Abstract:
This research aims to explore the impact of innovative public relations strategies in developing the tourism sector and attracting tourists by analyzing the effectiveness of innovative strategies and enhancing the attractiveness of Iraqi tourist destinations and then stimulating Iraqi national economic growth. The research is based on a problem, which is what are the most prominent challenges facing the Iraqi tourism sector in promoting tourist destinations, and what are the innovative strategies in public relations that can be applied to develop the Iraqi tourism sector, and how to measure the level of impact of these innovative strategies in developing the tourism sector and attracting tourists. The researcher also relied primarily on the case study approach by conducting personal interviews with managers of departments and branches of the Iraqi Tourism Authority in order to collect data and information about the research variables and get an idea about preparing the questionnaire questions and then relying on the analytical approach to reach the research objectives by collecting the answers of the research sample individuals and analyzing them statistically in order to reach an answer to the research hypotheses. The statistical tools and methods were relied upon, represented by (the questionnaire examination and measurement tool, the questionnaire stability and validity coefficient, the frequency distribution, the weighted arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the simple linear regression coefficient, and the five-point Likert scale was used, which shows the level of the research sample members’ answers. The research concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which was the existence of a significant effect between innovative public relations strategies in developing the tourism sector and attracting tourists. The most important recommendations of the research were to address the challenges of developing the tourism sector through joint efforts between the Iraqi government, the private sector, and the international community to enhance the development of the tourism sector in Iraq and make it more attractive to tourists from all over the world.

Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف أثر استراتيجيات العلاقات العامة المبتكرة في تنمية القطاع السياحي وجذب السائحين من خلال تحليل فعالية الاستراتيجيات المبتكرة و تعزيز جاذبية الوجهات السياحية العراقية ومن ثم تحفيز النمو الاقتصادي الوطني العراقي, اذ ينطلق البحث من مشكلة وهي ما أبرز التحديات التي يواجها القطاع السياحي العراقي في الترويج للوجهات السياحية ، وما هي الاستراتيجيات المبتكرة في العلاقات العامة التي يمكن تطبيقها لتنمية القطاع السياحي العراقي ، وكيفية قياس مستوى تأثير هذه الاستراتيجيات المبتكرة في تنمية القطاع السياحي وجذب السائحين. كما اُعتمدت الباحثة بشكل أولي على منهج دراسة الحالة من خلال أجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع مدراء اقسام وشعب هيئة السياحة العراقية من أجل جمع بيانات ومعلومات عن متغيرات البحث وأخذ فكرة عن اعداد أسئلة الاستبيان ومن ثم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي للوصول الى اهداف البحث من خلال جمع اجابات افراد عينة البحث و تحليلها احصائياً لغرض الوصول الى اجابة فرضيات البحث ,. اذ تم الاعتماد على الادوات والاساليب الاحصائية المتمثلة بــ (اداة الفحص والقياس الاستبيان ، معامل ثبات وصدق الاستبيان ، التوزيع التكراري، الوسط الحسابي الموزون ، الانحراف المعياري ، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، معامل الانحدار الخطي البسيط وتم استعمال مقياس ليكرت الخماسي الذي يوضح مستوى اجابات افراد عينة البحث , اذخلص البحث إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات كان اهمها وجود أُثر ذو دلالة معنوية بين استراتيجيات العلاقات العامة المبتكرة في تنمية القطاع السياحي وجذب السائحين ، اما اهم توصيات البحث كانت ان يتم معالجة تحديات تنمية القطاع السياحي من خلال الجهود المشتركة بين الحكومة العراقية والقطاع الخاص والمجتمع الدولي لتعزيز تنمية قطاع السياحة في العراق وجعله أكثر جاذبية للسياح من جميع أنحاء العالم.الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستراتيجيات، العلاقات العامة ،جذب السائحين
