Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, who reveal His
book as a blessing to people to reflect on His verses and
remember His great purposes and great goals to bring
interests, guides, and praises, and to reject evils. May
His prayers and peace be upon the Prophet of mercy,
goodness and blessing, the preacher of the Quran and
the pioneer in understanding the purposes of the Quran,
its gifts and goals, and his family and the rulings of
the Quran.
The goals of the Quran are the purposes of the verses
that represent the signs and indications on the wisdom
of the book and his domination, these circumstances,
intents, guidance and goals have manifested themselves
in a few letters of the Great Prophet "part"; women of
the worlds, "Kawthar" the message, the light of Allah Almighty
who is never to fade.
This research study was held to reveal these major
Quranic purposes in the speech of Lady Zahra, peace is
upon her, the secret of creation and the voice of truth

The research study aims to examine the elegies of Ahlalbayt,
peace be upon them, in Andalusian poetry to identify the character
of Lady Fatima Al-Zahra, peace be upon her. Therefore, the researcher
tried to look at the elegies of Ahlalbayt in Andalusian poetry, especially
after the fourth century AH, that is, after the departure of
the Umayyad house. The Umayyads forbade mentioning the Ahlalbayt,
and after their departure, the first Alawite state appeared,
which was the Hamudid state, which was founded in Cordoba and
other cities and supported by the Andalusians. It lasted for nearly
fifty years, and poets from all over the world came to it, praising the
Alawite leaders such as Ali bin Hamoud and Al-Qasim bin Hamoud.
The remembrance of their ancestors from Ahlalbayt, the mention of
the tragedy of Karbala and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace
be upon him, was the starting point for these elegies. So they were
full of pain for Ahlalbayt and satirizing the usurpers of their rights.
The authors of these elegies relied on logical and rational arguments
based on the text of the Holy Quran that purified them. Among these
poets it is to mention: Ibn Darraj Al-Qastali, Ibn Abdoun al-Yabri, Safwan
ibn Idris al-Tajibi, Ibn Abi al-Khasal, Ibn Jabir al-Andalusi, Lisan
al-Din ibn al-Khatib, Ibn al-Jayyab al-Gharnati, and Yusuf III, the king
of Granada and to name just a few.
In so doing, there are two interconnected axes: the first was the
manifestation of her personality in light of the lamentations of the
Ahlalbayt in general. As for the second axis, it focused on mentioning
her personality through the lamentation of one of the Ahlalbayt’s
personalities, such as the personality of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, or
the personality of Imam Hussein. In these two axes, the researcher
tried to fathom what the Andalusians kept in their mind about her
personality and its features : her titles, nicknames, her missionary
influence, and what her father, the Messenger of Allah , said in the
authentic hadiths about her position in Islam, and the fact that she is
one of the figures of the " Companions of the Cloak" , and she is the
queen of the believers women and the daughter of the Master of the
Messengers, may His prayers and peace be upon him and his family.

The present study aims at clarifying the historical establishment
of the library and manuscripts Dar of Holy Al-Abbas Shrine and the
information services provided by the library with the organizational
structure of the library and its humanist resources, the diversity of
its groups, and the identification of the cataloging techniques used
in Library Collection Classification. In addition, it introduces the historical
establishment of the Iraqi Digital Repository and the types of
information sources it provided to the researchers.
The paper is concluded with the following results and recommendations.
Results:
1- It is the first introductory guide to the activities and works of
the library and its affiliated office and units in 2015.
2- The shortage of specialists in the field of libraries and information.
3- The library has worked to assist researchers and the concerned
by launching a non-profit project concerned with collecting
theses and dissertations (Iraqi Digital Repository) for all specialties.
Recommendations:
1- Increasing the number of human resources specialized in information
science and libraries.
2- Creating a library outside the Holy AI-Abbas Shrine where researchers
and the concerned could easily access and collect date
from one place.
3- Working to provide the full text of theses according to cooperative
agreements between the Digital Repository management
and Iraqi universities.

This research sheds light on the effectiveness of personal
denotations within the text, which is a study in the
text of Kumayl’s supplication, which was taught by the
Commander of the Faithful Ali bin Abi Talib, peace be
upon him. The sources indicate that the supplication in its
origin belongs to the righteous servant Al-Khidhr, peace
be upon him. The researcher tried in it to make it an
applied study in which he moves away from transferring
texts and theoretical quotes to a practical study to extract
the aesthetics of this text and the messages it contains
that the speaker presents to the hypothetical reader.

The aim of the current research is to know the effectiveness of
the active learning strategy (X, O) in achieving and developing social
tolerance among middle school students in the science subject.
In order to achieve the research goal, the following two hypotheses
have been formulated: -
1 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05)
between the mean scores of students of the experimental group
who studied according to the active learning strategy (X, O) and
the students of the control group who studied according to the
usual method of achievement
2- There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05)
between the mean scores of students of the experimental group
who studied according to the active learning strategy (X, O) and
the students of the control group who studied according to the
usual method in developing social tolerance.
The sample of the research reached (90) female students from
the first intermediate class students in Al-Rafah Secondary School
for Girls in the Holy Karbala for the academic year 2018-2019, Division
(e) represented the experimental group and its number (45)
students studying according to the active learning strategy (X, O) and
Division (B) The control group, consisting of (45) female students, is
taught according to the regular method. The researcher rewarded
between the two research groups in (age in months, intelligence,
achievement prior to the end of the first course), behavioral goals
numbered (152) were formulated as behavioral goals, and the researcher
prepared (31) a study plan for the experimental group and
(31) a study plan for the control group, the research tools were By
constructing the achievement test, honesty, reliability, discrimination,
difficulty, ease, and efficacy of alternatives for this test and a
measure of social tolerance were calculated.
The results showed the superiority of the students of the experimental
group that studied with active learning strategy (X, O) over
the students of the control group who studied the usual way in the
achievement and the measure of social tolerance
In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended
using the active learning strategy (X,O) in teaching, and the researcher
suggested conducting other studies to reveal the effect of
the active learning strategy (X,O) on other variables such as habits
of the mind, scientific culture, contemplative thinking, motivation.

The city of Sora is one of the ancient and famous cities
in Mesopotamia. It was a city with fertile land and
abundant water; the agricultural condition was reflected
positively on the living circumstances of its inhabitants
for a long time. The city was inhabited by Jews especially
after the Babylonian captivity. After the Islamic conquest
of Iraq, it was inhabited by Arab Muslims. The city
of Sora was also one of the scientific cities of the Jews
as it contained the headquarters of Ras al-Jalut, and the
supreme authority for the Jews, In addition, it contains
books, explanations, and translation of the most significant
book for the Jews, that is, the Babylonian Talmud. A
large number of Jewish scholars graduated from it, and
their scientific supremacy remained over all the Jews of
the world until the fifth century AH. On other hand, the
city of Sora was considered as one of the Islamic scientific
centers after the Islamic conquest of Iraq. Many of
Muslim narrators and scholars who contributed to the
establishment of the Great Religious School emerged
from it, so the Hilla School has inherited its knowledge
from the heritage of the ancient city of Sora.

The present study aims to trace the functions of the
silence in school spaces on different levels: communication,
psychology, education...etc. Silence is a very effective
communicative activity, rich in deep meanings,
Filled with symbols. Therefore, we think that's very important
to understand it, to be aware of its origins and
its various appearances, and even to use it to improve
the teaching act, with the opportunities it offers for contemplation,
reflection, calming of minds and discipline's
strengthening.

Academic theses are an important path for achieving
science issues, the foundations and rules upon which
the scientific method is established built and a new contribution
to human knowledge, because the researcher
starts from what other researchers ended.
In this study, the general trend, that draws the dimensions
of these contributions in terms of the areas they
occupied, sheds light on the study of the Arab world.
The study focused on the economic, social and cultural
matters of the city of Kufa as an independent approach
in the presentation of the historical treatment. However,
there were some studies that traced a shift in the curriculum
and the vision.
The research came with an introduction explaining
the idea of establishing the University of Kufa, establishing
the College of Arts and founding postgraduate studies.
The first topic was entitled "Outlines of Academic
Historical Contributions" and included the temporal dimension,
spatial dimension and subject matter and the
second one was about the "research tools". Finally there
were a conclusion and the main findings.

The concept of social construction has received great attention
from social anthropologists to the extent that it can
be said that the concept of social construction reflects the
approach of social anthropology and its treatment of the topics
it studies, such as kinship and myth,the concept of social
construction in the post-World War II period represented one
of the main sources in the development of social anthropology,
but it was dealt with in different meanings, and this difference
was represented by three dissonant poles: Radcliffe
Brown, the pioneer of constructivism on the one hand, and
Claude Levi Strauss, the representative of French constructivism
from On the other hand, the third and last pole is Edmund
Leach, and this difference is due to the backgrounds
that each of them affected and led to the production of the
concept of social construction in a distinctive way, as well as
to the nature of the approach that relies on it, and we will
present the structural function of Radcliffe Brown so that it
can be identified Although Leach differs from her on the one
hand and because he belongs to this British school on the
other hand.

This research aims to:
1- build a programme based on learning on the principle of
participation.
2- identify the effectiveness of the education programme
according to learning on the principle of participation in
open thinking.
The researcher conducts an experimental design for experimental
and control groups. The subject of the study consists
of 81 students (40 for experimental group and 41 for the
control group). The method of data collection is open thinking
test which consists of 30 items. To achieve the validity and the
reliability of the test, it has been submitted to a group of administrators
and expert users. Moreover, a pilot test is applied
to group of students at Al-Qadisiya and Karbala Universities.
The researcher has found that:
1- students of the experimental group are better than students
of the control group in open thinking.
The researcher suggests that it is necessary to provide
classrooms that foster open thinking for students.

The paper in question deals with the theory of pantheism, opinions
of scholars and their differences, some prove it, some deny
it: some old philosophers of Malata s, India, Christian theologians
and Islamic mystics prove it to count the existence as one truth,
here is the eye of truth, but the possible entities are one manifestation
of the existence, the Almighty. On the contrary, the other camp
went on to deny this and counted existence as disparate facts. The
importance of the research lies in the accuracy of this issue and
the seriousness of its direct impact on the most important believes
and doctrines. Therefore, we decided a direct inferential approach
managed by proof, and indirectly based on the mental processes
that necessitate the successor to verify their reality. The research
comes in two sections : the first is devoted to clarifying the foundations
and principles on which this theory is based, which is the
moral participation of existence without verbal, the authenticity of
existence and the legality of the meaning, and the fact that existence,
for them, is one skeptical fact, and the presentation of the
most important arguments by which it was inferred to prove these
foundations, and to show the extent of their compliance, and then
the arguments decided by those who deny it . The second is that
we allocated it to clarify the truth of the saying about the unity of
existence and its meaning and the consequent supplies and effects,
and we mentioned the most important arguments to prove this
theory and its problems and the most important arguments of its
response, evidences and veracity.

In its active form, resentment can be a forceful response to acts
that have created unjustified suffering. In relation to Al-Zahraa’s
sermon, she feels injustice when her earth and right has been taken
after her father death. As such, she goes to the mosque where
Abu Baker and others found and delivers her speech. Stylistically,
Al-Zahraa uses certain devices or deviations as a way to deliver her
message effectively to the audience. Consequently, the study tries
to find answers to the following questions: (1) how is resentment
manifested in Al-Zahraa’s sermon? (2) what are the stylistic devices
that are utilized in Al-Zahraa’s sermon? (3) Does Al-Zahraa succeed
in expressing her resentment effectively? And (4) To who her resentment
is directed? Due to these problems, the following aims
are set: (1) showing out how resentment is manifested in Al-Zahraa’s
sermon, (2) identifying the stylistic devices that are used in
Al-Zahraa’s sermon, (3) clarifying whether Al-Zahraa succeeds in
expressing her resentment effectively or not, and (4) Identifying the
addressee that Al-Zahraa wants to deliver her resentment to. In the
light of these aims, the paper hypothesizes the following: (1) resentment
is manifested through using certain strategies and devices, (2)
there are some stylistic devices that are heavily used in Al-Zahraa’s
sermon, and (3) Al-Zahraa succeeds in expressing her resentment
effectively, and (4) All of Al-Zahraa resentment speech is directed
to an individual. After presenting a background knowledge about
resentment and some stylistic devices with analysing some extracts
taken from Al-Zahraa’s sermon, some conclusions are reached.

The current research study is an attempt to trace the religious
impact on selected poems written during the invasion of some Iraqi
provinces by ISIS from a psychological perspective and literary explication,
disability theory. The religious authority is a very essential
cornerstone in the Muslim worlds in general and in Iraq in particular
as there are many denomination heads and many edicts. The
selected poems, whose main focal theme is an invasion-and-liberation
stratum of the Iraqi lands, are collected from Arabic literature
and English one to apply a sense of diversity and universality to the
article. How the edicts fall into the orbit of the laypeople mentality
as reflected in verse and how the nonMuslims portray the edicts
on the one hand, how the poets broach the edicts, what tone they
employ, what technique they implant and what messages they endeavour
to convey on the other hand.
In doing so, the study gives much shrifts to the procedures to
cull a tint of objectivity in the welter of emotionality and simpatico
factors, that is, there are three chapters, the first tackles Hawza
edicts and the sapience of the modest-house man, the second
does the canonical poets as compared to other ones in the light of
the missions beyond the texts and the third does the challenges
between despair absorber and cataclysm amplifier in the selected
poems. Ultimately, the conclusion fathoms the major scope of the
article as much as it trucks the echo of the edict in the samples.
