Most of the international and national legislations tried to provide protection for working women, granting them rights that are consistent with their family responsibilities and building a good generation, and on the other hand, their need to work as their male peers and non-discrimination between the sexes through equal pay with them, preventing sexual harassment in the workplace, and granting them maternity leave, maternity leave at birth; In order to be able to devote herself to raising her child, and taking into account the nature and time of the work she does, most legislations prepare women's work at night in order to preserve their health and morals. On the other hand, there are obligations imposed on the working woman as it is imposed on the men, such as obeying the orders of the employer, performing the work agreed upon, maintaining the secrets of work and the things handed over to her, and other obligations

The Iraqi legislator included special provisions for the incompetent in the Civil Procedure Code in terms of the discriminatory appeal mechanism, by making it a duty on the court, in a way that leads to refraining from implementing the judgment unless you distinguish it in order to achieve the purpose and will of the Iraqi legislator represented in achieving the interest of these people; But the judiciary restricted the provisions included in the text, and made them limited to issues related to marriage, and the issues related to the solution and sanctity, on its count as principles of public order without focusing on the interests of the incompetent .

The lawsuit is an authority to return to the judiciary in order to obtain the right or to decide a disputed situation. Using this mean is to protect the right which accompanied by the implementation of many procedural acts. The procedural actions of numerous litigation is considered as directing actions leading either to the dispute, modification or termination of the litigation. It is required to make procedural action in order for its effect to be arranged to be a legal action, and the link of these procedures with each other leads to the arrangement of certain legal effects that we will clarify through our research.The subject of procedural link is one of the important topics within the scope of the Civil Procedures Law as a procedural law and the features of procedural link appear clearly within the scope of this law, as we find that the theory of procedural link has taken a wide space within the scope of the procedural law and became among the important topics in it, as the existence of the idea of procedural link between procedural actions is led to achieve justice within the scope of the judicial procedures, as well as leads to economy in procedures and prevention of conflicting rulings between them.The link between procedural actions leads to the emergence of judicial disputes, which is the direct legal effect of procedural actions. Also, the loss of the link between procedural actions leads to the exposure of these actions to the procedural penalties set by the procedural legislator, and in order to clarify the concept of procedural link within the scope of the Civil Procedure Code, it is clarified the concept of procedural link in the Civil Procedure Code as well as to clarify the images of this link in addition to distinguish the procedural link from what is suspected, then we show the effects resulting from the procedural link in the Civil Procedure Code.
