The population issue is currently a challenge for countries with different systems, whether developed or developing, and cannot be ignored from the population problem in today\\'s world. The research came to focus on the impact of population growth on some indicators of sustainable economic development represented by (gross domestic product and average GDP per capita) during the period (1990-2018) as the decisive factor for the development process. To achieve this, modern statistical programs in the quantitative aspect have been relied on to measure and analyze the impact of population growth on some indicators of sustainable economic development in Iraq using annual data of (29) observations, and a set of conclusions and recommendations have been reached, the most important of which is the need to strengthen the relationship between the sustainable development strategy and population characteristics and work to reduce the pressure on economic resources.

This research aims to clarify the possibility of adopting a digital health insurance policy strategy in light of the non-exploitation of digital platforms by the insurance sector in Iraq. The research problem was identified in several questions centered on the nature of the relationship between the variables under study, which were answered by distributing a paper and cardboard questionnaire to the research sample that targeted holders of a bachelor\'s degree and above in the Iraqi General Insurance Company with its branches and departments. In light of this, the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that health insurance in Iraq is still the main pillar for providing Protection from hazards to sustain life in all its fields, and the research concluded with a number of recommendations, including diversifying health insurance policies, and implementing clear and direct policies.

The research seeks to identify the impact of holistic marketing as an independent variable through its dimensions (internal marketing, performance marketing, relationship marketing and integrated marketing) on the perceived value of the customer as a dependent variable across its dimensions (functional value, emotional value, social value, perceived quality, financial value) in Zain and Asia Cell Mobile Telecommunications Company in Iraq. The research sample included (150) individuals working in the two companies. Corresponding to (150) Our customers are customers of both companies. For the purpose of achieving the research goal, the questionnaire was adopted to collect data related to the research variables, and the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted in the research and then analyzed by adopting some methods. The results were obtained using statistical software such as SPSS. V.24) and Amos.V.24 program, most notably the correlation and impact relationship between holistic marketing and customer perceived value.

The study aims to test the impact of the adoption of international standards (IAS/IFRS) in the Iraqi environment by testing the impact of the adoption of these standards on foreign investment in a sample of Iraqi commercial banks listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. The research included a period of three years before the adoption of the standards (IAS/IFRS) 2012-2014 and three years after the adoption of the standards (IAS/IFRS) 2016-2018, and many statistical methods were used, such as natural distribution tests. The results showed that the adoption of international standards (IAS/IFRS) had no effect on foreign investment. The study recommends the need to prepare human resources capable of properly applying these standards to reach reliable and reliable financial statements. For comparison, it is relied upon to encourage investors to make investment decisions.

Imam al-Askari lived in Samarra under the auspices of his father, Imam Ali al-Hadi, and his arrangement among the Twelver Shi'a, the eleventh Imam, was transferred to him at the age of twenty-two years in the fifty-fourth year after two hundred. The duration of his imamate was six years. Despite the severe restrictions he was subjected to and the state's control, he was able to influence the scientific circles and spread his knowledge to the horizons, as he was able to dictate a book that includes halal and haram, interpret verses from the Holy Qur'an, and answer questions. which reach him in matters of religion and belief. Since the circumstances surrounding him and the nation did not allow him to carry out political action that required violence or revolution, he remained calm and "pious" and advised his companions not to carry out any action of this kind. It is noteworthy that he formed a method that follows a correct approach from the Prophet (pbuh) that does not bring anything that contradicts what al-Sadiq al-Amin said, which is the school of the Ahl al-Bayt.

One of the functions of the textual format is that there must be a verbal task to accomplish it, and its presence is not only an aesthetic presence within the text, but also to accomplish that verbal task that is to be conveyed and understood to the recipient, as researchers have found expressions in the language that are not meant to just tell about something, and are not subject to the criterion of truthfulness and lying, but are intended to accomplish certain actions by saying, based on the power of that statementThey called these expressions "verbal acts", which is called the theory of "speech acts".
The research is divided into three topics, the first dealt with (the achievement function of the linguistic system according to Austin) and the second dealt with the achievement function of the linguistic system according to John Searle, while the third dealt with the achievement function in the Holy Qur'an, followed by a conclusion that included the most important findings of the two researchers, and concluded with a list of sources and references.

The research aims to clarify the concept of the term strangeness and the criteria set by critics for the availability of this artistic feature in the poetic text, and to identify the opinions and sayings of critics in the poetic image, its patterns, the tools of its formation, its aesthetics, and the features that make the image described as witty, unique, and the ability to create an emotional impact on the recipient. The research is based on two hypotheses, namely:
1. The element of strangeness is the techniques of image structure
2. The element of strangeness contributes to the psychological impact on the recipient
The researcher relied on the critical analytical method to prove the validity of his hypotheses. The research is divided into two researches, the first dealt with the strangeness of the metaphorical image, and the second specialized in the study of the allegorical image and the techniques that contribute to its strangeness.

The research is divided into three topics, the first topic was entitled (An Introductory Overview of the Commission in general and the Dhi Qar Election Office in particular), in which the researcher reviewed the organization under study, starting with the establishment of the Independent Election Commission, of which the Dhi Qar Election Office is one of its formations, then presented the tasks entrusted to it, and moved to the administrative structure of the Independent High Electoral Commission, and the topic concludes with the types of electoral expenses and expenses, and the second topic was entitled (Classification of Quality Costs), where they were classified according to The third topic was titled (Quality Cost Analysis), in which the researcher presented the reports for each type of quality costs and their elements by analyzing them according to the percentages of those elements.

The study aimed to identify the characteristics of the drawings of the bully students in the primary stage and compare them with the characteristics of the drawings of their normal peers. The research population consisted of the students of the sixth grade of primary school (males) affiliated to the Directorate of Education of Najaf Governorate who are (12) years old, numbering (1122) students, distributed among (261) schools, and the research sample was determined in an intentional way by (70) students of bullies and (70) students from normal students according to the bullying scale prepared in the current study. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, it was adopted The researchers developed the Bullying Scale (El-Desouki: 2016), which consists of (40) items, after adjusting it and in accordance with the specificity of the current study. The results showed that the drawings of the bullied students were distinguished from their normal peers by (40) characteristics at the level of significance (0.05%).

Strategic agility represents the organization's ability to predict, work and respond proactively in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the organization's outstanding performance, work to enhance the strengths and address the weaknesses, as well as detect the points of opportunity and threats, and work to invest the points of opportunity and address the threats, in the sense that strategic agility is one of the factors that is considered as a motivating factor towards providing distinctive, fast and immediate performance.
From this point of view, the current research came to shed light on the role of strategic agility in distinguished performance, and in order to achieve this goal, the research was divided into four topics, the first topic referred to the research methodology, and the second topic came to the theoretical aspect of the research, while the third topic came to the applied aspect of the research, and the fourth topic refers to a set of conclusions and recommendations.

The research is considered one of the descriptive analytical studies by monitoring a group of talk shows presented by Al-Iraqiya News that deal with the issues of financial and administrative corruption in Iraq.
The researchers reviewed the most important experiences on the use of television programs as a means of reducing the phenomenon of corruption, namely the Swedish experience, the Indonesian experience, the Egyptian experience, and then the Iraqi experience.
One of the results of the research is that the interest of the programs under study in corruption issues is low compared to other issues, as the percentage of dealing with corruption in these programs reached 15.3%, while the percentage of other issues was 84.7%, which indicates that these programs are not fully concerned with corruption issues, and there are other topics that they present according to the basic principles on which the Iraqi Media Network was formed.

The research aims to prove the impact of the Agile culture in the higher education sector and how it can contribute to improving the quality of educational service, by understanding the differences between educational institutions in the methods and practices used in the application of Agile culture as a modern and contemporary administrative approach. (90) questionnaires were distributed, and (6) items were excluded due to the inaccuracy of the answer, so that the final number valid for analysis became (84) questionnaires, and the descriptive-analytical method was adopted in the study. Then it was analyzed by adopting some methods and to test the scale (Alpha Kroo Navach, factor analysis), the results were reached using the software to analyze the data and reach a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a correlation between the culture of agileity and the quality of educational service, and based on the conclusions reached.

The research aims to shed light on soft leadership, its origin, importance, types and dimensions, and to identify the role of strategic performance and its measurement approaches, and the basic requirements for its evaluation, and shows the role of soft leadership in achieving the distinguished strategic performance in the research sample, which is represented in (Diwaniya Roads and Bridges Directorate, one of the formations of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges, Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works) Through a questionnaire that was presented, it was distributed to the research sample amounting to 85 questionnaires, and only 78 of them were retrieved, and the results were based on it, and the research reached through the results of the test of the first main hypothesis that there is a relatively high significant correlation between soft leadership and distinguished strategic performance, and this indicates the important role that these strategies have in predicting strategic performance.

Regional planning is one of the sciences that has received great attention from national and scientific bodies and institutions, and regional planning is no longer limited to engineers and economists only, as geographers have proven their worth in this field with the aim of reducing the negative factors of planning. The importance of regional development planning lies in its importance as an integrated planning that guides and organizes policies in general of various kinds. As it represents from the point of view of achieving sustainable development , balanced in its spatial and temporal dimensions, and the consolidation of the principles of decentralization in planning that Iraq seeks to achieve, which requires the development of an appropriate development plan for each region that aims to achieve the goals of regional development planning first and national development planning second, hence the importance of the research.

The administrative judiciary is based on specialization in the job and independence in work, so when we study the administrative judiciary in Egypt as a model for the emergence and development of the administrative judiciary in the Arab world, we will examine these two aspects.
There are a number of questions that represent the research problem, and we will seek to answer them through this study, and we will use in this research two scientific methods, namely the descriptive method and the analytical method, and we will add to them the synthetic method, which we will adopt whenever the need arises. The research is divided into an introduction, two topics, and a conclusion, and we will dedicate the first topic to the Egyptian Council of State, and in the second, we will deal with the various courts affiliated to it under the title of the judicial section (the courts of the Council of State). According to the results of the research, the Egyptian state is the first Arab country to seek to change its judicial system to shift from a unified judicial system to a dual judicial system.

Iraq's important location has made it a target for the interventions of major countries and others, especially after the change that took place after 2003, and the importance of Iraq is shown by its large number of resources and wealth, as well as its geographical position that made it the center of attracting regional and international interests. Iraq is one of the countries characterized by different sects and nationalities, as well as different ethnicities.

The results shown by the Popular Mobilization Forces at the tangible field level, stand behind them from its inception until the last battle, elements of formation and auxiliary factors that contributed to these results fundamentally and radically, these elements could not have existed or continue without their existence, as they contributed to the permanence of the fighting and the continuation of the momentum of the battles through their diversity, promise and number, hence they must be studied by dividing them into four components, namely ideological components, social components, military and logistical components, as well as the military media.

Interest in the Holy Qur'an, working to clarify its meanings and miracles, and extrapolating its methods and secrets continue to occupy the people of science and arts at all.
This research effort was based on two hypotheses:
The First Hypothesis: Establishing the Concept of Branching and Working on Explaining Its Determinants
The second hypothesis: Explaining the terms and other names by which the meaning of branching can be achieved to reach its integrated meaning. One of the results of the research was that the researcher found that branching is a textual phenomenon that is based on Arabic grammar, it is not only a rhetorical phenomenon, but the origin on which it is based is grammar, because all its tools with which this phenomenon is embodied in the verses of the Qur'anic text are purely grammatical tools.

Social organization is one of the young topics that emerged in the first half of the twentieth century. Despite the importance and seriousness of the topics studied by social organization, the concepts of social organization remain at the forefront of organizational studies and researches because of their very important impact on determining the theoretical identity and the principled, referential and intellectual orientations of the concept. The research aims to identify the efficiency of the perspective of Western social organizations as well as to describe the distinctive characteristics of social organization. It included five topics, the first topic The general framework of the research, the second the theoretical framework of the research, the third the modern trends in the organization of society, the fourth topic included the functional constructivist trend and the system of organizing society as a social system, while the fifth topic included psychological and social factors in organization.

One of the most important contemporary philosophical trends at the beginning of the twentieth century is the pragmatic tendency. This research came to shed light on this trend, represented by its second symbol (William James) after its founder (Peirce), and I was motivated by several things, including the overwhelming presence that pragmatism has formed since its establishment until now, and at all levels (linguistic, social, political, moral, and epistemological James's theory of knowledge (including truth, meaning, and truthfulness) was highlighted, while the last topic dealt with a number of objections and problems that were addressed to pragmatists, and we tried to discuss these objections, and in conclusion, we presented the most important things in the research and represented the most important characteristics of pragmatism.
