The study delves into the topic revealed above in light of modern intellectual and cultural challenges. It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Prophetic Sunnah by examining how the Companions applied it and using their understanding as a criterion for interpreting revelation. It is divided into four sections: the concept of understanding the Sunnah and its significance, guidelines for application, a comparison of the Companions’ understanding with modern interpretations, and methods of enhancing appropriate understanding in today’s context. It adopts both the inductive and critical analytical approaches. The findings confirm the infallibility of the sound Sharia text while emphasizing the importance of adhering to the principles of correct understanding. Recommendations include incorporating “methodological regulations in teaching the Sharia text and establishing a research centre to study the companions’ applications of the Prophetic Sunnah and to raise awareness of the distinctions between the authentic approach and modern interpretations.

This research delves into the study and analysis a rule of Islamic jurisprudence :
"What is Permitted Due to an Excuse is Nullified Upon Its Removal."
This rule is considered one of the most significant rules in Islamic jurisprudence, as it encompasses numerous jurisprudential rulings closely tied to the implementation of legal obligations rulings and the fulfillment of their objectives in real-life situations. This necessitates the search for the available legal alternatives for every issue, where complying with the original legal obligation becomes difficult.
We employed an inductive approach to gather scholarly material related to the vocabulary of the rule and its contents, and the comparative analytical approach in benefiting from that material in establishing the rule and revealing its controls and conditions.
We have reached a number of results, the most important of which are that:
1. Islamic law (Shari'ah) is based on taking into account and considering the excuse,
2. this rule can be considered one of the most important controls for working with the rule [hardship brings ease],
3. an excuse that is considered sufficient to alleviate or remove a legal obligation must be excessive and must be beyond the limits of the ordinary.
4. and that the individual obligated has a religious responsibility in assessing the excuse that he can rely on in proceeding to take the license or not when its requirement arises

This research addresses the issue of investing in the purchase of virtual land on the NextEarth platform. It includes the concepts of investment and virtual land, an introduction to the platform, the methods of benefiting from such land, its reality, its connection to digital currencies, and the ruling on purchasing it. The research relies on the methods of induction and analysis and arrives at several conclusions, including. 1. Defining virtual land as a digital plot that can be owned on one of the metaverse platforms.
2. .Identifying several methods of investing in it, such as holding virtual land as an asset that increases in value over time, leasing the owned virtual land to advertising companies, advertising one's own company on the owned land, and establishing awareness or profit-driven virtual projects on it.
3. Permitting investment in it based on the permissibility of dealing with digital currencies when sanctioned by the authority, due to their close connection

The Research Idea addresses identifying rank of the term “Good Opinion of a person” of hadith scholars and impact of this term on adjusting and discrediting of narrators. Significance of this research lies in the fact that such term was stated in writings of several early critics. The research problem lies in the impact of this term on weighting judgment of a narrator, subject of dispute, by critics, and accepting or denying its narration. Objective of this research is to identify the level of this term, while identifying its equivalent of the well-known adjustment terms and whether this term relied upon in adjustment of narrators or not. This Research follows the applied approach. One of the most significant outcomes concluded by the research is that the term “Good opinion of a person” is falls into the four renowned adjustment ranks mentioned by scholars

Sufi scholars have excelled in clarifying the purification of souls, explaining their etiquette, and explaining the behavior of the people of truth. Those who built the investigation of this knowledge on the basis of the transmitted text represented by the Holy Qur’an, the purified Sunnah, and the sayings of the Sufis, and their goal is; to demonstrate behavior consistent with obedience to Allah Almighty. Through the study, it became clear that the reasoning of the Sufis in matters of doctrine, who are one of the most important sects of The followers of AlSunna and Algamaa who struggled to repel those who oppose the doctrine of The followers of AlSunna and Algamaa in matters doctrine. They were distinguished by a path that was added to the traditional and rational path that theologians adhered to in their reasoning in clarifying issues of belief and responding to the sects that differed from them. It is the emotional approach that was added alongside these inferences. They had their responses to their opponents in proving issues of faith, the most important of which were the increase and decrease of faith, and the ruling on the one who commits a major sin. Due to the importance of this study, the title of the research became (The position of the people of Sufism on issues of doctrine (the increase and decrease of faith - and the one who commits a major sin as an example), in which I explained the position of the people of Sufism on these two issues, and explained their reasoning in responding to the opponents. This is the most important aspects of the study in this research. I ask Allah Almighty for acceptance, Allah willing.

This research aims to clarify the truth of faith according to Muhammad ibn Fadl al-Balkhi and explain the opinions of other Islamic sects by following a comparative approach between the sayings of al-Balkhi and the Islamic sects, and the faction of the issue of faith, which is one of the qualities mentioned by Imam Muhammad ibn al-Fadl al-Balkhi, and it is a basis for knowing... It is present in his book. Where I explained it, explained it, and stated the sayings included, mentioning the scientific and rational evidence, and clarifies the differences in issues of faith between Islamic sects.

Certainly, concepts that deviate from the linguistic discussions are significant in the realm of jurists, as they transfer the interpreter from the apparent to the hidden and from words to meanings. Thus, the jurist must have a comprehensive understanding of these concepts to be insightful in interpreting religious texts. Therefore, I have selected these concepts as the title for my research: "The Concept of Deviation in Surah An-Nisa: An Applied Study." This aims to categorize and examine these deviations, their levels, and the perspectives of jurists on them. They are not in a single category; viewpoints differ, impacting the derivation of rulings and the interpretation of religious texts. This becomes evident in the practical aspect of these concepts in Surah An-Nisa. The study is divided into two sides: theoretical and practical. The introduction clarifies the intended meaning of the concepts, categorizing them and presenting scholars' opinions on their validity. The second section is a practical study, selecting examples for illustration.

What exists in this world is not equal to anything that exists in Paradise، which is why achieving it is the goal of every believer. After the believer lives in this world according to what he followed of worship، good deeds، and faith in God and His Messenger، may God bless him and grant him peace، he will find Paradise in the Hereafter. It is the place that God Almighty promised His righteous، faithful servants after their death and resurrection as a reward for them. There are those who enter this place، which is (Paradise) without judgment، and this thing was a great motivation for me to write about the topic of “Hadiths without judgment in the Nine Books” through... Collecting hadiths related to this topic from the books of the Noble Prophet’s Sunnah.

The choice and weighting between the commentators' statements is one of the important sciences in the sciences of the Holy Qur'an، which scholars and commentators have taken care to arrive at the most correct opinion. Therefore، in our research، we discussed the choices and weightings of Sheikh Abdul Karim Al-Mudarres and Sheikh Muhammad Taha Al- Balisani in their interpretations of Surat Al-Najm as an example - a comparative study. It aims to collect the interpretive choices and preferences between the two commentators and benefit from them to know the correct statement and the weak statement، through complete extrapolation of the interpretation of the verses according to the two sheikhs through their interpretations and extracting their preferences in those verses and comparing them، while stating the opinions of the commentators through the verses in which the preference is mentioned. One of the objectives of the research is also to highlight the efforts of two distinguished contemporary Iraqi scholars in interpreting the Holy Qur'an، and to study their preferences within the comparative interpretation approach and apply them to the rules of interpretation established by scholars، and to demonstrate the impact of their significance on the more correct opinion

The research deals with a prominent scholar of the nation, who has enriched the Islamic library with his valuable works in all Islamic sciences. He is considered an encyclopedia due to his knowledge that has benefited many students of knowledge, and among his most important works in which he deals with theological issues is: It is a book of theological summary; It is the book that Ibn Arafa, may God have mercy on him, singled out - it is a great book in which he clarifies the sayings of the Sunnis and the community. Which was his support in responding to violators; Those who, with their words, especially regarding the divine attributes, differed from the people of truth; Issues related to the divine took up a wide area of the book, to the point that he created an entire chapter for it that he called (Al-Tanzihat) and made it into chapters divided into the attributes of meanings and the attributes of actions, and the effect of the power of God Almighty on the ability of the servant. After researching the book, I authored a study in it that I called (Speech positions with Ibn Arafa on the issue of attributing the existence of the Creator, glory be to Him, through his book Al-Mukhtasar Al-Kalam - Presentation and Criticism). In this title, I dealt with an introduction and two sections. In the first section, I served to introduce Ibn Arafa and attribute the book to him. The second section in which I presented the statements of those who disagreed regarding the glorification of the existence of God Almighty - and then, after the presentation, I explained Imam Ibn Arafa’s criticism of them. Then I concluded it with a conclusion in which I reached results that I wanted to mention in this research. Which I ask God Almighty to gain acceptance.

This research begins with a title, an introduction, and an explanation of the meaning of microbial culture, as well as an explanation of the first appearance of treatment by this approach, since this method is one of the latest examples. Then, I detailed the pathological disorders that necessitate treatment with this manner, and after that, I went on to state the legal foundation for this issue, and from there, the legal verdict for this case, keeping in mind the outcome of this study.

As for the conclusion of this research, I say: It is part of the most comprehensive book on most Hanafi jurisprudential issues. The author, may God have mercy on him, studied them well. He was creative in supporting his statements and comments with evidence and evidence. Evidence from the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the sayings of the Companions helped him in collecting books on these issues according to the Hanafi school of thought in his time. Such as the most important books, al-Mabsoot, and the fatwas of al-Bazazi, al-Khaniyya, and others. He also studied some issues in a comparative study according to the four schools of thought.
I chose part of the manuscript from this book, which contains almost all the chapters of jurisprudence, so I investigated it scientifically, using as evidence the verses of the Holy Qur’an and the hadiths that I extracted from their context, then I judged it using the well-known terms of strength and weakness, then it was translated for notable figures, places, and strange words, and I documented the issues from solid sources that I worked on. Well done, out of my keenness to produce this research as the author wanted it to be an important source in Islamic libraries.. and from God, success and success

When the first thing that appeared to the Islamic religion on the earth، its enemies began to assure him of the intrigues and their hostility and tried in all ways to get rid of it and uproot its roots، but these transformers did not succeed in failure، thanks to the power of faith rooted in the hearts of Muslims، then thanks to his scholars who are the heirs of the prophets، whose work is an extension of the work of the prophets (peace and blessings be upon them) in saving humanity and societies And the spread of delusion; Where many of them were able to defend their faith، and to confront all the force of all suspicions that arise around Islam and its teachings.

The storytelling of the Dhahir Al - Mathahib is one of the mysterious ones that is narrated by Imam Al - Hanbali, and it is credited in many cases in the book Al - Mughni by Ibn Qudamah. This research came to focus on this storytelling in four cases. Certainly, there is ready written a survey on the life of Ibn Qudamah and his lineage, his sheikhs and students, then on Al - Mughni in terms of its title, his approach to it, and its sources. The method of the study is to explain a picture of each issue, then mention Hanbali stories and those of the jurists who agree with them regarding each story, then mention Sayings that contradict Hanbali stories and the evidence for each of them, and coming out with a preference for one of the stories or one of the statements of others. Accordingly, the method of the study is based on induction and discussion.

By clarifying the basic concept of the Islamic diplomatic immunity article، it has been shown that all Arabic and English dictionaries have applied that diplomatic immunity in Islam means granting safety and protecting the safe in all countries.
The research reported that there are important words related to diplomatic immunity، the most important of which are (security، peace، diplomatic corps، foreign policy). These contemporary words are related to the concept of immunity in Islam. Its role is very important in spreading peace، rejecting violence، and establishing security. Finally، God Almighty sent us to accept this work from us. He is the Hearer and Answerer. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.

This research seeks to clarify the interpretive questions mentioned by Imam Al-Wahidi in his simple interpretation, in Surat Al-Falaq as a model, by mentioning the question formula received by Imam Al-Wahidi, and then show the editing of the question, as well as the face of the question, and then mention the answer formula when Imam Al-Wahidi, and then mention the most important sayings in which the interpreters, as this aims to pay suspicions about the Holy Qur\'an.

This research deals with the issue of taking financial concessions in Islamic jurisprudence، through studying their legal controls according to the objectives of Islamic law. Financial concessions mean alleviating and facilitating some financial rulings based on necessities or urgent needs، but with conditions and controls that preserve the balance of Sharia between facilitation and not compromising the basic objectives of Sharia. The research aims to clarify these controls in light of the objectives of Islamic law، which are based on achieving interests and warding off corruption. The research methodology and plan are in four sections: Section One: The meaning of financial concessions. Section Two: The legitimacy of concessions in financial transactions. Section Three: Financial concessions in light of the objectives of Sharia. Section Four: Controls for taking financial concessions.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and the best prayers and most complete peace be upon our Master Muhammad, his family and all his companions. And after: There is no doubt that many of the texts mentioned in the two revelations are conjectural in meaning, and perhaps this is one of the most important reasons for the differences in the views of the jurists. Therefore, conjectural meaning is the widest field for ijtihad due to the many different meanings that those conjectural texts can bear. From here, the supremacy of Islamic jurisprudence appears in the multiplicity of opinions of the jurists of the Companions, the Followers and the mujtahid imams based on those multiple meanings. The scholars of the principles of jurisprudence and jurists have researched several issues related to the subject of ijtihad, whether it originated from conjectural meaning or what no text has been mentioned about it at all or there has been no valid consensus on it. Among the issues that were discussed by those distinguished scholars is (the ruling on multiple correctness in ijtihad), as their statements differed in this regard and their points of view and ideas varied. In this research, I shed light on this part and then point out some of the jurisprudential implications resulting from it .

This research examines the prophetic foresight regarding Jerusalem and its surroundings, revealing a multidimensional strategic vision that intertwines religious, intellectual, and geopolitical perspectives. The study calls for intensified academic exploration of prophetic traditions addressing contemporary and future challenges, advocating for the establishment of specialized research institutions dedicated to integrating these insights with the Ummah’s pressing issues. It stresses the importance of embedding Jerusalem's religious and strategic significance into public consciousness through education and media, fostering an awareness of its role as a pivotal cultural and geopolitical center. Additionally, it emphasizes the need to develop actionable strategies rooted in prophetic teachings to enhance the Ummah’s political and intellectual resilience, while advancing geopolitical discourse informed by Islamic values.
By aligning prophetic insights with contemporary realities, this vision urges the Muslim Ummah to cultivate civilizational awareness, strengthen its cultural and intellectual framework, and effectively navigate the challenges of the modern era
