This study aims to study the effect of cash flows (operational, investment and financing) as variables independent of the risks of investment in ordinary shares as an approved variable, as well as the role of the statement of cash flows in the financial reports in order to guide the Iraqi investor to use them instead of the income statement. This research was applied to a sample of 11 commercial banks for the period (2011-2015). To achieve the research objectives, simple linear regression. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the absence of significant effect on cash flows on the risk of investment in ordinary shares. Despite the importance of the legal regulation of the procedures for the monitoring of the economic concentration operations by the legislator in different countries, the efforts made in this regard remain within their purely theoretical framework unless they are supported by genuine legal mechanisms that ensure compliance with necessities and requirements of the legislative oversight by all intended parties of the law, In connection with this, many countries have tended to create an institutional framework that carries out the task of protecting freedom of competition and confronting monopolistic practices, by establishing independent specialised technical administrative agencies - according to the prevailing circumstance - that assume the function of controlling the competitive market, and monitoring economic operations.
Due to modernity of the competition law and the prevention of monopoly in Iraq firstly, and the apparent legislative shortcomings that marred the provisions of the aforementioned law regarding the special provisions of the council for competition affairs and prevention of monopoly that were stipulated in Chapter Two of the Law (Articles 4-8), we decided to discuss in this research the institutional framework for monitoring economic concentrations, by dividing it into two sections, In the first, we explain the mechanism for establishing the agency concerned with competition and preventing monopoly, and we devote the second to researching the specialities of this agency, adopting the approach of comparative legal study between French, Egyptian and Emirati law and Iraqi law.

Abstract:-
The emergence of Shi'ism among the nations dates back to ancient times, as evidenced by the Holy Quran through the Quranic verses. It emerged in the Islamic state as a visible phenomenon connected to Imam Ali (peace upon him) early in the emergence of Islam. Its characteristics spread in the regions and countries that were incorporated under the banner of Islam. Yemen, which knew Imam Ali and his virtues since the Prophet sent him to Yemen as judge and teacher and agitator for Islam, so they knew the loyalty to Ahell al Bait(peace be upon them), as well as what they heard some hadiths on the authority of Imam Ali on this nation by the noble messenger in many events for example, the day of the Ghadir and others. That made the Yemenis believed that the position of guardianship and prosecution and succession after the prophecy belong to Imam Ali and his sons (peace be upon them) exclusively.
The Shiites were built on a religious and revolutionary religious base, which had to deal with the forces of polytheist, deception, and tyranny, so that they were subjected to the worst forms of persecution and torture since the life of the Prophet, and soon became a political trend, especially after the events that took place in the Islamic state after the death of the Prophet. Consequently, Imam Ali and his sons were expelled. Shiite orientation of the Yemeni stresses and insists on the commitment of the mandate of Ahel Albait the Islamic nation that approved by the Prophet. Without doubt this tendency made Yemenis entere in conflict with the forces that ignored the Messenger of Allah.
The research is devided into two paragraphs, the first paragraph tackles the emergence of Shiism and its historical roots, including Shiism in the Quran and Sunnah, and the views of historians and writers in the emergence of Shiism in Islam. The aim of this research is to study and analyze the accounting disclosure of human assets, because of its importance in the relevance and representational faithfulness of accounting information delivered particularly to lenders, investors, and users of financial statements and reports to help them in making rational decisions. The researcher made a connection between the accounting disclosure as an independent variable and the quality of accounting information as a dependent variable, which can be represented in the core features of accounting information like relevance and faithful representation. And in accordance with the Joint Venture issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the Financial Accounting Standards (FASB), with the aim of formulating a unified model for the accounting framework and in accordance with Statement No. 8 of 2010.
In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approaches. The descriptive approach was used to obtain the information and data related with the theoretical aspect of the research via books, previous studies, journals, and related scientific periodicals. Then, the analytical approach was used to obtain the preliminary data through field questionnaires in order to study some of items of the research and to collect the necessary results to be documented and statistically analyzed. The appropriate tests and statistical treatments were used later to obtain quantitative indicators that could meet the research subject as much as possible.
The research conducted that there is a significant positive relation between the accounting disclosure of human assets in one hand, and relevance and faithful representation of accounting information in the other hand. The results also showed that the relation is stronger in the first case (accounting disclosure of human assets with relevance of accounting information) than the latter case (accounting disclosure of human assets with faithful representation of accounting information).
The research recommended the economic units that rely significantly on the human assets to realize the positive relation between the accounting disclosure of human assets in their financial reports, with the relevance and representational faithfulness of accounting information of the economic unity. It recommended also giving more attention to the relevance, as it is more correlated than faithful representation.

The principle of "not devaluing people's things" and "fulfilling them completely" in society is one of the most important Quranic social principles with wide dimensions. It falls under the principle of reform and non- corruption in social relations, and it is of great importance. It goes back to the principle of "social non-oppression", and it is important in reaching a happy and healthy human society. The Noble Qur’an, due to the importance of this aspect of social injustice, has singled it out to forbid it in many of its verses. Some of them forbid devaluation alongside forbidding injustice and corruption. It condemns the social scourge of "devaluation", and because of its important effects on society, it needs to be emphasized and highlighted. It is one of the social phenomena that has a significant impact on the life of society and its system. Deviation from this principle is the very essence of “corruption”, because within it is the spread of corruption, turmoil and dire consequences. It affects societal security and loss of trust among people, so that distrust becomes prevalent, especially in transactions. Furthermore, it is a broad and comprehensive principle that includes all areas of social relations in all its dimensions and all members of society at all levels and all categories. It is the "broadest of Qur'anic principles" related to the issue of observing rights, and it is a call to care for all rights, individual and social, for all nations and sects. It is a comprehensive international public law, and it is one of the most comprehensive and best verses of the Qur’an, because it is a universal and comprehensive law from which many branches are derived. Likewise, it has priority when there is a conflict, because it is linked to the principle of justice and non- oppression, so it takes precedence over the rest of the interests, even in sensitive matters.

Abstract:-
It highlights the importance of studying ambiguities in the event that human thought reaches something that is difficult for the senses to perceive, which has no specific limits, and accordingly scholars of Qur’anic sciences and hadith scholars did not overlook its importance, and hadith scholars were keen on knowing what was ambiguous in the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah to bring it out closely. From the human mind, as the noble verse is a subject of significance and perfection from the Creator, the Mighty and Sublime, so it is necessary to remove the ambiguous and to strip it from all disturbances that are not intended in it.

Also, they try to investigate to what extent the poet succeeded in formulating its structures by making it as an active tool in the poetic text. In addition, the researchers try to study the repetition axes and its types such as the letter, word, and sentence and how there can appear in constructing the sentences and how the poet can make poetic contexts with distinctive fossils. Abstract:-
The semantics of divine attributes is one of the most important topics in the field of divine attributes in which divine attributes are examined in terms of semantic similarity or inequality with human attributes. In the present study, the view of Qāḍī ʿAbd al-Jabbār Muʿtazilī on the semantics of divine attributes has been studied with the descriptive-analytical method. Before dealing with the concept of divine attributes, he tries to determine the semantic ways (sources) of divine attributes by relying on the criteria of valid knowledge and regulate their influence and involvement in this field, to prevent the involvement of improper factors in determining the concept of divine attributes in this way. He considers the only path to the description of divine attributes such as omnipotent, wisdom and other attributes, which are intermediaries in proving the description of divine wisdom, is through reason and by using the analogy of absent to present (Qiyāsi Ghā’ib bi Shāhid).In order to determine a specific concept for each of the attributes, Qāḍī ʿAbd al-Jabbār first proved the different human attributes (Shāhid) and determined the meaning of each by means of the meanings related to the actions. Then, due to the same meaning of the verbs in absent and present, (Qiyāsi Ghā’ib bi Shāhid) In the absence of an obstacle, he transmits human attributes and their meanings to God (Ghā’ib).Thus, in the case of each of the attributes, a common extent of the concepts between man and God is obtained, which Qāḍī interprets it as the “truth of attributes”. In this way, the semantic limitations of human attributes do not prevent the true application of these attributes to God.

This study tries to award a modern reading of this battle in a publicity picture depending on inspiration and imagination. It also aims at emphasizing the rhetorical message of this battle and analyze the importance of its legal results.
The researcher tries to study the story from different social, economic and cultural views. Since the story is a group of dialogues between its people with three elements: publicity producer, publicity receiver and the publicity message, the study comes in a descriptive analytic form for the these three items. It also refers to the idea that publicity depends on expressionist types that draw attention day after day.

However, there are cases where the mother is forced to abort the fetus regardless of her consent or not. Imami jurisprudence permits some abortions that allow the mother to abort her child. Most of the jurists have gone to the permissibility of abortion in the event that the mother’s life is at risk, which could lose her life if the fetus remains in her womb. Some jurists have found that severe deformation of the fetus in the mother’s womb without affecting her is considered permissible for abortion. Some have argued that abortion is possible, if there is a danger to the mother’s life, provided that it is before the soul’s penetration and not after it! From this aspect, we came to this research to clarify through it the definition of abortion, from the linguistic, medical and jurisprudential aspect. Clarifying the history of abortion and the reasons for which the spouses are forced to resort to this process, and we have studied all of this according to the jurisprudential fatwas of our distinguished scholars in explaining the legal inferences for abortion from the Holy Qur’an and the narrations of the Ahlalbayt (peace be upon them). Then we shed light on the clarification of the legal issues and rulings on abortion according to the Imami jurists, as this process played an important role in society until it raised doctrinal questions, which prompted the jurists to vote on this issue.

The phenomenon of alienation is one of the features of human existence and is as old as man himself. Alienation is an ancient phenomenon that many people have lived and experienced since ancient times. It has become one of the most difficult problems facing man. The study of alienation in the novel seeks to unveil the study of the phenomenon of alienation as a general psychological, social and political phenomenon. And the interest in it as a literary phenomenon has increased in recent years, as it is here as a product of an important human interaction activity. The manifestations of alienation in the novel appear in various forms and forms by presenting the concept of the phenomenon of alienation and its manifestations in the novel, A City of Abyss, by the novelist Abd al-Ridha Salih Muhammad, and the important motives behind it that regress in its entirety. To economic, political and social factors represented in poverty and confiscation of personal freedoms in a dark period of Iraq's political history and the turbulent psychological state as well as from which it suffers in various areas of life. We have also revealed the place and its role in the novel and what the person suffers from in his alienation from the homeland and the extent of its sense of loss, anxiety and withdrawal from oneself, in addition to clarifying the most important contents of the factors of alienation and its dimensions. This study attempts to derive one of the phenomena that emerged in literature as a product of interactive human activity, which is “alienation.” Therefore, alienation can be considered a very important issue because it constitutes one of the crises of contemporary man, leading him to instability, loss and anxiety. Which refers to many international and Arab fiction works, poetic and prose, and the manifestations of this sense appear in various forms and forms. The study is an objective approach based on scientific foundations based on material evidence. The novel is an important type of literature that appeared on the literary scene, as an artistic, historical and moral message that deals with social, emotional and historical issues and topics. It primarily falls within the literary field. The novel has developed stages of development, especially the Arabic novel, which witnessed a kind of difference in terms of the diversity of thought and doctrines, and the novel became a place and prestige among other narrative arts, as it was adopted in the study of alienation in the novel “A pipe of the city” by Abd al-Ridha Salih Muhammad, the descriptive-analytical approach; For the purpose of displaying "Alienation". Abstract:-
This article discussed the manifestations of romance in Shaker AL-Ghazi's Poetry. Starting with the definitions of such termonologies "Manifestations" and "Romance" idiomatically and linguistically, in addition to its effect in Shaker AL-Ghazi's Poetry. Then, the study presented an analytical study of the romance in AL-Ghazi's poems. FThe study unraveled some conclusions.
In regards to the mothod of the research, I relied on the AL-Ghazi's Poetical works "Atalasha" , " k Dhil Abi". I analysed the poetic verses that deal with Romance. It is important to mention that his poetical work "Atalasha" represented the Romanticism which I examined it through an analytical study.

The phenomenon of coherence is one of the axes of linguistic research, and it is the focus of attention of researchers in literary texts, as it plays an important role in the transfer of the concept to the recipient and the grammatical consistency in which “connection and deletion” is manifested in its formal and content types and has an important role in this field. The continuity of the text is also achieved by the logical coherence between the parts of speech, especially between the words in the structures of sentences or phrases. Connection and deletion preserve the coherence between the parts of the text. Because the text of the Qur’an is of unique literary splendor, the researcher dealt with this study and through the descriptive-analytical approach based on principles and standards of consistency and standards With what was mentioned in the interpretation of the verses, where the verses revealed in the provisions of prayer were studied as a model; It includes (13) verses as they contain various provisions and topics. Recognizing the textual coherence in the verses of prayer and searching in them for the mechanisms of consistency “connection” and “elimination” shows what prayer is and what it includes of the duties and its divisions and the purpose of its establishment, as it was shown to the researcher that the connection was manifested. A lot in the verses where he worked to strengthen the coherence between the text units until they became a coherent semantic structure, especially the additional links, where they exceeded in number and proportion over the rest of the links because they linked the sentences that dealt with situations, actions, attributes and commands important to the rule of prayer, where they clarified the necessity and attributes of God and the two pillars of prayer. The purpose of the prayer and its importance. As for the omission, it was mentioned a little with regard to the link, because it was limited to an explanation of some of the rules of prayer.

The research dealt with the manifestations of Qur’anic intertextuality in the Diwan of Na’iyah Al-Qasab - the selected research sample -; The research sought to trace the impact of the Qur’anic intertextuality in the poetry of Na’iyah Al-Qasab on two main levels; The level of Quranic stories, the level of Quranic structures and vocabulary, after introducing the poet, and providing an overview of the concept of intertextuality. The research presents a study of selected models, in order to clarify how the poet invests in the technique of intertextuality, whether stories or structures and Qur’anic vocabulary, and how he is present in the poetry of Na’iya Al-Qasab.
The research also sheds light on the method of employing intertextuality as a technique that gave his poetry an aura of privacy and uniqueness, and monitors the poet’s adopted mechanisms in re-texturing what he drew from the Holy Qur’an text, and building on it with alterations that recur in its degrees so that it identifies with the new textual contexts without its connection to the original text.

With the exception of those sporadic references from here and there, according to some commentators, who made reference to the proportionality between the verses and some of the surahs, this approach differs from many of the older approaches, which were based on the interpretation of words or strange or separate verses from one another and in isolation.
When we proceed from the fact that the Surah is a single entity and an independent structure with interconnected parts consisting of an introduction, middle, parts, axis, and conclusion, we find that they are all printed in an intended order that all lead to the formation of an intended idea and a subject. In our research, we tried to apply this approach to Surat Al-Adiyat. We came across selected opinions of some commentators in its interpretation.

Al-Safadi is one of the well-known Arab scholars. He is also a famous writer and eminent critics. This study is fully devoted the process of examining his critical approach. This study is also included presenting the sources of the approach which are distributed on dealing with the his origins as well as his environment which is considered as the main reason for drawing up the features of his critical personality and the knowledge of his mentors (who were responsible for disciplining him) hands) refined his character which was made through the seminars that he attended. Later, those seminars are lead to establish his critical character. The study is also strengthened by referring to something of his critical stances in the language and literature, it also interceded with a presentation of the benefits and bright impacts of his character alongside of the defects and the limited insults. The rhetoric of Imam Ali has influenced many of the great Arab writers, such as Al-Jahiz, Abdul Hamid, and Ibn Nabata. Al-Jahiz had collected one hundred short words from the words of the Imam, the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) before Mr. Al-Radi compiled Nahj Al-Balagha, and he proceeded to explain this group of words by great researchers such as Rasheed Al-Watwat and Ibn Maytham Al-Bahrani. Al-Jahiz also mentioned several of the speeches of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him).) in his book “Al-Bayan and Al-Tibayan”. The masterpieces of Persian literature were also influenced by the words of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him). The book Nahj al-Balaghah represents a encyclopedia of Islamic culture that includes various knowledges such as: knowledge of God Almighty and the world of angels, the nature of the creation of the world, the nature of man, nations and good or corrupt governments. But the important note regarding what can be said about these sermons is that the Imam (pbuh) was not in the process of teaching natural sciences, getting to know the animal world, or understanding philosophical or historical observations. His explanation of such matters was in the language of exhortation, where he made in front of the listener a clear and comprehensible model of every perceptible or sensible phenomenon. The researcher tried to find out where the influence appeared in the Arabic prose by reading the prose texts, analyzing them and showing the extent of the influence and its credentials. And previous studies were close to the goal of the research.
