Abstract:-
In the broadest sense, spirituality refers to the quality or state of being spiritual or to one's attachment to religious concepts and ideas. A non-religious use of the term refers to one's ability to comprehend the soul's fundamental moral and existential questions. People are motivated by a mental state full of energy and enthusiasm, which drives them toward achieving their desired outcomes. Their level of motivation influences a person's actions. A person's actions are motivated by their desire to succeed. Therefore, according to Skrzypiska (2014), spirituality motivates people to look for deeper meaning in their lives (p. 298). The present paper deals with how the Quran motivates its followers to behave while appropriately fulfilling their spiritual needs and desires. It faces some selected short verses and compares them to their adaptation for children. The selected verses are Sura Al-Alaq (The Clot, Read), Sura Al-Qadr (Power, Fate) and Sura At-Takathur (Rivalry In World Increase, Competition).

Abstract:-
Meditation according to the spirit of the purposes of the Qur’an is the first and necessary step in the transition to the field of civilized management with insight.
This paper deals with the subject of the supreme governing purposes in the Holy Qur’an and its role in consolidating the pillars of human rights away from the Western philosophy of human rights, by analyzing the concept of the purposes of the Qur’an, clarifying its importance, and showing the close link between the purposes and human rights. The purposes of the Qur’an have a vital role in clarifying the supreme status of the Qur’an Generous, and a prominent contribution to honoring man and preserving his original rights.

Al-Samarrai gave great care to the sentence, so he wrote about it the book “The Arabic Sentence, Its Composition and Divisions” and a second book entitled “The Arabic Sentence and the Meaning” in addition to the book “The Meanings of Syntax” in two parts. Quranic meanings in his explanatory books.

A person may have - after starting to execute and commit his crime - and before he completes it - an idea that may return him to the right path and the path of truth, and may turn him into a good and useful person for society.

The principle of respecting the will of the contracting parties is one of the most important principles stipulated in the Vienna Convention for the International Sale of Goods of 1980 at all, because the agreement made the will of the contracting parties superior to the provisions of the Convention itself in application. In Article 6 of the Convention, an explicit reference to this principle, which allowed the freedom of the contracting parties to choose the legal rules that govern the contractual bond, and to exclude the provisions of the agreement from application to the contract even if the agreement was applicable according to the criteria it set, and thus the Convention respects freedom of will to the greatest extent And fully biased towards it in the event of a conflict between the will and the provisions of the agreement, just as the principle of respect for the will of the contracting parties is superior to all other principles on which the agreement is based.

The Algerian thinker Mohamed Arkoun was preoccupied with an intellectual obsession based on adopting the project "Critique of Islamic Reason" in order to dive into Islamic societies and try to study them and take them for criticism and scrutiny, using several approaches that would catch the Islamic world with modernity, and on top of these approaches (historical, anthropological, structural... ...) adopted by Arkoun in his study of the Qur’anic text, we find the linguistic approach that is based on three levels: language – tongue – thought, and works on studying the linguistic meaning in terms of vocabulary and structures and related issues, especially the Qur’anic discourse, which is primarily a linguistic discourse Therefore, this thinker deliberately studied some of the surahs of the Qur’an according to the mechanisms of this approach, including Surat al-Tawbah, Surat al-Kahf, and Surat al-Fatihah.

This paper attempts to investigate mitigation in Qur’anic texts from a pragmatic perspective. This study tries to answer the following question: What are the categories of speech acts applied in using mitigation in Qur’anic texts ? 2) What are the most prominent strategies of politeness used in this text? It is hypothesized that 1) Qur’anic texts have different kind of speech acts; 2) different politeness strategies are used in the text.
An eclectic model is developed which utilizes Searle's (1969) model of speech acts and Brown & Levinson's(1987) model of politeness . Data of analysis are limited to five Suras taken from the Qur’anic text. According to the results of the analysis, it is concluded that: various politeness strategies and pragma-rhetorical devices are used in Qura’nic texts. It is also found that some types of speech acts are utilized in Qura’nic texts for the purpose of mitigation.

Abstract:-
Inspired by Eco’s (1984) work, this study draws on symbolism to unravel the role of pragmastylistics in “Quranic texts” for retaining the main types of symbolism and the main pragmastylistic devices in discovering the main goal behind each symbol for the Quranic texts. Probing into symbolism and its types, this paper highlights the texts of Quran that are symbolized particular ideas and in the same time clarified how these symbols have a fundamental role in analyzing these texts.
Therefore, the study attempts to ask the following questions: (1)What is the most common type of speech acts used in Quranic texts (2)What is the most widely pragmastylistic device utilized in Quranic texts? (3)Which is Grice maxim more used than other maxims? (4)What is the common type of symbolism utilized in these texts? Accordingly, this study adopts (Eco’s (1984) and (Searle (1969) as models to analyze symbolism from pragmastylistic perspective. For this purpose, it attempts to fulfill the following aims: (1)Discovering the most common type of speech act (2)Showing the common pragmastylistic device utilized in Quranic texts. (3)Pinpointing the most common maxim is used in Quranic texts (4) Investigating the common type of symbolism utilized in the chosen texts.
According to the aims mentioned above, it is hypothesized that: (1) Representative speech act is most common type used in the Quranic texts. (2)Metaphor is the common pragmastylistic device utilized in the Quranic texts. (3) Manner maxim is the more frequently used in the Quranic texts. (4) Archetype is the common type of symbolism utilized in the selected texts.

Abstract:-
The goal of this paper was to shed light on the nature of antithesis in both English and Arabic languages. To achieve that goal, the researcher has discussed such a concept in both languages in order to know the points of similarity or difference between them. The study finalizes with an applicable analysis to one of the Glorious Quranic Sura which includes an extensive use of antithetical relations.
The article deals with the issues related to the antithesis, its structural and functional classification based on the study of examples of Quran'c literature. The main role of the antithesis, as a stylistic figure, is to put concepts in a relationship of contrast.
To understand Al-Qur`an need mastery in Arabic grammar especially Balaghah science, one of them is uslubs al-thibaq. So that, the writer feel interest to do research with a title “Study Analysis of Balaghoh about Dalalah Al-Thibaq in Qur`an Surah Al- Kahaf. Formulation problem of this research is what the kinds of and meaning of the uslu al-thibaq in Surah Al-waqi’ah dan al-hadid the purpose of the research is to know the kinds of and meaning of the uslub al-thibaq in Surah Al-waqi’ah dan al-hadid, from aspect Balaghah. This research using the descriptive analysis with using a table.

Bullying is defined as the repeated abuse of authority in interpersonal interactions through verbal, physical, and/or social behavior with the purpose of causing physical, social, and/or psychological harm. Some people might take advantage of others who can't do much to stop them because of their actual or perceived authority. This can be done by an individual or a group.
Three characteristics of bullying are listed below: Hostile intent, an imbalance of power, and a recurring pattern across time. Bullying is characterized by the act of repeatedly participating in hostile behavior with the purpose of causing another person physical, mental, or emotional harm.
There are numerous ways that bullying can manifest, including verbal bullying, physical bullying, racist bullying, and religious bullying. The most well-known kind of bullying is verbal bullying, which has gained widespread attention due to social media. Bullying is not a new phenomenon; rather, it dates back to the beginning of man. If we manage In the Holly Qur'an, we discover several forms of bullying directed against prophets and messengers.
The purpose of the paper is to conduct a pragmatic analysis of bullying in a few verses from the Holly Quran and to discover how these behaviours correspond to spoken acts.
