The poetry of Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Khazen represents a fertile poetic material for academic and scientific studies, as this poetry has not been previously exposed to literature. This research has been devoted to studying the poetry of the wind image in this poet. The means of forming the extended wind image, but rather the metaphor, simile and metonymy, have harmed a lecture with an introduction in a hall in which it focused on the metaphorical images. The poet has drawn many images in the metaphor, and as for the simile images, the poet has drawn simile images through the diversity of the tools of simile and its methods. The poet relied on the metonymic images and the metonymy, as is known, is the one whose means are few, commitment without exposure, which proves to the reader what the poet wants to draw with the contribution of the success of the metonymy, then the conclusion in which the results of the research were mentioned, then a list of the source and references.

This paper deals with the aspect related to one of the important issues in our contemporary reality, namely, "virtual currencies", which are a lot of talk and the question and the rule of circulation, talk about virtual curren-cies has multiple dimensions and variety; including the legal aspect, includ-ing the legal aspects, In this context, the blessed conference highlighted these aspects. The virtual currencies are the same as any contemporary ones where there are advantages and disadvantages, and if these defects can be reduced and prevented by setting controls and legal criteria for changing the government, A search highlights those controls and standards that are essential in virtual currencies, whether in terms of release, or trading, or dealing.

The zakat on the father’s wife’s fitrah on the son is one of the important issues in Islamic jurisprudence. If the son is able to spend on himself, he does not have to pay the fitrah zakat on his father’s wife. Zakat al-Fitra is obligatory for the person who has daily food and extra on the night and day of Eid. Likewise, zakat al-Fitr for a slave, wife, and child after the time has begun and they die before being able to pay it. If the time for the obligation of Zakat al-Fitr begins (the sunset of the last day of the month of Ramadan), the person becomes obligated. By paying it, then the slave, wife, or child died before Being able to perform it, the obligation remains valid and the heirs must pay it from the deceased’s estate. If the person had not paid it before death, then zakat al-fitra becomes a debt owed by him and his heirs must pay it on his behalf. Its importance becomes clear through studying these issues through a comparative jurisprudential study between the schools of thought. The eight to know what agrees with what is violat-ing.

This research is a study of the Hadith of the Prophet ( peace be upon him): "Allah was, and there was nothing other than Him..." focusing on the important doctrinal matters it encompasses. These include the issue of the eternity (Qidam) of Allah, His everlasting nature, the coming into existence of the world after it did not exist, the sequence of events in existence both past and future, and the precedence of certain creatures over others in crea-tion. This research aims to highlight the objectives of Islamic law (Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah) found in the verse concerning the pledge of allegiance by wom-en (Bayʿat al-Nisāʾ). The Maqāṣid-based approach to Qur’anic texts is one of the most important methods of legal reasoning in Islamic jurisprudence. It reveals the rationale behind legislation, helps in understanding the wis-dom of rulings, and facilitates their proper application in the lives of those accountable. Among the verses that encompass profound objectives in a concise and eloquent manner is the verse in Sūrat al-Mumtaḥanah:
“O Prophet, when believing women come to you pledging to you that they will not associate anything with Allah, nor steal, nor commit adultery, nor kill their children, nor bring a slander they have invented between their hands and feet, nor disobey you in what is right, then accept their pledge and ask Allah to forgive them. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” [Sūrat al-Mumtaḥanah: 12]
This study approaches the verse from a Maqāṣid perspective, uncover-ing the core objectives of Islamic law it contains, especially the five universal necessities (al-ḍarūriyyāt al-khams) identified by scholars of uṣūl: the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property.
The research relies on the interpretations of prominent scholars of Maqāṣid, uṣūl, and tafsīr such as Imām al-Shāṭibī, al-Rāzī, Ibn ʿĀshūr, and others, demonstrating how the verse—through its words and meanings—clearly or implicitly points to these essential objectives, while also consider-ing the contextual indications, structure, and interrelation of its phrases.
The study shows that although the verse addresses believing women, it serves as a comprehensive foundation for the general principles of religious commitment, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) also took a similar pledge from men. This indicates the universality of its Maqāṣid-oriented message. The verse’s gradual formulation—starting with the prohibition of shirk, fol-lowed by financial, moral, and physical crimes, then slander of lineage, and finally disobedience in good conduct—reflects a deliberate order based on the severity of harms, which is a refined Maqāṣid-based methodology.
The research concludes that this verse is among the Qur’anic texts that combine legislative clarity with foundational Maqāṣid principles. It estab-lishes a binding covenant grounded in the protection of the five essential objectives, aiming to ensure the welfare of the individual, the family, and society within the framework of full servitude to Allah and adherence to the commands of His Messenger (peace be upon him)

This research, titled "Prohibition in 'Umdat al-Ahkam by Abd Al-Ghani Al-Maqdisi (D. 600 AH): An Applied Study on Prohibited Transac-tions," aims to elucidate the significance of analyzing and tracing the for-mulations of prohibition in the hadiths from one of the most important hadith collections relied upon for clarifying legal rulings. The study exam-ines these hadiths through a foundational reading of the prohibition formu-lations and their associated issues within the context of prohibited transac-tions, as well as the implications of these prohibitions on the actions and be-haviors of those obligated.
The research sample consists of eight hadiths, which exhibit various formulations indicative of prohibition. The meanings derived from these formulations differ regarding legal rulings due to their association with con-textual clues that steered them away from their literal interpretation of pro-hibition. This, in turn, has led to divergent opinions among jurists regarding the legal rulings inferred from these hadiths.
The research is structured into an introduction and two main sections. In the first section, I elucidate the meanings of command and prohibition following an introduction to the author and his work. The second section presents applications of prohibition in the context of prohibited transac-tions
