Confession is one of the important constants in Sharia and law rulings.
That is why I started from this term and its connotations. The title of my
research was (Admission in Sharia and Law) a comparative jurisprudential
study; As I made it three topics to study in ((The first topic: On the conditions
of the headquarters, the second topic: The conditions of acknowledgment,
and the third topic: Evidence and other clues)).

This study is distinguished from others in this field, by adopting a new
method of weighting between the statements of different interpreters through
laboratory analysis, which relies on computer programs that perform audio
analysis, during the recitation of the Quranic verse, and then comparing the
results with the interpretation of the scholars of the verse in terms of its indication
of the intended meaning, and then choosing the Therefore, this study came as
a weighting of some of these Ijtihad, with a close scientific look, called (Sound
compatibility in the verse of Al-muthaani from Surat al-Hajar: After the title,
the study was divided into four axes, sequenced according to its requirements,
preceded by an extract in Arabic and English, then an introduction in which the
outlines of the study were laid, and finally, the study concluded with the results
of the research and the library of sources and references.

The Arabic intellectual heritage is greater than being underestimated by vicious
attempts that work the threads of their plots in the shadows of dark corners. This
great treasure is nothing but a golden breed of thought that strikes in the depths of
knowledge immortality. Besides, Arabs were pioneers in every field of knowledge,
and perhaps the language was its greatest area of contribution due to the fact that it
is the language of the Glorious Qur’an, so books have been scattered for more than
fourteen centuries, and there have been many explanations on grammatical factors
because of the importance of this art in building Arabic and presenting it as a science
based on specific rules that the scholars gleaned from the eloquent rural areas. Perhaps
for its sake, the most important of which is the explanation of Sheikh Nazr Ali bin
Mohsen Al-Jilani (d. before 1217 AH), and this research aims to study an important
aspect of this explanation, as we stopped it as an arena in explaining the approach
of Sheikh Al-Qazwini in establishing the grammatical origins of art in his explanation
and how he calls for evidence on its various cognitive aspects. Because it is the most
important source of protest for the Arabs in establishing the rule, clarifying the issue
and strengthening the opinion, and perhaps the Sheikh in his explanation is authentic
in tracing the trail of the predecessors in controlling Arabic grammar, language
and roots. The customary foundation on which the linguistic foundation was built by
Sheikh Al-Khalil, his student, Wadhi’, and Sibawayh.

This manuscript، which is tagged with (Rashif Al-Zalal on Tabassum
Thagher Al-Sul’al، by Sheikh Ahmed bin Zain Al-Abidin bin Muhammad bin
Ali Al-Bakri Al-Siddiqi (d. 1048 AH)) is one of the interesting books in his
art، in which I dealt with the verification of its text، in advance of speaking

The researcher tries to explain the concept of the Arabic story in the
ages that Arab literature passed through، and to show the beginnings of
the story and its emergence in the early literary ages of the Arabs.
The researcher also investigates the opinions of those who deny the
existence of the literary story in Arabic literature، and they consider the
current Arab story to be a reflection of the story in Western literature،The
researcher then moves to explain the reality of the Arabic story in the
successive Arab literary ages.

This research is concerned with the letter of the answer (yes)، which is useful
in answering the question in the affirmative، and also benefits other meanings
according to the context of the speech in the Arabic language، and the
researcher has clarified its meaning in the Arabic language، with the methods
of pronouncing it within the Arabic verbal methods، as the researcher showed
the grammatical provisions And the syntax for this letter is in the methods of
the answer، then the rest of the letters of the answer in the Arabic language are
used and neglected.
The researcher then moved to mentioning the dialects of the Arabic language
in the letter answer (yes)، with mentioning the texts from the Holy Qur’an،
the noble Prophet’s hadith، and the words of the Arabs in poetry and prose،
and concluded the research with a conclusion in which he showed the most
important results he reached.

The subject of the statement in the science of the principles of jurisprudence
is related to the two main sources of Islamic legislation - the Quran and the
Sunnah - as their understanding depends on the knowledge of the Arabic
methods and the semantics of words and structures, and the realization of their
application to the legal discourse that are the components of the subject of the
statement. The ambiguity in the texts of the Book and the Sunnah is to set the
fundamental rules based mainly on the Arabic language.
It is well known that the spirit of the Arabic language is eloquence, so it
was of great importance in our Arabic language, and that the Noble Qur’an
is the miraculous book of God, and its miraculousness was an impossibility
for those who disagreed with it, and a confirmation of those who believed in
it, and that our Noble Messenger ) صلى الله عليه وسلم( was given the most comprehensive of
words, so the statement is one of the topics. important issues in the principles
of jurisprudence; Because the Shari’a texts, although some of them have been
mentioned clearly in themselves, do not need clarification, but some of them
need clarification and explanation because of the ambiguity and concealment
that surround them, and there is no doubt that this statement has a noticeable
impact on deducing rulings from the texts.
As for the evidence, it is the essence of knowledge and its cornerstone, so
that every knowledge that is not based on evidence comes out of science without
hesitation. Islamic law paid great attention to evidence, and only accepted
definitive knowledge of it, and the Qur’an is explicit in that as the Almighty says
«And most of them follow not except assumption. Indeed, assumption avails
not against the truth at all. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of what they do «

This research is entitled (The Standard and Transformational Illnesses of Ibn
Hilal Al-Halabi، t. 933 AH، in his book Al-Isbah Ala Marah Al-Arouh)، presented
by the student (Salah Ali Jassam Muhammad Al-Issawi)، and this research aims
to study two types of illness، which are (Standard and Transformative Illnesses)
according to an eminent scholar. One of the scholars of the ninth century
AH، with an explanation of his method of reasoning and the extent of the importance
of reasoning to him in his explanation of morphological rulings and
issues. The research came in two sections preceded by the introduction and
the preface، followed by the conclusion and the most important results، with
an introduction to each topic. I hope to God Almighty that the research has
achieved the desired goal.

This research is titled (Evidence of hearing according to Abd Al-Razzaq
Al-Bayhaqi (who died after the year 562 AH in his book (Summarizing
Strange and Executing Desires)). This research aims to study the evidence
of hearing among a scholar of hadith in the fifth century AH، The work
came in five demands، in the first requirement I talked about the author’s
biography، and in the second requirement about his inference from the
Holy Qur’an، and in the third requirement، I dealt with his inference with
Quranic readings، and the fourth requirement came to talk about his inference
with the honorable hadith، and the fifth requirement was talking
about his inference The words of the Arabs systems and prose.
