treatment and rehabilitation (Rami in a field study center for the care of autistic children and
slow learners)"

The current research aims to identify the most important social and psychological problems
experienced by families in the care of children Autistic and what are the most prominent
solutions and treatments to the families of the children, especially the parents in the care of
these children, and what are the most important roads in the rehabilitation and treatment
provided by Rahman Institute which (Rami previously) in care autistic child and that contribute
to overcome the difficulties faced by them.
The most important findings of the research:
1-74% of families with autistic children suffer from difficulties in social relations.
2-92% of the sample in which the brothers suffer from psychological and social burden the
existence of an autistic brother.
3-80% of the children's families in which the parents of Autistic problems and disorders family
suffers.
4-70% of households Autistic children suffer injury as a result of social epilepsy or mental
disability problems.
5-80% of households have resorted to international organizations to take care of the child within
and outside the country.
6-78% of the families of autistic children confirms the ability of the Institute on the
rehabilitation of the child in its ability to rely on himself.
7-74% of the sample confirms the auspices of medically Institute of autistic children.
The most important recommendations on the family:
1. Child can be treated early bands to help him develop social and language skills.
2. The child was given an opportunity in the completion of his duties, which help him to give
confidence in himself and the evolution of his senses and make it stable.
The most important recommendations for the state:
1. Provide special food and medical basket autistic child.
2. Providing material support.
3. Training professional cadres in the perpetuation of how to communicate with the families of
autistic children.
Proposals:
1. Create a typical governmental Institute for the care of an autistic child is fully supported by
the State and the training of professional cadres especially to take care of these children.
Note that the current research was on the ground has been selected sample of all existing and
Institute's (50) boy and girl using a comprehensive survey approach to take in all the details of
vocabulary, study scientific community an objective comprehensive study.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف بأهم المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية التي تتعرض لها الأسر في رعاية الأطفال التوحديين وما هي أبرز الحلول والمعالجات لأسر الأطفال ولاسيما الوالدين في رعاية هؤلاء الأطفال، وما هي أهم الطرق في إعادة التأهيل والمعالجات التي يقدمها معهد الرحمن ( رامي سابقاً) في رعاية الطفل التوحدي التي تسهم في تذليل الصعوبات التي يتعرض لها هؤلاء.
أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث:
1- %74 من الأسر التي لديها طفل توحدي تعاني من صعوبات في العلاقات الاجتماعية.
2-%92 من عينة البحث يعاني فيها الإخوة من الأعباء النفسية والاجتماعية بوجود أخ توحدي.
3- %88 من أسر الأطفال التوحديين يعاني فيها الوالدان من مشاكل واضطرابات أسرية.
4- %78 من الأسر يعاني أطفالها التوحديون من مشاكل اجتماعية نتيجة إصابتهم بالصرع أو العوق العقلي.
5- %88من الأسر لجأت إلى المنظمات الدولية لرعاية الطفل داخل وخارج القطر.
6- %78 من أسر أطفال التوحد تؤكد قدرة المعيد على إعادة تأهيل الطفل في قدرته في الاعتماد على نفسه.
7- 74%من عينة البحث تؤكد رعاية المعيد طبياً للطفل التوحدي.
أهم التوصيات الخاصة بالأسرة:
-1يمكن معالجة نطق الطفل مبكرا لمساعدته على تطوير مهاراته الاجتماعية ولغته.
-2منح الطفل فرصة في إنجاز واجباته التي تساعده على منح الثقة بنفسه وتطور حواسه وتجعله مستقرا.
أهم التوصيات الخاصة بالدولة:
1-تقديـم سمة غذائية ودوائية خاصة بالطفل التوحدي.
2-تقديم دعـم مادي.
3-تدريب الملاكات المهنية على كيفية إدامة التواصل مع أسر أطفال التوحد
