ABSTRACT
This study summarizes the vocabulary related to the branches of jurisprudence pertaining to the approval of divorce. It then examines the opinions and evidence of jurists regarding the exception of one wife from the four divorces, the suspension of divorce by will, and the occurrence of divorce based on doubt regarding the oath of divorce and Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty has made the true Islam the final of these divine religions. Islam is distinguished by its organization of the affairs and lives of individuals. These principles and rules are generally presented without delving into specific aspects, which has given Islamic legislation the ability to adapt to realities and developments in various areas of life, regardless of time, place, and circumstances. Thanks to this characteristic, Islam has been able to maintain its strength and validity in all eras and places.

ABSTRACT
Envy is a reprehensible trait in all divine religions. It is the desire to remove blessings from others, a trait shared by all divine religions. Envy means the loss of a blessing from someone who deserves it, whether or not the blessing returns to the envious person. This leads to the disruption and destruction of society. The subject of envy revolves around wishing for the loss of blessings from others in all divine religions.
Envy is forbidden in all circumstances, and in all divine religions, except for the envy of the immoral, who uses blessings to harm others and spread vice. Wishing for the loss of blessings is not forbidden. Treating envy is related to three aspects: the envious person: by repelling him from envy, urging him to congratulate himself if he sees something he likes, and calling him to spread peace; the envied person: by reciting verses from the Glorious Quran, seeking refuge in Allah from Satan and his helpers, and being patient; and the envious person and the envied person: by their sincerity towards Allah Almighty, their belief in fate and destiny, and fearing Allah Almighty.

ABSTRACT
The research deals with the life of Imam al-Tirmidhi (may Allah have mercy on him), narrating the time when fighting is recommended and what was stated regarding superstition . I adopted the analytical inductive method in studying the life of Imam al-Tirmidhi (may Allah have mercy on him) and his narrations. The number of hadiths was (5) with duplicates. After deleting the duplicates, I found (2). I studied them analytically, according to the steps and rules of scholarly hadiths. From the study, it became clear to me that Imam al-Tirmidhi (may Allah have mercy on him) was one of the most skilled compilers of Sunan, and his fame lay in his judgment of most of the hadiths he included, which distinguished him from other compilers. Many of the Tabi'un narrated from him, and he received praise from leading scholars in the field of hadith criticism and authentication. The research plan consisted of an introduction that addressed the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, and previous studies on the subject , the difficulties he faced, the research methodology and structure, and its organization came as follows: The first section dealt with his personal and academic life, and in the second section his narrations on the time in which fighting is recommended and what was said about superstition.

ABSTRACT
The Glorious Quran highlights the importance of traveling and contemplating together as two means of learning and reflecting Allah's laws for previous nations. Traveling on earth has multiple aspects, including memorization, early arrival, travel, overnight stays, and crossing a small river. The Quran uses imperative and past tense forms, calling for travel and contemplation. Travel is always accompanied by contemplation, as it is the means by which to see and reflect the impacts of previous nations. The Quran uses the rhetorical question in verses about traveling and contemplating to urge people to acknowledge the truth of the fate of those who denied the truth, while indicating the continuity of these laws over time. There is a subtle difference in the relationship between traveling and contemplating, as they are linked by the letters fa' or thumma. Fa' denotes a quick connection and follow-up, while thumma denotes slackness and deliberation, as is evident in the verse of Al-An'am, which requires more contemplation. Commentators also discussed the reasons for choosing the preposition "fi" with "al-sayr," emphasizing that it denotes ease and accessibility on earth for travelling and movement, in contrast to "ala," which denotes height and difficulty. The research plan required dividing it into three sections. The first covered a list of the term and its meaning. The second examined the connotations of the meanings of "al-sayr" and "al-nazr" in the Glorious Quran. The third section examined the lesson behind the coexistence of "al-sayr" and "al-nazr" in the Glorious Quran.

ABSTRACT
In this research, Imam Taj al-Din al-Hamawi (may Allah Almighty have mercy on him) focused on explaining the ruling on belief in the life of the grave, and that belief in this life is obligatory, and in the questioning of the dead by the two angels, and likewise belief in the torment and bliss of the grave is obligatory. He explained that the two angels who question the dead are: Munkar and Nakir, and that is after the soul of the dead is returned to his body, and after the questioning, the grave will be either a garden from the gardens of Paradise, or a pit from the pits of Hell. He provided evidence for that with correct transmitted evidence and decisive rational arguments.

ABSTRACT
In this research, Suhaib Al-Saqqar focuses on criticizing Muhammad Shahrur's interpretation of the terms "muhkam" and "mutashabih" in the Qur'an, discussing Shahrur's views, which he presented in the context of his contemporary reading. Al-Saqqar offers a methodological critique of these interpretations, demonstrating their contradictions and their impact on the understanding of the Qur'anic texts. Al-Saqqar criticized Muhammad Shahrur's construction of the terms "muhkam" and "mutashabih" in the Qur'an by raising several methodological and linguistic objections, indicating that Shahrur's interpretation is inconsistent with the traditional understanding of the Qur'an and is not based on sound Sharia evidence.

ABSTRACT
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the trustworthy Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who was sent as a mercy to the worlds, and upon his family and all his companions, and upon those who follow their guidance until the Day of Judgment. Now then: This research is entitled: (Verses Rejecting Extremism in the Glorious Qur’an: Selected Examples: An Objective Study). Based on the principles of Islamic law and its goal of achieving social and psychological security, I chose this topic to clarify the Glorious Qur’an’s position on rejecting extremism, emphasize the strengthening of social security for individuals and groups in the contemporary world, and outline solutions to the contemporary scourge that threatens societal security, namely extremism. I base these solutions on Islamic law.

ABSTRACT
There is no disagreement that the language of every nation carries the meanings and connotations of that language, and the Arabic language contains meanings and connotations that constitute a miracle in itself, but it became the language of the Glorious Quran, and the language of the most eloquent speaker of Arabic throughout the ages, the illiterate Prophet, our master Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. When the Glorious Quran came with rules, meanings and connotations, the Arabic language was the bearer of them and the container for them. What the one who is familiar with the meanings and connotations of the Glorious Quran needs most is the clarification of the Arabic language in clarifying and explaining those meanings and connotations. It is not possible to reach the intended meaning of the verses of the Glorious Quran without being familiar with the sciences of the Arabic language, at the top of which is the science of grammar, as it is a law that clarifies and defines what the minds stray from and the feet slip. The grammarians had the most prominent impact in clarifying the meanings and connotations of the verses of the Glorious Quran, at the top of them the great Imam Ibn Ya’ish - may Allah Almighty have mercy on him - in his wonderful and enjoyable book (Sharh al-Mufassal); except that his efforts were scattered throughout his book as they appeared in the discussions of grammar from the beginning of the book to the end. This research was a step towards shedding light on his efforts in interpreting the Glorious Quran and explaining its meanings.

ABSTRACT
A person may die suddenly and have not paid zakat. He may have been busy with many tasks and not paid zakat on his wealth, or he may have been preoccupied with illness or other circumstances. This leaves the deceased not absolved of responsibility before Allah Almighty, as zakat is one of the pillars of Islam. If a person dies without paying zakat on his wealth, his heirs must pay it on his behalf, especially if he was not negligent and did not intentionally delay zakat.
Paying zakat on behalf of the deceased is an important matter, and Muslims must be aware of its rulings and details. This is due to the prevalence of chaos and sudden death, which is a form of goodness, and believers are commanded to do good deeds that lead to success. It is also considered a form of righteousness towards the deceased, especially if they have left a will for it to be paid on their behalf before their death. In this research, we examine the details of paying zakat on behalf of the deceased, whether they left a will for it to be paid or not.
In this research, I followed an analytical approach by presenting the evidence relied upon by jurists in their reasoning. I also used a critical approach, demonstrating the weakness and invalidity of some evidence. To protest, because the evidence is weak or unacceptable.
Through studying this research, it became clear that if the deceased did not bequeath zakat on his behalf, the heirs are not obligated to pay it. Some jurists say the deceased was excessive in his wealth, while others say it must be paid from the capital. However, if the deceased bequeathed zakat, the heirs must pay it from their third.

ABSTRACT
The science of criticism and authentication is one of the most important types of hadith sciences and it has a special interest and only the experts and experts in the hadith craft have delved into this science. Hence, the topic of my research was chosen, entitled (The narrators who were authenticated by Imam Ibn Hibban in his Sahih and Imam Al-Dhahabi agreed with his authentication - a critical study). I have inventoried the narrators and studied them and the statements of the scholars of criticism and authentication and scholars of hadith criticism. After that, I explained the most correct opinion in terms of the authentication of Imam Ibn Hibban and the agreement of Imam Al-Dhahabi.

ABSTRACT
I divided this research (The Names of Paradise and Hell in the Glorious Qur’an and Their Worship of Allah Almighty - A Doctrinal Study) into two sections, preceded by an introduction. In the first section, I dealt with: (The definition of servitude in language and terminology, and the definition of Paradise and Hell in language and terminology). I divided this section into three demands. In the first demand, I dealt with: The definition of servitude in language and terminology. In the second demand, I dealt with: (The names of Paradise and Hell in the Glorious Qur’an, and the evidence of the servitude of Paradise and Hell to Allah Almighty). I divided this section into four demands. In the first demand, I dealt with: The names of Paradise in the Glorious Qur’an. In the second demand, I dealt with: The names of Hell in the Glorious Qur’an. In the third demand, I dealt with: The evidence mentioned in the servitude of Paradise from the authentic Prophetic Sunnah. In the fourth demand, I dealt with the evidence mentioned in the servitude of Hell from the Glorious Qur’an and the authentic Prophetic Sunnah. Then I concluded with the most important results I reached in this research, followed by sources and references.
