Therefore, we see that these trends fall into one subject, which is (man), and every philosophy of these philosophies and currents or philosophical trends tries to set a concept for the human being of its own, and therefore we see a clear difference in Interpretations of these conflicting philosophical currents among themselves, which consider the human being and problems are the core of the topics of their thinking and with this research which is (the human being in the philosophical thought), so we see that Jaroudi's cognitive, philosophical and cultural system is poured into one topic, which is the human being, and this is what we found when talking about the concept of the human in Marxist thought, which was embodied in the principle of freedom, equality and respect for the other, then moving to the concept of man in existential philosophy, with its atheistic and believing parts, and its characterization of the human being because it is considered the fundamental difficulty in existential philosophy, and after that, Jarudi moved to the study of man to the personal philosophy of Jean Lacroix and Monet, which emphasizes the individual's responsibility and emphasis On a position on nature and history, and finally he studied man in structural philosophy. We see that the research began with a general introduction in which the human being is its main focus, and many researchers attribute their writing on the subject of man and humanity to Abu Hayyan al-Tawhidi and Ibn Miskawayh, as two of the flags of humanism in the Islamic civilization, and how these successive currents have looked at the human being and have been interested in all aspects of man Not only what he is aware of and what he thinks about or what he intends, because there are things in him that always go beyond awareness, thought and intent, and we see from the important results at the beginning of the conversation the consequences of studying a person from the deep crisis that he lived with all his conscience due to his presence in a concerned world, a world from which there is no way out. Likewise, Arkoun stems from the necessity of re-regard for philology as an indispensable approach in establishing the scientific approach to texts as a primary entry point for dropping sacredness from it and thus liberating the Islamic mind from the mythical thought that was associated with it with the Islamic vision of the phenomenon of revelation. Despite the great position that the scholars enjoyed in the Arab Islamic state,especially in the Abbasid era،where the successors of this state were interested in science and scholars,and Islamic culture reached its peak in this era,but many scholars were subjected to exclusion and persecution in the Abbasid era،and the motives that were many It led to their expulsion,and the religious motive was one of the most important motives that led to the exclusion of scholars,and the exclusion decisions varied in terms of positivity and negativity. In the first section I spoke about the meaning of the Qur’anic context and context, and in the second topic I explained the meaning of contextual judgment and the overall meanings, and in the third topic I showed the importance of interpretation by context. The holyQur’an has adopted many methods in conveying its message to people, and among these methods is the style of the story that it has paid special attention to, form and content. The Quranic story has occupied a wide area in the Quraniccontext, and has actively contributed to its statement, rhetoric, miraculousness and verdicts, in addition to the entertainment it contains for the Messenger (may God bless him and grant him peace).From this standpoint, we will focus our research on the characteristics of the sentence in the context of the Qur’anic story, especially the stylistic characteristics. And what it achieves in terms of statement, significance and influence on the recipient's soul, in addition to achieving the mystery of the Quranic miracles, which is one of its goals for which it was revealed.We have examined these distinct characteristics of the sentence in the Qur’anic story through three axes or demands, namely:First: Verbal and semantic consistency.The second: the combination of compound and simple sentences.Third: the stylistic diversity between the nominative and the actual.This brief research discusses the most important advantages of the sentence in the context of the Quranic story. As a major unit in textual analysis, especially the sentences mentioned in the context of the Makkah story; Because of their importance and distinctive characteristics in the overall analysis of those stories, while not forgetting the civil story and indicating the semantic differences between them.The research reached many results, including that the Qur’an story in the Makkah surahs relied remarkably on the narration of events on short sentences. While the story in the Madinah surahs leaned towards long sentences, including that the Qur’an story relied on simple sentences, especially in dialogue stories, rather than on compound sentences, and also that the expression in actual sentences was overwhelming in the narrative use over nominal sentences what fits the actual sentence in its connotation of renewal, occurrence and movement, unlike the nominal one that denotes permanence and continuity

The great spread of the plague in the Arab countries and the severity of their fear of it and their feeling of helplessness in the face of its oppression made them attribute it to the jinn, and they preferred to live in the arid desert over the countries that they saw as humid as the Levant, fleeing from it because they believed that it was abundant in them, so the abundance of his names to them, perhaps the most prominent thing that appeared in the poetry of the plague is an emotion Sadness and pain for loved ones and relatives, and lamentations abounded in it, and a number of the most famous Arab lamentations were said because of it, and the lament included people and cities because of the devastation that befell them by plagues, almost all of the poetry dealt with the subject of the plague said after the emergence of Islam. Therefore, its impact was evident in it, such as the joy of dying from the plague because it is a testimony, and God collected the stabbing and plague on the nation influenced by the Prophet’s hadith, and others.Most of his poetic texts describe the state of loss and grief, in the face of the devastation and killing that the plague does, and it is rare to find a description of it, so the poet focused on the emotional side of this tragedy, were it not for the elegy poems we received. Short texts (syllables and plucking) would have been dominant, as they are partial glimpses and images that pass in front of the poet and record them.Poets used the image of the plague to express the pain of their love and spin, and in their sarcastic and serious humorous attacks, describing their brutality and the strength and intensity of their praises

The book 'Naqat Al-Siddiyan', talking about 'Falaan', was attributed by its verifier, Dr. Ali Husayn al-Bawab, to the famous linguist Al-Saghani. After verification, it became clear that the current title of the book is not correctly attributed to Al-Saghani. But they are two separate books. The first 'Naqat Al-Siddiyan' is about those whose companionship is doubtful, which is a printed book about their names. The second book is Falaan or Al-Falaan, which is under investigation.In addition to that, the material of the book is a collection of audio sources from the Arabs based on the rhythm of 'Falaan', and his verifier has mentioned more than two hundred sources. The researcher has looked at more than seventy of those sources that were missed, and I have proven them from the reliable compilations of language.

The research aims at knowing the order of the choice standards according to their importance and priorities in marriage used by male students at Al-Maarif University College in the light of hadith Sharif: women got married for four characteristics: wealth, lineage,or religion: choose the one of religion to be the winner. the research also intends to uncover whether there is a relationship between their choice for marriage and some variables such as: study specialization, study stage, economic and social levels. the research took as a sample (264) students from the different departments of the college. Thus, the researcher wrote a questionnaire consisting of (12) items and made sure of their validity and consistency. The results of the work show the order of the four standards according to their priority and preference as follows: the standard of religion is the first,followed by the standard of beauty,and thirdly the standard of lineage,while the standards of wealth come last. as far the relationship between the standard and some variables is concerned, the results show that the order of the choice standards differs according to the different departments of the college and the study specialization. it also differs according to the study stages and similarly differs according to the economic and social levels of thestudents.

Predicting the failure of companies is one of the important and influencing matters, whether for the companies themselves, competing companies or investors. In our research, the logistic regression technique was applied to know the most important variables that have a significant effect on the failure or success of companies. The research also includes the arrangement of these variables according to their importance in influencing the dependent variable that represents the failure or success of companies. The application was applied to a sample with size of (33) companies that included (16) successful companies and (17) failed companies. However, four quantitative variables were specified as well as the dependent variable (Y), which is a qualitative variable. And that the model which was built proved the tests significantly and its abilityto classify correctly by 84.8%
