The objectives of the research:

1 - the use of weighting either the trunk or limbs in youth basketball drills.
2 - preferably weighting of the arms instead "of the trunk in order to develop explosive power of the youth basketball

The research contained five chapters, Chapter One contained the introduction and the importance of the research in which researcher have take the progress in various fields and football field also the researcher have discussed the importance of the physical, proficiency, and dynamic abilities for open and five-football fields.

Chapter Four shows the analyze and discuses of the research results for example table (7) shows the means, standard of division, (T) calculated and indexed for physical abilities under research while table (8) shows the means, standard of division, (T) calculated and indexed for to the basic skills of the players in the research sample which showed some differences in the basic skills either table (9) shows the differences between the players five-ball, playgrounds normal in circles and standard deviations of the value (T) calculated, which confirmed the health goals of the research and thesis included .in Chapter Five conclusions drawn by the researcher and the recommendations that were recommended by.

The work on the development of physical abilities with volleyball players, especially the ability explosive and upgrading them to the level best, something very necessary seek every coach in the game of volleyball to achieve, because this development, they must reflect and positively on performance skills, especially skills and difficult task skill (beating overwhelming ), which are important and effective tool in resolving the halftime score or the game.
Through follow-up researcher of the training process, note the lack of interest in training trainers using the means (k weights added), especially when developing explosive power of the arms and scientifically valid, which is reflected negatively on the performance of the skill of beating the overwhelming volleyball players.

1 - comparison in some basic skills the vehicle when the young players to clubs Maysan province for the three weapons (epee - Arab sword - saber).
The main conclusions were: -
1 - The basic skills tests composite characterized in epee all Palmanueh tests and sequence (the second test - III - IV - V - I) 0
2 - The basic skills tests vehicle weapon saber characterized in all Palmanueh tests and sequence (the first test - the third - II - V - IV) 0
3 - that the basic skills tests vehicle for Arab sword weapon characterized in (the first and third test) Palmanueh, while in the test (II - IV - V) results were insignificant 0

The two researchers noticed through their practical and theoretical experiences in education that there is weakness in students performance level on fencing game , especially on learning the fencing basic skills , because of hard learning game, which needed many mental, corporal, skill and kinetic features , high level of attention, accuracy and focusing, also needed to many necessary kinetic features, researchers noticed through their experiments at fencing field and teaching approaches that there is no modern manners using, the modern manners which have more active for basic learning skills than tradition one is never used in learning field yet.

The findings of the research:
