The aim of the research is to clarify the meaning of the legislative miraculousness (hence after LM) to explain the most important types of (LM) in the Quran , and to show some of the applications of (LM) in the Qur'an. The importance of this study lies in the fact that it contributes to the presentation of an important aspect of miraculousness in the Qur'an, namely (LM). The research attempts to raise several questions in an attempt to answer them: What is meant by (LM)? What are the benefits of realizing (LM) in the Qur'an? What is the most important (LM) in family issues? The research plan comes in two sections: The first is to talk about the meaning of (LM) in the Qur'an and its benefits. Second, it deals with the applications of (LM) in matters of personal status through the following sub sections topics: (LM) in resolving disputes between spouses, (LM) in divorce, And (LM) in the Eda. The research is ended with the conclusions that: knowledge of (LM) of the Qur'an shows us the general framework of the legislation with full perception of Islam. It illustrates a comprehensive image of the provisions and instructions of Islam. Furthermore, the Quranic legislations in matters of personal status takes into account the interests of husbands, wives, children and society as a whole.

The present paper argues that the effect of the Qur'anic word does not stop at the semantic level of the language. It grows due to different aspects such as the context, occasion, the reason for descending, and the social status. The studying of the Qur'anic word which is chosen from the event of Al-Efic opens the door to the researcher to be in front of a tangible and noticeable sight in which the word itself expresses the scene. The researcher appoints this phenomenon to describe the event of Al-Efic. One of the main findings is that the Qur'an word is not a form of poetry or literary prose. The word stands as a miracle by itself because it is descended from Allah. The researcher recommends a workshop to interpret the Holy Qur'an depending on the miraculous power of the words.

The present paper attempts to stand at the semantic level of the words love and hatred in terms of their origin and their impact by the effects of interpretation due to their appearance in the Holy Qur'an. The paper aims at clarifying different issues like the Holy Qur'an presents the Arabic community a new meaning to the words they already know. This is because the Holy Qur'an is prodigious by all the details. A fact to be mentioned is that the Qur'anic context adds to the semantic level of the expression an indicative dimension that facilitates the process of interpretation in which the word can transfer from its effect to be a Qur'anic term. The paper reaches different findings: the main to be said is that the emotional context is considered the meaning phase that expresses the feelings, opinion, or the attitudes of the speaker towards something. The word 'hate' for example ,carries not the same meaning of the word 'dislike'. This is because 'hatred is dissidence to satisfaction, while 'dislike' is dissidence to 'love'.

This study deals with another description of the reality of the miraculousness which is not related to the works of Islamic science. The researcher considers that the knowledge atrophy of the legislative miraculous is behind this attempt of choosing interpretation as a pioneering thinking method derived from the Qur'anic text and its different dimensions and meanings. The starting point is: The search for the meaning of interpretation and its philosophy of reform, i.e., to break into the circle of word meanings. This clearly contributes to the crystallization of the Qur'anic civilization vision (Human and Universe). Many establishments may devote themselves to the foundations of the miraculous aspects in different faces, whether tackled or non-tackled, which consider Interpretation as one of the important aspect of declaration. So it is necessary to research the principles, tools and objectives, but in a different reading than what has been used in the fundamentalist literature. This research comes as an attempt to combine the Islamic sciences curricula specially the ones that concern languages with the fundamentals of legislation. That's why Reform is considered a miraculous dimension in the Qur'anic legislation that leads to the interaction between means and intension on one hand, instrument and fruit ,on the other.

The significance of the present paper arises from being an attempt to view the miraculousness of Allah in His creatures and especially his senses. Senses are Allah's grace to human that distinguish him from animals to know the facts and to infer the existence of his creature. The five senses are mentioned in the Holy Qur'an and they are: listening, sighting, tasting, touching, and smelling. The Holy Qur'an mentions each one more than once emphasizing their semantic connotation and importance .The paper falls in different dimensions as follows: an introduction and five dimensions .each dimension concerns with the meaning, property and uses of one of the above mentioned senses. The researchers recommend who concern in the field of Qur'an to write everything about this heavenly art to capture its treasures.

The study examines miraculous researches as a scientific effort based on the details of the cognitive model, which is a holistic perception of the issues of knowledge and science in the Islamic heritage through tracking the texts of Abdul Qahir al-Jarjani in his evidence. It is inseparable from a scientific project extended for more than a decade. The scholar has wanted to reread the linguistic text and use it as an investment in organizing priorities of scientific research; making it interpreter for the nature of dialogue between the models in relation to their own deliberative particular context . The researcher divides the study into several dimensions, the most important of which is: the cognitive model in the linguistic statement, i.e., Al Jarjani in the miraculousness . And in particular to infer the realization of the underlying reference and the extension of the word Jarjani in the horizon of constructing an Islamic knowledge model by investing research in miracles. The researcher concludes that the science of speech is the science of collecting knowledge depending on the subject of science other than the identity of the mechanism defined by objective and function.

The present paper tackles the scientific miraculousness in creating the mountains and its precise description in the Holy Qur'an. The paper mentions that the mountains have roots and prominent part on the surface of the earth. The deep of their roots is equal to the part on the surface. God confirms that the creation of the mountains is so important to the stability of the earth and to be an expanse. The paper follows the inductive, analytical, and derivative methodology. The researcher traces the Qur'anic texts that are concerned with the mountains to fulfill the aim of the study. The paper reaches different findings: the main to be said is that the mountains function the role of the wedge in installing the surface of the earth. The word mountain is uttered 2 times in the Holy Qur'an.
Each time expresses a new meaning. Mountains are floating on a sea of melted rocks. And this is a miracle by itself. The colors of the mountains indicate the metals they comprise. The mountains have starting and inevitable ending.

One of the difficult diseases that many people suffer from is Obesity.
Obesity is the main cause of many diseases in the human body. This
research will highlight the Quran's methods, ways and means that limit
the spread of obesity and even protect the person from its diseases. The
research mentions the texts in the Quran that helps in the prevention of
the deadly disease caused by obesity. The research is divided into an
introduction and three questions: The first dimension gives the definitions
of preventive medicine, the nature of obesity and its causes, its effects
and risks on human health. The second dimension is devoted to the
methods of prevention of obesity in the Holy Qur'an. The third dimension
deals with the prevention of obesity in the Bible. Thus it may be said that
the Holy Quran precedes the doctors of the world in specifying the ways
to prevent obesity and that the holy Quran is the eternal miracle of Allah,
throughout the ages, its wonders does not have limits.

The Holy Qur'an mentions many of the idols and deals with them in many verses in different contexts. The rhetorical arts vary in the manner that corresponds to the nature of each idol and its worshipers. The research has an introduction and two dimensions .The first dimension is devoted to study the most important and famous Arab idols before Islam, which are not mentioned in the Holy Qur'an. The second dimension include the studying of the miraculous declaration in the portrayal of the Arab idols (Lat, Al-Uzzi, and Manna). The research ends with the following results: many of the commentators say that the reason for mentioning these idols is that they are the greatest idolaters of the polytheists, But there are other idols which are more important than those such as the idol "Hubble", and that the reason for not mentioning any of them is that they are placed inside the Sacred House Or elsewhere in Mekka,or that Prophet (PBUH) breaks them with his hand or someone breaks them in the his presence..

The present paper tackles the miraculousness in the concept of the 'earth outspreading', viewing the opinions of the scientists and the interpreters in proving that the earth is ovoid. The paper also tackles the issue of water. It's finding is that water flows out from the inside of the earth through clefts and volcanoes at the stiffening of the earth shell. The water already exists inside the earth from the beginning of the evolution. The water gets out from the inside of the earth in a form of steam then it cools and condenses to fall down in a form of rainwater forming the seas and oceans. The amount of water inside the earth is estimated by a triple time than the surface water. The existence of the mountains and the other earthy reliefs make the freshwater settle on the earth helping the continuity of the life. This is also to reduce the earthquakes and volcanoes making the earth a suitable place for living. By these facts, the researcher links between the Qur'anic texts and the scientific facts. In so, he proves the issue of the miraculousness of the Holy Qur'an.

The main aim of this research is to provide an answer to the following main question: What is the relationship between scientific miraculousness and the interpretation of the Holy Qur'an? The research focuses mainly on answering the previous question by clarifying the most important points of how to deal with the issue of scientific interpretation and how to benefit from it by reflecting the miraculousness of the Qur'an. The research includes eight dimensions representing the signals and indicators with their conditions and controls that can be used in defining scientific interpretation of Qur'an. The method used in this research is a descriptive one that explains Qur'an verses with reference to scientific findings to clarify its meaning as well as its miraculousness which provide the indication that the book Qur'an is not from Muhammad (PBUH) , But it is from Allah. The study ends up some important recommendations that enhance the spread of knowledge in this aspect.
