An marketing information system one of the main pillars for the management of health organizations, by providing the necessary information for decision-making, which is characterized by accuracy and truth , quality and speed as the marketing information system is integrated structure of the human frames , hardware and procedures, which is designed to collect data from the external sources to the organization to generate information to assist marketing management to making the truth decision, it is a grouping of joint efforts between all employees of the Organization for the collection, analysis, compilation and dissemination of information on decision-maker for planning, implementation and oversight of marketing and an increase in the efficiency of performance, has sought the study to the statement following the marketing information system health improve the performance of the health provider in Health organizations, the study sample has been shown that there is a correlation between the marketing information system health and performance of the health provider as the marketing system information health affects significantly the performance of the health provider.

The use of quantitative tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the organizational change process poses many methodological and operational problematic. Some of them are related to evaluators’ competence and others are linked to the complexities that surround the operation such as the variables and the circumstances. This article can be considered among the contributions that aim to reinforce the use of the quantitative approach to assess the benefits and the costs of the organizational change, which includes proposals that still require to be deepened and refined

The study aimed to recognize the effect of empowerment on job satisfaction employees in the Foundation of Technical Education, in order to achieve the above goal of the study, aquestionnair consists of (38) items were designed and distrbuted to a sample of (100) subjects, managers and head of departement in the institutes of the Foundation of Technical Education in Baghdad, the study finding were statisticaly significant effect for the application of empowerment on the job satisfaction employees in the Foundation of Technical Education

The principles objective of this work is to diagnose the effect of organizational citizenship behavioral in (OCB), in weakening the social loafing , in two organizations which differ in activity in the form of exploration comparative study.
The study has drawn several conclusion notes, namely ; the (OCB) directs the employees to adopt positive job behaviors that exceed the ordinary job expectations, and further enhances the adhesion among employees which consequently weakens the social loafing in the work team.
The suggested recommendations , focused on the importance of directing the (OCB), in such away to deploy the group culture among the employees and subsequently would make them to appreciate the team achievements

The study aims to examine the effect of foreign debts and grants on the effectiveness of monetary policy on targeting price stability on Jordan.
To achieve this goal the study extends the literature in tow direction, first one relating to literature framework about debt and grants management and types with concerning to monetary efficiency in Jordan, while the second one relating to analytical framework to trace out the main study hypothesis by using simple and multiple regression statistical technique. The statement problem of this study was established to answer the following question:
Is there any impact of both (foreign debts and grants size) on the effectiveness of monetary policy on targeting price stability on Jordan?
The result outline a set of accepted both variables that had a sizable effect at effectiveness of monetary policy on targeting price stability.
In addition this study suggests that the effect had a significant effect for each single variable and this effect magnified due to the small open economy of Jordan as well as the sizable debt of Jordan relative to GNP.

The aim of this study was to recognize the impact of relationship marketing, on Jordanian banking service quality. The population of the study consisted of 20 Jordanian trade banks. Accessible population of banks work in Amman was selected. The selection was done by a simple random sample. A purposeful sample of 80 staff represent 8 banks work in Amman was selected. However. Sixty eight of the staff who answered the questionnaire, were analyzed by using Multiple Regression Analysis. As a result of hypothesis testing, analyzing and discussing of results, the study has concluded that there is an impact of relationship marketing, on Jordanian banking service quality.

The research focused at enhancing the role of accounting information and cost system to keep up with the conditions and variables in the current business environment that the system work includes it in order to combat financial corruption which represents one of the features of these variables.
The summary of this research problem is that the phenomenon of financial corruption affecting on the development of economy and has negative effects on society which requires an accounting and cost system to reduce this financial corruption, and the accounting information and cost system does not fit the changes in the current business environment and that constitute the phenomenon of the most prominent features of financial corruption.
The research found a set of conclusions:
1- Weakness of the current accounting information system, and have many gaps that allow to financial corruption penetrate in it.
2- The information accounting and cost system did not keep pace with the developments and the current environmental variables (the phenomenon of corruption one of its features).
3- Lack of integration of information and cost system leads to the current lack of engagement and poor coordination between the subsystems.

The search recommends the adoption of the information accounting and cost system to combat financial corruption and build a communication network in a central integrated database also the use of electronic systems (programs) and human capacity building as well as integration of functions and processes in the company.

Of the most prominent problems of the environment and the most complex and most difficult solution to the problem of contamination of soil and sea water, rivers, lakes and groundwater and result in pollution by waste and residues of factories and the use of chemicals such as pesticides and artificial fertilizers in agriculture and result in waste houses, buildings and other structures.
Growing problem of pollution increase the production and use of chemicals in industry and claims to get rid of these substances to contaminate soil and water and increase the size of the problem the existence of negligence or lack of interest in the disposal of factory waste means that keeps the soil and water pollution, for example, in operations smelting copper ore leaking arsenic poison crude metal and mixed into the soil and water as well as in increasing the proportion of lead in soil and water sources, close to transport routes resulting from the presence of lead compounds in motor fuel, where he graduated with these vehicles to car exhaust contaminated soil and water nearby.

The objective of this research is to make the Shifted Box (SB) which can be defined as two-dimensional matrix of (N*M), unlimited and random content by making the values of rows and columns, changing at a time, before shifting using along Linear Feedback Shift Register (LFSR) with Initial Fixed Random Table (IFRT) to increased the complexity.

This paper deals with image compression using Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Haar wavelets transforms (WT). The mathematical properties of Haar wavelets and DCT are covered to explore the field of still image compression methods, which improve on existing techniques and develop new image compressors. DCWT is more efficient than corresponding DCT and wavelet transform functions. Incorporating DCT and wavelet transform is shown to improve the performance of the DCT and wavelet (Haar, IWT). Several methods are compared in terms of their ability to compress standard images and the fidelity of the reproduced image to the original image. In the new proposed method the compression rate is approximately equal to 1:22 and this rate is more efficient than that of the still image compression methods.

Fast Fourier Transform (F.F.T) is a powerful transform to extract proper features for face recognition. After applying FFT to the entire face images, some of the coefficients are selected to construct feature. In some cases, the low-frequency coefficients are discarded in order to compensate variations. Since the discrimination power of all the coefficients is not the same and some of them are discriminant than other. So we can achieve a higher recognition rate by using discriminant coefficients (DCs).The proposed approach is data-dependent and is able to find discriminator power (Dp) for each image, (the higher 50 value) and store these values in database. The selection of various coefficients confirm the success of the proposed approach. These coefficients are used as a basis for comparison with other attributes store in database.

GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) is a digital mobile telephone system that is widely used. Communication plays a major role in today’s world and to support it QoS (quality of service) has to be given maximum priority.
Today, QoS is regarded as the crucial element of strategic competitiveness and the hallmark of commercial success in mobile business.
In this paper VBA programming language is used to develop a program that produce useful information to be used for assessing QoS for mobile companies by analyzing MSCs (Mobile Switching Center) data activities on daily basis. The data taken is real data, for Iraqna Company for mobile (2004-2008).
