Abstract: This development of electronic due of the gret boom in the world of communication and modern fechnollogy has lod to the emergence of modern means of electronic payment( electronic payment) such as electronic money, electronic payment cards and other means and This development has reached to the exant of electron ic trading papers , for electronic order , which is very similar to its paper- based counterparts, only electronic processing ,wended that mony general rules apply to these means, since (electronic commercial paper) the electronic editor mast have the legal authority in the proof and be so if the aritten condions of the electronic writing stipulated in the lows that delet with this matter suchas the electronic signature law,electronic transactions , the irage law and Egyptian signature and other laws in the comparison , and this editor must be signel by owner and comply with terms of the signature stipulated by the laws that organized the electronic signature and that signature certified and authendicated by the ratification ,because of the emergence of these would to be accompanied by legislative treatments to accommodate this development
