This research aimed at identifying the factors that affecting in the recruitment of a teaching staff for the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in university teaching at the University of Khartoum.
The descriptive method was followed. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection,, which was distributed directly to a sample of (181) respondent of the teaching staff members of the senate at University of Khartoum from those who were attend at the senate meeting No. (409) which was held on 22 August 2016 Of (272). The researcher followed for the distribution the chance method, where each questionnaire was distributed to each of a teaching staff from different faculties at the University of Khartoum, according to his willingness. The data were processed statistically by using appropriate statistical methods.
The results showed that the general average of the degree of knowledge that held by teaching staff at Khartoum University on the importance of using. MOOCs in university teaching have reached a moderate agreement degree with an average of 3.39 . The general average of the attitudes of the sample towards the use of the MOOCs in university teaching have reached a moderate degree with an average of 3.44. There are challenges to the work of MOOCs in university teaching in at Khartoum University with a large degree and an average of 4.12.The research concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important are : It is necessary to possess teaching staff the technical skills in dealing with MOOCs. The accreditation of MOOCs as one of the most important techniques innovations in contemporary university educational practice to increase the effectiveness of university teaching as an alternative to traditional methods and indoctrination.

The study aimed to reveal the degree of inclusion of media concepts in the books of social and national studies in general education in light of the criteria of media education and the nature of the Saudi society. Additionally, to identify the estimations of the participants in the study of the importance of including media concepts in these books, and to build a matrix of the range and sequence of media concepts in the books of social and national studies in the grades of Saudi general education.
The study followed the descriptive approach in both descriptive analysis of the textbooks and descriptive survey of the study participants who were (203) students in the schools of boys and girls in general education in Makkah. The study used two data collection tools: the content analysis card for textbooks (18 books for students) and the questionnaire of the participants' estimations in the study, as ensuring the validity and reliability of the tools. The data were processed using the statistical program (SPSS) according to a set of appropriate statistical tests.
The results of the study led to the preparation of a list of (156) media concepts distributed in (13) fields. The results of the content analysis revealed a very low inclusion of the media concepts in the books of social and national studies. While, the participants' estimations in the study revealed high degree of importance of inclusion of media concepts in those books. In view of this, a model for the matrix of the extent and sequence of the media concepts was designed in the books of social and national studies in Saudi general education.

The current study aims to identify the effect of guided visualization strategy in developing the visual perception among kindergarteners. The experimental design was used; pre-post test. A total of (32) boy and girl ranging 5 to 6 years old were selected from al-Rabeea’ kindergarten, directorate of al-karkh 2 / Baghdad. The sample divided into equal two group (16) boy and girl of each one. al-Talaqany’s (2016) visual perception skills test among kindergarteners was adopted to collect the required data. The collected data had processed based on (gender, pre-post test, and age). To achieve the objectives of the study; the researcher set up series of sessions that addressed the guided visualization strategy among kindergarteners composes of (22) activity. The results have showed that there were significant differences among visual perception skills’ degrees between control and experimental group at 0.05 level; this difference in favor of the experimental group as its mean score is higher than that of control group

The current research aims to know the method and strategy of rainstorming for students to open the door towards innovation and creativity in the field of teaching the subject of geography and the importance of brainstorming method and the studies that touched on it. The study also dealt with the steps of teaching the method of brainstorming and the most important (traditional and modern), and the difficulties of using the method of brainstorming in the teaching process, as well as explained the guidance to improve teaching using the method of brainstorming in the teaching process. In light of the current research, the researcher concludes: 1 - The teaching methods of modern and student-centered may give better results than other strategies, centered on the teacher or teacher or educational material. 2 - The strategy of brainstorming helps to improve student science, which increases the scientific achievement. 3 - The strategy of brainstorming helps to raise the interest of the student and works to stimulate his ideas and help him to innovate. 4 - The use of brainstorming strategy increases the student\'s interest in creative ideas and innovation as \"and quality\" The main recommendations of the research are: 1- Adopting strategy or method of brainstorming in geography for all stages 2 - Training teachers and teachers to use this method in the teaching of social materials at all stages and even the university stage. 3 - The researcher recommends teachers, teachers and teachers to fluctuate modern ideas in the process of teaching and work to encourage and develop. The most important proposals were as follows: 1 - The application of this research, which includes strategy or method of brainstorming in the academic stages, especially social materials. 2 - Preparation of a similar study and applied to students in the academic stages in the field of geography especially to know the effect of using the method or strategy of brain storming in teaching.

The study seeks to explore the mental-math level among intermediate-school students. To this end, the researcher raised a question. What the level of mental math among students in the intermediate stage? Total of (576) male and female students were chosen from different schools at Al-karkh side \ general directorate of Baghdad education. So as to answer research question and hypothesis, a questionnaire of (30) items designed by the authors was administered to the study sample. T-test was used to analyze the collected data at the level of significance (0.05). Expectancy means (15) showed significant difference comparing to the achieved mean (10, 10) on mental-math test. The study concluded with students has a low level of mental math. The researcher suggested considering the global cognitive development in designing math textbooks curriculum, the need to include contents that enhance students’ mental math. Besides, reorganization of math textbooks in a way that allows mental math to be used in learning and teaching math.

In the spreading of the Internet, mobile smart devices, and interactive websites such as YouTube, the educational video becomes more widespread and deliberative among users. The reasons for its spread are the prevalence of technologies, cheap cost, and easy to use. However, these products often lack to the distinction in video production. By following videos of an educational channel on YouTube, some comments found to discuss the lack of the content presented to motivate the learners, which lead to reduce the viewers of the videos. Therefore, there is an important decision to find general standards for the design and production of educational videos. A list of standards has been drawn up to help those interested in producing educational videos to stimulate learner motivation, after reviewing 65 documents related to the field of educational video design and multimedia. The list contained three main fields: educational, authentication, and technical. The educational field contained the following standards: (Work Title, Goals, Content Presentation, Content Elements, and Motivational Activities). While the authentication field contained the following standards: (Intellectual Rights and Personality Traits). Finally, the technical field contained the following standards: (Shooting Footage, Lighting, Sound, Texts, final product, and Time/Duration).

The study focuses on Kamez model and the Claus Meyer model of instructional design, which are models that provide the learner with educational experiences to suit the logical information of the learner and the variety of instructional models.
Research Objective: The present research aims to identify Limitations of the study. The current research is determined by ((fourth grade preparatory students, the book of the date of the fourth preparatory course))
Chapter II includes Arabic and foreign studies on the model of Kemp and Claus Mayer in the acquisition of concepts and direction towards the material. Chapter III Experimental Design: The researcher adopted an experimental design with two experimental groups and a control group. The researcher completed the first test of (40) paragraphs and the second (30) paragraphs after Statistical procedures in terms of difficulty and discrimination After completion of the requirements of the experiment, the test applied to acquire the historical concepts and the measure of direction and after the end of the research experience. Chapter Four: The researcher presented in this chapter the findings, recommendations and suggestions according to the objectives of the research and hypotheses ((rejected the hypotheses of the research and accepted the alternative and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the grades of the three groups of students in the test and the scale, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations suggestions, the development of methods of teaching methods, and that these curricula include a presentation of modern models in teaching, such as the model Kamb and Claus Mayer in its vocabulary, disseminate these concepts to the colleges of education and male and female preparatory institutions, setting up training courses and cultural seminars.

the Current research aims to identify the psychological stressors coping strategies and their relationship to the cognitive motivation among Al-Anbar University students through the following hypotheses: 1) no statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) among the sample according to the instrumental support strategy depending on the variable type and specialization, 2) No statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) among the sample in regard of coping avoiding strategy depending on the variable type and specialization, 3) There is no statistically significant difference at a level (0.05) in cognitive motivation level among Al-Anbar University students, 4) No statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) among respondents in the cognitive impulse depending on the variable type and specialization. 5) No statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) between stressors and cognitive motivation among respondents. The results revealed:
1. Variety of strategies were used by Al-Anbar University students to confront the psychological stresses.
2. The study found a statistically significant differences in strategies for confronting the pressure returns to the variable of specialization.
3. Al-Anbar University students shoed a good degree of cognitive motivation.
4. The study confirms a statistically significant differences in cognitive motivation due to the variable of specialization.
5. The study revealed a positive relationship between total grade of coping strategies and cognitive motivation of the study sample.

The research aims at identifying the organizational performance of the kindergarten teachers and defines the educational environment of kindergarten children. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the organizational performance scale for (Saadi, 2016), which was applied to kindergarten teachers. The scale consists of (43) paragraphs, and has good reliability and validity, as the coefficient of reliability (84.0) in a retest method, and (87.0) using the formula Alpha Kronbach. Additionally, the researcher adopted the educational environment scale for (Radam, 2015); the scale consists of (66) paragraphs, and it enjoys a good reliability and validity, as the coefficient of reliability (89.0) method of reliability of observers, and (90,0) Kronbach. Then the organizational performance scale was applied to a sample of (150) teachers selected by the simple random method and the educational environment scale was applied to Riyadh, where the sample of the research sample is (18) kindergartens. The research reached the following results: 1- Kindergarten teachers have organizational performance at varying levels.
2- There are no differences between the parameters in the organizational performance depending on the years of service.
3- The level of educational environment in kindergartens is below the required level.
4- Organizational performance is closely linked to the educational environment.
Then the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals

The study attempts to identify 1) the habits of playing video games among students, 2) the effect of playing video games on students’ academic achievement, 3) the statistically significant differences among students in regard of (gender, time of playing video games, number of hours). To this end, a five-likert scale questionnaire included four questions was applied to (250) male and female students chosen randomly from the second-intermediate stage at Al-Karakh side secondary schools. The findings revealed that students play games only on holidays and less than an hour daily, which means playing games does not affect their academic achievement. Additionally, the findings found there is a significant difference between male and female in regard of their academic achievement.

The study attempts to measure the level of shyness; the level of psychological isolation; to identify the relationship between shyness and psychological isolation; and to identify the differences between shyness and psychological isolation among first-intermediate students. To this end, a random sample comprised (187) male and female students was chosen for the academic year (2016-2017) from Baghdad \ Al-Rasafa. To measure the shyness and psychological isolation, the researcher designed two scales: one to measure the shyness composed of (37) items divided into four domains; and the other to measure the psychological isolation made of (56) items divided into three domains. The study concluded that the sample has a medium level of shyness; psychological isolation has shown a medium level among the study sample, as shyness increases psychological isolation decreases and verse versa; and there were no significant differences between male and female regarding the variables of psychological isolation and shyness.

The current research aims at extracting the standard characteristics of the emotional balance of the university students according to the response theory. This was accomplished by following accredited scientific steps, to achieve this goal, the researcher followed scientific steps in the procedures of the analysis of the scale. She translated the scale from English to Arabic and then made a reverse translation. it was presented to a committee of experts in English to ensure and verify the validity of the paragraphs logically and prove the face validity of the scale, which consists of (30) paragraphs, it was presented to (6) experts who are specialists in the educational and psychological sciences and in the light of their observations have been modified some, and reformulated some others , and In order to ensure that the measurement instructions and paragraphs were clear in the research sample and to determine the time required for performance, the scale was applied to an exploratory sample of (100) students were randomly selected from the students of the University of Baghdad / Faculty of Education Ibn Al-Haytham (Sports Department) and the students of the Faculty of Education / IbnRushd (Department of History), and showed that the instructions and paragraphs of the scale are clear, . To determine the standard characteristics of the paragraphs and the overall scale, as well as the verification of the model assumptions, the scale was applied to a sample of (500) male and female students from the university / morning classes in the city of Baghdad. The researcher adopted the GGUM model, one of the models of the scouting response theory, and using the statistical program (GGUM-2004).

The present study aims to identify the extent to which biology book of sixth grade achieves the basic scientific aspects in light of its scientific objectives. To achieve this goal, the researcher needed to build two questionnaires to evaluate the biology book for sixth-grade.
To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the following statistical methods : the weighted average, and percentages; and to identify the extent to match the perspective of teachers of the material with the perspective of a researcher in each paragraph of the questionnaire as well as the degree of severity of each paragraph in the book neighborhoods sixth-grade has reached Aalbagesh to several of the most important results:
1. All the teachers were with the perspective of a researcher at the non-use of similar symbols in solving genetic exercises that confuse, for example, students of color blindness gene prevalent disease XC and gene recessive .
2. The Maittalq Chapter VI of biology curriculum (organic evolution), which came in Aalmertbh for a second and is replaced Chapter disconnect the last example (the science of life technology) because the separate development of undesirable by teachers as a whole and students as well as to the science of life technology science benefit students with the evolution of technology in the use of the devices used in the treatment of many diseases such as the device, PCR, ELAIZA etc …. And other devices used in laboratories to be a graduate student familiarity with these topics. As to add a table at the end of cell division mention name of the field in the first phase and in the event that is the second field, which also was in the second place, because to add this table helps the student to easily understand the subject of cell division.
3. In the third chapter on the subject of worms ring (p. 130) represents the form (3-30) reproductive organs in the earthworm, although it for but preferably enlarge loops and coded in order to look more clarity to the student when matching explanation with drawing . This is an important point to this topic because the drawing helps students understand the text placement This was a point in the third.

Play constitutes a significant means for children to figure out the world around. Play helps children to have a healthy brain that increase their creativity via developing emotional, cognitive, physical strength. Thus, the current research aims to identify the role of play in psychological development of children. The findings of study revealed that play develops children’s cognitive, emotional abilities and enhances their self-confidence. Play forms a major approach for learning that promotes children to get rid of stress. Additionally, it supports language development of children

The research seeks to examine the ability of fifth preparatory students in solving a mathematical problem in relation to system thinking. To this end, the researcher chose (140) fifth preparatory students from four-different secondary schools in Kirkuk city for the academic year (2016-2017). Two tests were adopted to collect study data: a test of (5) items about skills in solving math problem designed by (Al-raihan, 2006); and a test of system thinking skills designed by the researcher himself consisted of (14) items. It was divided into four skills (analyzing the main system to subsystems, eliminating all inner gaps of system, identifying the inner connection of system, and reorganizing the system). The findings indicated a good ability of solving a mathematical problem and system thinking among students, besides, there is a strong positive correlation between solving a mathematical problem skills and system thinking among students.

The present research aims to measure the wisdom among university students and the differences of the concept of wisdom according to the gender of students in college of Basic Education.
The sample of the research reached (300) male and female students in the morning studies upon the four stages of the psychological guidance department, the Scale of wisdom has been designed by the researcher herself and the psychometric feature were obtained as validity and Reliability. the researcher used Chi- square to Know the differences between the number of agreed and disagreed students for the wisdom scale, as well as the researcher used person correlation coefficient to Know the reliability of the scale by re test method for wisdom scale , t- test for one sample and t-test for two independent sample were used as well.
The research reached the following results:
1. The sample of the research had a high level of wisdom generally.
2. There is a difference in regard of Gender (male- female) for the side of male.
To conclude, the researcher came out with some Recommendations and suggestions for the research.

The research aims to; identify the management of conflict as perceived by secondary school managers toward the directors of directorates of education in wassat province, identify functional performance as perceived by secondary school managers toward the directors of directorates of education in wassat province. Besides, explore the relationship between Conflict management and functional performance among the directors of directorates of education in wassat province. A descriptive approach deemed more appropriate with study design. As a tool to collect the data of current research, the author used a questionnaire. Spss tools were used for data analysis.

Displacement is a problem that worries the human conscience and has received the attention of the international community. Furthermore, it has become one of the most urgent issues nowadays, especially when the number of displaced people in different countries are increased because of the causes of displacement and their political, economic, environmental, social and psychological effects. Iraq is one of the countries where displacement has taken place in several governorates, according to United Nations and International Organization for Migration (IOM), Iraq is considered the second largest country in the world after Syria in terms of the number of displaced people in 2015.
Gratitude, a positive emotional response to benevolence, is a moral emotion, gratitude stems from the perception that one has benefited due to the actions of another person. There is an acknowledgement that one has received a gift and an appreciation of and recognition of the value of that gift. The gift is something of value given to one unearned and undeserved by one moral agent at some cost to that agent and for the benefit of the recipient.
The current research deals with:
1- Measuring Gratitude of the displaced people.
2. Knowing the differences of a level of Gratitude according to:
Gender, Age - (18-34) (35-50) and Academic achievement.
The study focused on the sample of displaced people who live in the camps of Baghdad governorate they were distributed over the city to reach 400 displaced one.
A legal translated version tool proved its psychometric properties was used in this study
Results: A. displaced people have a high-level of grateful feeling statistically significant according to their age, gender and academic achievement.

The research aims to find out the effect of PEDODE Strategy on the acquisition of historical concepts of First Intermediate Grade. To achieve this goal, the researcher has put forward this zero hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (05,0) between the mean of the students' marks in the experimental group who study the history subject using PEDODE strategy and that of the students' marks in the control group who study the subject according to the traditional method in the post-testing on the acquisition of historical concepts.
The sample of the study consists of (62 female-students) of First Intermediate Grade in the Directorate of Baghdad Education/ Karkh2nd for the academic year 2016-2017. The sample falls into two groups (30) for the experimental group and (32) for the controlling group.
The researcher made the two groups equivalent in several variables (intelligence testing degrees- first course history marks-students' age in months- parents' qualification).
After the researcher specified the syllabus items to be taught namely the fifth and sixth chapters of the textbook "the History of Ancient Civilizations" /First Intermediate Grade for the year 2016-2017. According to the content of the textbook, the researcher pointed out 20 main historical concepts; prepared 60 behavioral goals measuring the acquisition of the concept (definition, distinction, application). She also prepared 21 daily teaching plans for each of the research groups. The researcher prepared a post-testing for the acquisition of the historical concepts of the type ( multiple choice) with four choices and 60 items, tested for its validity, reliability, discrimination power, difficulty factor and wrong choices effectiveness ,The researcher used the (T-test) to analyze the results of the research and applied the post-testing for the acquisition of the historical concepts on Sunday 16/4/2017.

Introduction and Aims: Job burnout such as occupational hazards that have been considered in recent years. This research aimed to investigate the relationship between religious beliefs and job burnout among nurses working in hospitals in Gonabad city in 2017.
Materials and Methods: This study is cross-sectional and correlational study. The sample consisted of 100 nurses in Gonabad city who were selected using stratified randomized method. Using the Maslach job burnout and Alport religious beliefs Inventories, data were collected and were analyzed with SPSS version 16 and Pearson, Spearman and independent sample T tests were analyzed. Significant level was considered less than 0.05.
Results: Average job burnout in nurses working in hospitals in the Gonabad city 45.53±30.10 and religious beliefs of nurses 39.51±6.02 the mean internal religious orientation 23.37±2.27 and external religious orientation 27.96±5.28 reported. According to the findings, there was inverse and negative association between job burnout and religious beliefs. Among the demographic variables, only age and experience showed a statistically significant relationship with job burnout (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Regarding the role of religious beliefs in reducing job burnout and stress and pressures of work, job burnout consequently involves many jobs such as nursing job, then it is possible to reduce the job burnout of spirituality as a painkiller or at least to decrease demanding and negative impact due to it.
