We hope that those who have the evaluation of such activities to be in the hope of paying it and integrating it as it puts in their hands the jurisprudential vision in the great interest and the relationship of this interest with the legal ruling in its three investigations and ramifications.

Our research entitled "Translation is the Language of the Age and the Creativity of Thought" deals with the role of translation in our contemporary life and its impact on intellectual creativity, and it consists of two axes: -

research paper attempts to address the problem of the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth in North African countries (Tunisia, Libya, Egypt), by shedding light on the nature of the relationship between the two variables of the study at the level of economic theory, and then studying this impact using the quantitative approach taking the time span extending from 1986 to 2008 due to the stability witnessed by Those countries in this period.
The study concluded that the effects of foreign direct investment on economic growth were different among the economies of the study countries, as the standard study showed the size of the positive effects of foreign direct investment on the GDP of both Tunisia and Libya, while its effects were negative for Egypt.

The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of teaching multiple intelligences activities in developing the scientific thinking of fourth scientific students in physics, by verifying the following hypothesis:
There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students that were studied according to the activities of multiple intelligences and the average scores of the control group students that were studied in the usual way at the level of scientific thinking.
The study was determined by students of the fourth grade scientific in the preparatory and secondary schools of the day of the Directorate of Education of Diwaniyah for the academic year (2012-20113) and the subject matter for the last six chapters of the physics book for the fourth grade scientific, and the researcher chose Al-Zaytoun Preparatory School for boys because the researcher is a teacher in this preparatory school, then two divisions were chosen out of four divisions for the fourth grade scientific in a random way, the number of sample members (67) Students, and by (34) students for the control group, which studied in the usual way and (33) students for the experimental group, which studied the activities of multiple intelligences, has been equivalent to the two research groups (experimental, control) in a number of variables, and these variables are (chronological age in months, intelligence, the degree of the mid-year exam in physics, previous information). For the purpose of verifying the objective of the research, the researcher prepared (48) different activities in different types of multiple intelligences, and the researcher prepared a test for scientific thinking skills consisting of (40) paragraphs in a multiple-choice form, and the validity of the test was verified, and its stability was also calculated the discriminatory power of its paragraphs. The experiment was applied in the second semester of the academic year (2012-2013) and the experiment lasted for a period of (10) weeks and by three classes for each group (experimental, control), and the researcher taught the two groups ( Experimental and control) himself, and after the end of the experiment was processed data using the T-test for two independent samples (T-test) and the results showed the superiority of the students of the experimental group that studied according to the activities of multiple intelligences on the students of the control group that studied in the usual way of scientific thinking. Thus, the null hypothesis was rejected, and in light of this, the researcher recommended the use of multiple intelligences activities in teaching physics, and suggested conducting other studies for other stages, and different study materials to identify The effectiveness of multiple intelligences activities with other dependent variables such as (problem solving, scientific reconnaissance, ...)

The research aims to identify the relationship of theoretical knowledge in perspective with practical performance in landscape painting for first-stage students from the Department of Art Education - College of Education - University of Kufa.
The research includes four chapters, the first chapter included the problem of research and its importance, which splits from the importance of the perspective material and its role in the development of plastic arts, while the second chapter included the framework of the landscape and previous studies, and the framework includes three topics related to perspective and landscape leads to improving the practical performance of landscape painting. and their relationship with each other.
While the third chapter included research procedures, the researcher has prepared and built two choices to measure the achievement of students in the perspective material, and the paragraphs of the first test contained cognitive behavioral goals narrowed in the form of objective questions. The fourth chapter included the results that resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences between the students' grades in the theoretical and practical choices at the level of (0.05).
