The research aims to study the reality of administrative creativity among supervisors of leisure activities in sports clubs in Madinah. The research sample was chosen by the intentional method, where the basic research sample amounted to (50) individuals with a rate of 65.78% among the supervisors of leisure activities for leisure in sports clubs in Madinah from the research community. What the researcher found is that the supervisors of recreational activities have new ideas at work that help them to take advantage of the time available to achieve the goals. The supervisors of recreational activities have skills and abilities that enable them to persuade others when dealing with them. It is somewhat difficult to deal with difficult problems for long periods, Benefiting from the suggestions of others came in the responses of the research sample,where the axis of flexibility came in the first place within the axes of administrative creativity, a necessity and a necessity In order to develop future plans for training and developing the performance of officials of recreational activities, the administration should support the encouragement of creative ideas and reward them financially and morally to improve and develop performance, attract creative supervisors of recreational activities to work in clubs in sports institutions and feed the various departments with these creators.

he research aimed at designing a teaching aid on learning backswing into handstand as well as identifying its effect on learning skill performance. The researchers hypothesized statistical differences between pre and posttests in favor of the research group. They used the experimental method on six (13 –16) year –old Baghdad club gymnasts. The researchers used the one group design in which all players perform pretests followed by special tests on the teaching aid thenare tested posttests. The researchers conclude that the teaching aid positively affected learning the skill as well as the teaching aid was very good and endured the performance of all gymnasts. The researcher recommended making similar studies using the same teaching aid on other artistic gymnastics apparatuses and other motor skills.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the physiological changes associated with the menstrual cycle on some aspects of physical fitness, specifically speed, agility, and flexibility, among middle school students in Beirut aged 12 to 14 years old. To accomplish this, the study was conducted on a sample of 21 female students who were in good health and had a regular monthly cycle, and the descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the study. Time and speed during the slalom and 30-meter sprint tests, as well as distance achieved during the trunk flexion test, were measured before and after menstruation. The study's findings revealed statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in all variables: time, speed, and distance. This demonstrates the effect of the menstrual cycle on the elements of physical fitness, which is thefocus of our research. The researchers recommended that physical education programs for girls be aligned with menstrual cycle requirements, taking into account the importance and necessity of exercising and not stopping during this time

The research aimed at identifying the effect of using live electronic modeling and fan cards strategy on learning dribbling and chest passing in basketball for first grade secondary school students. The subjects were (75) students from Al Mustafa High School for boys in Baghdad, (56) students were selected and divided into 20 for pilot study, 36 divided into three equal groups; two experimental groups and one controlling group. The researcher used the experimental method and applied live electronic modelingon the first group, fan cards strategy on the second group while the controlling group followed the traditional teaching style. The teaching program lasted for eight weeks; each session lasted for 45 minutes. The researcher used SPSS to treat the results and conclude that applying live electronic modeling and fan cards strategy have a significant effect on learning dribbling and chest passing in basketball secondary students compared to the traditional teaching style. He also concluded that live electronicmodeling was better than fan cards strategy. Finally,the research recommended encouraging teachers using these strategies in different sports as well as in learning different skills

The study aimed at identifying the effect of small games on some fundamental skills in young soccer players of Al Zawraa club. The researcher used the experimental method in (20) player aged 12 –13-year-old divided equally into controlling and experimental groups. The researcher used the experimental method to develop passing, dribbling, and scoring. The data was collected and treated using SPSS to conclude that there are significant statistical differences between pre and posttests in passing, dribbling and scoring. Finally, the researcher recommended deigning and applying small games in training young soccer players to develop their fundamental skills in soccer as well as designing small games for recreation and education for this age of soccer players.

The research aimed at identifying the effect of magnesium lactic on neurological transmitters in youth table –tennis players. The researchers used the experimental method on (8) national table tennis youth players who are divided into two groups; experimental and controlling groups. The researchers provided the players with magnesium lactic orally by specifying regular dosages 136 Mg daily during the experiment period. The first dosage in given 68Mg an hour before starting the training session. The second dosage is given after 12 hours from the end of training session also 68 Mg. the experiment lasted for 32 sessions with (4) training sessions per week for 120 minutes. The results showed great development inthe experimental group compared to the controlling group

The research aimed at identifying the effect of Rondo training on ball possession in young soccer players aged 12 –14 years old from national center for talented in soccer. The researchers used the experimental method on young soccer players from talentedcenter. They conducted planning tests (ball possession) as well as many administrationprocedures. The program was applied in the international Shaab stadium and it lasted for three months. The results showed significant statistical differences in developing ball possession

The research problem lies in not being able to deliver the ball quickly enough nor high enough resulting in weakness in planning. The research aimed at identifying offensive strategy effect (creating a space then occupying it in area14 for wing players in 7 seconds for developing planning skills. The subjects were (26) youth soccer players; (6) were selected for pilot study and 20 were divided into two equal groups. The researcher concluded that using this strategy develop planning skills in youth soccer players

The importance of the research lies in specifying sport economics (investment, marking and professionalism) in sport clubs. The problem of the research lies in sports’ clubs’ heavy reliance on governmental financial support, the research aimsat identifying the role of administrative bureaus in sport economics according to academic achievement. The subjects were (192) administrative bureau members of sport clubs participating in the excellent soccer league 2021 –2022. Construction subjects were (119), standardization subjects were (152), (182) application subjects and finally (10) pilot study subjects. The data was collected and treated using SPSS to conclude significant statistical differenced in PhD holders. The research ended with conclusions and recommendations.

The research aimed at constructing and applying organizational culture scale for administrate bureau as well as first basketball league administrators as well as identifying the level of organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (13) first class basketball league for the year 2022 –2021. The subjects were (145) administrative members and an organizational culture scale was applied on them making a total of (27) items and (5) fields. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that the subjects’attitudes towards organizational culture was negative as well as there is a great weakness in organizational culture level. The researchers recommended constructing good relations based on live, cooperation and communication to develop organizational culture as well as making similar studies on other subjects, sport and activities.
