This paper aims to build an applied strategic model to provide security in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior adopting an experimental approach by subjecting the opinions of a purposive sample of senior leaders in the ministry of (289) people and through a scale consisting of (11) degree of preference ranged between agreed by (0%) and (100%), and the aim of the scale is to test the accuracy of the strategic model, through which four dimensions have been adopted (the current situation of the Ministry of Interior, the requirements of the Ministry of Interior, the challenges and dilemmas facing the Ministry of Interior, Ministry Structure to Provide Security) As the construction of the model is the main aim of the paper, the paper is expected to provide importance to the ministry to enable it to understand its status in providing security service and what are the strengths and weaknesses in its work, the Paper came out with an important result that diagnosed the weakness of a number of paragraphs of the first dimension of the current situation of the ministry and the second dimension requirements of the ministry.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are among the most common bacterial infections worldwide, primarily caused by pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Proteus mirabilis. The increasing prevalence of antibiotic-resistant strains has intensified the need for alternative therapeutic approaches. Medicinal plants, with their bioactive compounds, offer a promising solution due to their antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and immune-modulatory properties. This review highlights the potential of medicinal plants in managing bacterial UTIs, focusing on their phytochemical constituents such as flavonoids, tannins, alkaloids, and essential oils. Plants like Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon), Bearberry (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), Neem (Azadirachta indica), and Garlic (Allium sativum) exhibit significant antibacterial activity against UTI pathogens. Mechanisms of action include inhibition of bacterial adhesion, disruption of biofilm formation, and suppression of quorum sensing. Furthermore, plant-based remedies are a valuable supplement or alternative to traditional medicines due to their safety, effectiveness, and affordability as well as their potential mitigate to lessen antibiotic resistance. To prove their therapeutic effectiveness, however, more clinical research and dosage and formulation uniformity are essential. In order to address the growing problem of bacterial UTIs, this study highlights the merging of contemporary scientific research with ethno pharmacological knowledge.

A trademark serves as means of communication between its owner and the beneficiary of the service. Economic enterprises seek to promote their goods or services by using attractive means, represented by well-known and distinctive trademarks, to attract and engage the largest possible number of consumers and engage them with the service provided. This is achieved through various advertising media, such as radio, television, the press, publications, and posters placed on public roads. The importance of this research lies in the hotel trademark's critical importance in our current time, as it has become closely linked to our daily lives. Products, goods, and services all bear distinct trademarks that distinguish them from similar products, given its close connection to trade and the economy, and the competition between companies and organizations over trademarks. The research problem is highlighted by the following question: To what extent do civil law provisions affect the protection of the marketing of hotel trademarks and the prevention of infringement?.

This paper evaluates Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) on a mid-scale Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) with 50 cities. We present a complete problem formulation, a parameterized algorithmic design, and a compact experimental protocol that emphasizes interpretability via full methodological detail and a fully specified coordinate set. Two figures visualize the best route and the best-so-far convergence trajectory. With a standard ACO configuration (α=1, β=5, ρ=0.5), the best tour length is 566.75 distance units, an 18.4% improvement over a Nearest-Neighbor baseline (694.76). We analyze convergence behavior, sensitivity to key parameters, computational cost, and practical implications for early-stopping and reproducible benchmarking. The study positions these results within the TSP/ACO literature and offers concise recommendations for fair, mid-scale comparisons.

Language has a very effective role in the life of the politician as he or she uses it to achieve his or her aims and to convey his or her ideas. This study tries to show particular discursive strategies specially focusing on lexical selection strategies that are followed by Barak Obama in his speech on 16th January, 2013 that can help to draw out his ideology and power. The study follows a critical discourse analysis approach presented by van Dijk (1997) in a way of explicating its validity to explore Obama's ideology and power and trying to present a method for better understanding of political discourse. The study mainly hypothesizes that lexical richness and vocabulary diversity must illuminate hidden ideology and any lexical selection can not be random. The study concludes that Obama's language, particularly lexical selection, is in service of his political interest, social stance and power. It also concludes that Van Dijk's macrostructural analysis is very helpful in studying organized political ideology.

Liver diseases remain a major global health concern, posing significant diagnostic challenges due to their complex and heterogeneous nature. Conventional diagnostic methods rely heavily on clinical expertise and subjective interpretation, which can lead to variability and error. With recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), particularly in computer vision and deep learning (DL), there is a growing opportunity to improve the accuracy and efficiency of liver disease diagnosis. This review explores the applications of computer vision in the medical imaging analysis of liver diseases, including key processes such as image preprocessing, segmentation, lesion detection, and disease classification. The study also discusses the limitations of current techniques, critical challenges including data quality, model interpretability, and privacy, as well as emerging research directions. The integration of computer vision into clinical workflows holds great promise for enhancing early diagnosis, supporting clinical decision-making, and ultimately improving patient outcomes.

This research aims to shed light on the phenomenon of environmental pollution and its effects on the environment in general, and oil pollution in particular. In recent years, pollution has taken many forms, significantly impacting the composition of natural elements, such as air, soil, and water pollution. The impact of pollution then extends to all areas of human life. The research reviewed the environmental and economic effects of oil pollution. The gasses released during the evaporation or breakdown of spilled oil particles make oil and its derivatives extremely hazardous. In addition to crude oil, other harmful gasses including hydrogen sulfide (H2S) are also present in oil. Oil poses a significant threat to marine life, as it can poison or kill marine organisms. The effects of an oil spill range from immediate to long-term. Immediate damage is felt in marine animals and plants that live on the water surface, such as birds and seals, while long-term damage occurs as a result of the oil's decomposition and its negative impact on the marine food chain. In addition, spilled oil poses a risk to industrial facilities and oil refineries, due to the potential for fires or explosions, increasing the economic and environmental damage associated with these incidents. The greatest impact is on desalination plants, as toxic hydrocarbons can contaminate drinking water, causing these plants to shut down for potentially extended periods. Oil spills have significant economic impacts, including production shutdowns, impacts on fish stocks, and the high costs of combating and cleaning up affected beaches. The invasive emissions from the oil factories contribute to the occurrence of acid rain. Acid rain is the third most significant environmental problem in the world after global warming and ozone depletion. It is the most significant problem resulting from local air pollution, which is carried by winds across the borders of neighboring countries and causes serious damage to terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems and human health.
