the form of the five pillars, and the average grades control group that studied according to the traditional method of acquiring geographical concepts students.

The research aims to identify:
1-The level of habits of mind of the Department of Mathematics students in the college of Basic Education of Mustansiriyah University and Diyala University.
2- Level of cognitive preference of the Department of Mathematics students in the college of Basic Education of Mustansiriyah University and Diyala University.
3- The relation between the habits of mind and the cognitive preference of the Department of Mathematics students in the college of Basic Education of Mustansiriyah University and Diyala University.
The researchers constructing scale a measure of the habits of the mind, we have produced the scale of the validity and the reliability, The scale becomes final form is composed of (55) items, and adopted (Zafar,2008) scale of cognitive preference after confirming its validity and the reliability, The scale composed of final form is (30) items, Then the two scales were applied on the research sample consists of(120)students from the fourth stage of basic education colleges of Mustansiriyah University and Diyala
University.
To achieve the aims of the research, use the following statistical means :(t-test) for one sample,
(t-test) for tow sample, and a Pearson correlation coefficient, Research results showed to:-
1- The Department of Mathematics students in the college of Basic Education from both universities Mustansiriya and Diyala have good habits of mind.
2- The Department of Mathematics students in the college of Basic Education from both universities Mustansiriya and Diyala enjoy all the cognitive styles of cognitive preference but in a few degrees, even if the style differs the other .The principles style was slightly more than the application style, then the critical style, followed by recall style.
3-The result of the relation of the habits of the mind with the cognitive preference was an inverse relation between the habits of the mind with the recall style and vice versa with the critical and the principle and application was a direct relationship.
In the light of the results of the research, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions for further and future works.

The research aims to answer the following question: Is there a relationship between the subconscious thinking of physics and spiritual intelligence and the ability to solve problems for fourth graders? To achieve the goal of this research, the researcher built the test of thinking and the test of spiritual intelligence and test the ability to solve problems for students in the fourth grade of science. The three measures were applied on a sample of 480 students of the fourth grade of science who were selected randomly. After the collection and processing of statistical information using, The analysis of binary variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Spearman Brown equation were used. Results showed the following:
1. There is a positive relationship between the thinking of physics students in the fourth grade and their spiritual intelligence.
2. The existence of a positive relationship between the reflective thinking of the material physics students in the fourth grade and their ability to solve problems.

The research aims at the evaluation of the preparation program of the new educational supervisors from the perspectives of the trainees. To achieve that, the researcher used a descriptive method. The questionnaire used consisted of (35) items divided into five categories. The research sample included (264) trainees. The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods, and the most important results are: the effectiveness of the training courses for the preparation of the new educational supervisors, the evolution of the trainees ranges from average to good.

The two researchers studied one of the most famous Shafa'ain books which is (the method which is called divestiture for slaves benefit). This is to explain the followed method by Al-Bejermi in distribution his book to make it a model for this research. We made one of the section to introduce Imam Al-Bejermi (Sulaiman Ben Mohammed Ben Umar Al-Bejermi) including his book and his method. In the second section, we mentioned the reasons and occasions in arranging the jurisprudent books in the method book. The third one, we showed the occasions in arranging the books which differentiated Imam Al-Bejermi method in arranging (The Method). We ended this research mentioning the most important results that we reached. Then we mentioned the recommendations which were important to be followed. We put a lit of sources that we used to write this research. That was our efforts, if we were right, it would be from Allah and if there was some mistakes, they would be by us.

The current research investigates the effect of the six-dimensional and the programmed curve strategies on the performance of fifth graders in the Arabic Rhetoric. The sample consisted of 60 students from the junior high school students for the academic year (2016-2017). To apply the experience, the researcher used an exploratory sample that consisted of 30 students from the research community itself. The researcher taught the three research groups himself. To analyze data, the researcher used Pearson Correlation Coefficient.

The current research studied the impact of two consultation techniques on a sample of 300 students from the University of Mustansiriya. A pre-test sample of 30 students was derived from the original sample. Two research tools were created based on Bik Theory of Cognitive Therapy. Results showed that there are statistical differences between the pre-test sample and the controlled sample after applying the consultation program.

The current research aims to identify: existential vacuum level in a sample of the displaced. differences in the existential vacuum depending on the variable type (male - females).The current study identified a sample of the displaced (males - females) in 2015-2016 within the province of Najaf. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers adopted the following:

The research aims included the concept of sustainable design, sustainability applications in the design of smart industrial products, and the creation of design standards for practical purposes to activate the role of design of industrial products. The limits of this study included the products of electronic electrical devices sustainable for the company (Philips) and (Apple) manufactured in 2015 - 2016. The second chapter contains three topics. The third chapter included the research procedures of the study society.
