Abstract

Accounting disclosure is a key requirement for stakeholders. Therefore, these organizations seek to increase transparency and disclosure of their business results. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the extent to which accounting disclosure impacts strengthening oversight within banking institutions. To achieve this research objective, we relied on the deductive approach, followed by the descriptive analytical approach. The descriptive approach is represented in clarifying the basic concepts of accounting disclosure and banking control, while the analytical approach is represented in studying the financial data and extracting the relationship between the level of disclosure and the efficiency of control. The research results showed that the responses of the sample members were generally positive with regard to the impact of accounting disclosure on control in banking institutions, as the arithmetic averages ranged between (3.47) and (3.78). This indicates a moderate to high degree of agreement on the role of accounting disclosure in enhancing oversight. Therefore, the study recommends the adoption of advanced accounting and technological systems that facilitate financial disclosure processes and contribute to the accuracy and speed of reporting, thus enhancing the effectiveness of oversight.

يمثل الإفصاح المحاسبي مطلب رئيسي للأطراف ذات الصلة بالمنشأة، فلذلك تسعى المنشآت إلى زيادة مستوى الشفافية والإفصاح عن نتائج أعمالها ، فلذلك يهدف البحث إلى تحليل مدى تأثير الإفصاح المحاسبي على تعزيز الرقابة داخل المؤسسات المصرفية، وحتي يتم تحقيق هدف البحث فقد تم الاعتماد فقد اعتمدنا في البحث على استخدام المنهج الاستنباطي ومن ثم تطبق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فالمنهج الوصفي يتمثل في توضيح المفاهيم الأساسية للإفصاح المحاسبي والرقابة المصرفية، أما المنهج التحليلي يتمثل في دراسة البيانات المالية واستخلاص العلاقة بين مستوى الإفصاح وكفاءة الرقابة، أظهرت نتائج البحث استجابات أفراد العينة كانت إيجابية بشكل عام فيما يتعلق بأثر الإفصاح المحاسبي على الرقابة في المؤسسات المصرفية حيث تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية بين (3.47) و(3.78)، مما يشير إلى اتفاق بدرجة متوسطة إلى مرتفعة على دور الإفصاح المحاسبي في تعزيز الرقابة، فلذلك توصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني نظم محاسبية وتكنولوجية متقدمة تسهل عمليات الإفصاح المالي، وتسهم في دقة وسرعة إعداد التقارير، مما يعزز من فعالية الرقابة.

Abstract

Travel is an important source of knowledge about the human aspects of life in various forms. It can be considered a true record of many of the daily activities of cities and urban centers throughout time. As the traveler traveled, he captured various aspects of his observations or what he heard about the place through stories, tales, and news. Hence, travelers varied in the accuracy of their observations and the degree of their interest, as did their visions and the degree of their honesty and trustworthiness in conveying what they saw or heard. The need for travel arose after the Islamic conquests to enable the management and exploration of new areas of Islamic lands. In this study, we will cite the most important Muslim travelers during the 3rd-8th centuries AH and the challenges and dangers they encountered during their travels.

تعد الرحلات مصدرا هاما للمعرفة بجوانبها البشرية بمختلف صورها اويمكن اعتبارها سجل حقيقي للعديد من انشطة الحياة اليومية للمدن والحواضر على مر الزمان، فالرحالة وهو يتنقل في رحلته ويصور مظاهر مختلفة عن مشاهداته او مايسمعه عن المكان قصص وحكايا واخبار ، ومن هنا اختلف الرحالة في دقة ملاحظتهم ودرجة اهتمامهم كما تباينت رؤاهم ودرجة صدقهم وأمانتهم في نقل ما شاهدوه أو سمعوه. وقد اقتضت الحاجة للرحلات بعد الفتوح الإسلامية للتمكن من إدارة الأصقاع الجديدة للبلاد الإسلامية والتعرف عليها وسنورد في هذا البحث أهم الرحالة المسلمين خلال القرون 3-8هـ والتحديات والمخاطر التي اختبروها في أسفارهم.

Abstract

تمثل درجة الحرارة المحرك الرئيسي لباقي العناصر المناخية الاخرى،من خلال تأثير احدهما بالاخر،اذ يظهر هذا التباين نتيجة انعكاس لما تحتويه درجات الحرارة من اشعاع شمسي،والحرارة الاعتيادية،ومعدل درجات الحرارة اصغرى والكبرى،فضلا عن قياس كمية الرطوبة النسبيةواثرها على درجة الحرارة، لاسيما مع التغير المناخي والارتفاع الكبير لدرجات الحرارة عن المعدل العام الذي يشهده العالم باكمله.
تم تحليل بيانات منطقة الدراسة مناخياً،للتعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين العوامل المؤثرة في توزيع درجات الحرارة ضمن منطقة الدراسة، وبسبب اهميتها الكبيرة لكونها تتشابه الخصائص المناخية لاغلب محافظات المنطقة الوسطى من العراق،اذ بالامكان تطبيق نتائج البحث وتعميمها على المدن القريبة من منطقة الدراسة.
توصل البحث الى عدة استنتاجات لعل اهمها، ان منحنى درجات الحرارة يتجه معدله نحو الارتفاع،فضلا عن وجود الاختلاف الزمني في توزيع وتحليل درجات الحرارة على المستوين الفصلي والشهري والسنوي،اذ ركز البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستعيناً بالبرامج الحقيبة الاحصائية(spss,Excel).
