Al-Allama Al-Hilli is considered one of the flags of the doctrine of jurisprudence, beliefs and men, his jurisprudential research was characterized by objectivity and an attempt to accommodate the other party, based on the scientific spirit distinguished by sobriety, represented by comparative jurisprudence, which is the book of the ticket one of his vocabulary despite the breadth of his research, which revealed his scientific sale in several fields.
In order to introduce them after getting to know them and trying to study the method adopted in comparative jurisprudence to benefit from its good dealings and scientific accuracy, I took the sale book as a model of that general approach, hoping to stand on some of its fragments.

By referring to the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah and contemplating the minutes in them, the jurist can deduce the rulings of beauty according to the controls of deriving the sub-legal rulings, after contemplating the cause and the aspects of wisdom and distinguishing between them. In the light of the foregoing, it is clear that the field is open to diligence in knowing the provisions of the latest issues of cosmetology, by benefiting from the Holy Qur'an in accordance with the controls of deduction, in rooting the jurisprudence of cosmetology, and should be taken into account taking into account the aesthetic perception and understanding of the values of beauty, and the dimensions and goals that pay to beautification because of its income in understanding the text and downloading the new facts in this area.

And we can say that poetry and literature have entered people's lives. Leaving hair inherited.

Studying the biography concept, the researcher finds out that most of the studies that deal with the biography belongs to two one of two main types:- the first is general " relative " considers the literary types as a manner more than as a form so it define it in the terms of its essence, aim and view to world, hence the biography may come as any of the literary types:- novel, poem, essay and so on, where the author aims, clearly or implicatively, to narrate his life, show his thoughts or drew his feelings. This type is a concept that mixes the biography, as a modern literary type with social background, technical traditions varied forms, with the objective aspects ( which is a basic attitude of the artistic expression ), these aspect are found in every literary text neglecting the type where the development of the art is a development of the artist character and feelings, yet it is not a biography otherwise , all the literary texts would be biographies which is incredible. The second type is specific " formal " looks at the literary work as a form more than as a style, so the biography is a kind of the private literature with structural characteristics where the details are narrated basing on honesty and correspondence which means it depends on the documents and witness rather than imagination, it came within an " authorized " literature that comates to say everything honestly and accurately. This indicates that the biography has a literary features rather than the total historic ones, the biographer barrows from the literary and historic features some of their techniques and devices to enter another field and to say different thing. Biography belongs to the narrative types takes some of their shapes and methods, yet it has different aspect especially the objective feature and the historic realistic honest, which means : there is no non literary biography, that the artistic space is always penetrated by the biography narration even in its historic aspects, a reader might founds a common element between the biography and the literary work even when the biographer tried to avoid literature, this common element is the reference " authority " to a real life where we found a textual sample forms a part of the literature of the biography as an independent literary type, this is the subject of the second topic.The research founds that the biography length "short biography and long biography " Depends basically on the writer ability to give information and to invest them in the written text, in addition, some writers had focused on certain aspect or aspects of a person life believing that it is important or necessary such as Al-Ghazzaly biography where the writer focused on the jurisprudential aspect as well as his life and works, and the ancient and modern opinions, other writers dealt with the person life as a whole rather briefly such as Avicenna biography where the writer followed the narrative style represented by the short stories investing Avicenna efforts in the fields of medicine, law, literature, pediatrics, psychiatry and other fields.

The concept of the epic was associated with the great and distinctive event, old and new, the art of epics has been associated since ancient times with the great and amazing events carried out by supernatural characters in their actions and qualities to the extent that some of those legendary characters were an extension of the gods themselves, which was reflected in the nature of the conflicts they fought and the superior heroism that they had in the face of their conflicts.
The researcher, as he does not call for the revival of the epic as a literary genre died and disappeared in past time periods, after it was the pinnacle of intellectual and literary achievement of the ancient peoples who boasted of their beliefs and heroism of their characters and their impact, it is not the competence of the researcher as much as it calls for evoking The concepts of epic idiom and their expression in the field of visual arts according to a contemporary vision according to which the features of heroism and the nature of the conflict are determined and expressed in the language of visual narration (elements of visual language).
The researcher divided his research into four main chapters, the first chapter included the problem of research, which formulated his question about the nature of the epic, its characteristics and expression in television drama, in addition to determining the objectives, importance and limits of the research.
The second chapter (theoretical framework) has been identified by the researcher in three sections determine the first section definition of what the epic through a brief historical and philosophical emergence, while the second section dealt with the epic form between drama and literature and consider the latter the legitimate heir to the epic, but according to contemporary visions, the third section dealt with the epic in the visual drama and was identified three axes are:
1 - heroic axis
2 - epic conflict
3 - artistic construction (treatment director)
has been applied to the sample of research in the Iraqi television series (tin houses) which produced the researcher third chapter (research procedures) while the fourth chapter came out with results and conclusions.

This study also aims to show many aspects of multi-party politics , which make the role of parliament effective and influential. Although there are some gaps in the adoption of this system, including those related to government instability, this is not a general matter and does not negate the political benefits in this political system that it adopts, as it strives to include all political parties in the crucible of the political system. Hence the possibility of involving them in the political process within state institutions . Thus, the possibility of assuming power becomes available to various parties and political trends, and therefore their contribution to the political system will be effective and useful due to the adoption of their political programs .

1 - Iraq was the arena of the political and military conflict between Iran and the Ottoman Empire and all that was resulting from that conflict, its effects were visible on the Iraqi scene, including the issue of sectarian disagreement.

6 - The success of the Najaf conference and others in rapprochement between Shiites and Sunnis needs a real and sincere will by politicians and those in charge of governance as well as scholars to work according to the principle of sincerity in intentions, and work to create an atmosphere of love and mutual respect and the principle of recognition of the other

Study contains five doors as to ensure the door first provided and the importance of research in which touched on the importance of conducting tests and blood tests for athletes and non-athletes to know the impact on some indicators of blood sports activity.The first section also contains the two goals, one (to identify the results of some blood indicators to requests for Department of Physical Education and compared with students of the Department of Chemistry).While ensuring the second door on the topics of theoretical studies, including (blood, blood volume, and lipoproteins).While we believe that Part III contains the research methodology as was used descriptive approach to suitability nature of the problem while the research sample was from a group of students Department of Physical Education Phase IV Girls College of Education (Mathematics) and female fourth stage of the chemistry department (non-math) by (10) students for each of the sections were withdrawn blood samples twice for each student in the rest time in order to analyze (10) indicators of blood indicators to identify the impact of physical activity on those indicators of whether or not through the comparison between the two groups using statistical processing.And then results are discussed in Section IV and in the light of results, the researcher put several conclusions, including
1 - The practice of sporting activities not positively affect the indicators studied in absolute blood.
2 - The practice of sporting activities have a clear impact of health practitioners side. In the light of the conclusions put recommendations, including the researcher

Educators recommend following modern teaching methods and strategies that the learner is centered, and these strategies are brainstorming, which provides opportunities to generate ideas, and frees the learner from the restrictions imposed by traditional methods of teaching that hinder thinking and innovation, the more students produce in brainstorming, the greater the quantity and quality together in cases of liberation and starting to think .
And rhetoric and application of the branches of the Arabic language, which still teaching methods suffer from problems, the most important of which is the student's negativity towards the literary text that he studies without understanding or taste, and based on the educational saying: (teach the student how to think), the researchers have chosen rhetoric and application as a field to experiment with the brainstorming strategy in teaching students of the fifth grade preparatory / literary branch .
To achieve this, the researchers chose an experimental design for two groups (experimental and control) and chose Qutayba Preparatory School for boys in the province of Diwaniyah to conduct the experiment, the number of members of the research sample (60) students randomly selected within two divisions, the first experimental taught rhetoric and application strategy brainstorming and the number of its members (30) students, and the second officer taught in the traditional way and the number of its members (30) students, was rewarded among the students of the two groups statistically using the T-test (T-test) For two independent samples, and the chi-square (Ka2) in the variables of the chronological age and academic achievement of the parents, and the final Arabic language scores for the previous academic year before the experiment, and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in these variables .
The researchers assigned the Arabic language teacher in the same preparatory to teach the two research groups (6) topics of rhetoric and application to be taught for the fifth grade preparatory / literary branch after they derived her behavioral goals amounted to (50) behavioral goals, and prepared teaching plans .
Measure the achievement of students of the two groups in rhetoric and application, through the post-achievement test and using statistical means The research found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the grades of the students of the two groups ( experimental and control) for the benefit of the students of the experimental group who studied rhetoric and application according to the brainstorming strategy, and in light of the results of the research the researchers recommended the need to use the brainstorming strategy in teaching rhetoric and application .

This research offers a way to apply genetic algorithms in computer network intrusion detection systems (IDSs). A brief presentation of computer network intrusion detection systems, genetic algorithms and other computer network intrusion detection techniques was presented. The evolutionary processes of genetic algorithms have been discussed in detail. Unlike problem coding methods by other genetic algorithms, all the information of parts of a computer network (links) is encoded by laws within the system. This research focuses on the network protocol (TCP/IP).
