The research is focused on the efforts made by the scholars of the Seminary in Najaf, and aims to internalize this role. The research tried to find an answer to the following questions: What was the nature of the confrontation led by the religious establishment against the British occupation of Iraq? The research aims to identify the market risk premium and the extent of its impact on the return of the investment portfolio of a sample of banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange, and the possibility of identifying the best companies for the banking sector listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange, as the research population represented the banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange, while the research sample was represented by (4) banks listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period (2014-2016) for a period of three years. To test and analyze the research hypotheses, statistical methods such as correlation coefficient and simple linear regression were used through SPSS statistical software. V20, while the researchers concluded that there is no statistically significant effect of the market risk premium factor on the return of the investment portfolio of the banks in the research sample.

The present study mainly aims to test the role played by strategic cohesion in enhancing the organizational brilliance of administrative leaders in the departments of Iraqi telecommunications companies (AsiaCell, Zain Iraq, and Korek) and to find out the availability of the dimensions of the study variables in those departments. Religious thought has invested all the discursive components to know the intention, taking into account the specificity of the speaker, the occasion of the authorship, the state of the addressee, and the significance of the context, in order to limit the lack of the mind that is responsible for carrying the word on the balances The mentality he tastes. The research contexts come to clarify the nature of reading and the specialized understanding of interpretation of the most prominent sciences of Islamic thought, which has contact with interpretation, such as language in its grammatical and rhetorical aspects, and the ideals of origins and philosophy, in addition to the views of Sufism.

The research dealt with the issue of media blackmail, which has become a global phenomenon from which human societies have not been spared, and hardly a day has passed without the media reporting a victim of media blackmail, through its threat to spread scandals about it, and to defame it, until this phenomenon has become many, frequently, threatening the security and stability of society, and promising family and psychological problems. How many people have attempted suicide, all as a result of media blackmail, hence the researcher dealt in his research with the definition of the crime of media extortion, its causes and effects, and explained its ruling and punishment in Islamic jurisprudence and Iraqi law .

The research dealt with clarifying the role of tax accounting in financing the general budget in Iraq, highlighting the importance of tax inventory as the cornerstone on which the tax base is built, and that any defect or deficiency in these methods reflects negatively on the tax revenues that feed the general budget of the state.

The study seeks to find out the impact of the sustainable growth rate on financial resilience based on the hypothesis that there is an effect of the sustainable growth rate on financial resilience, using data for the sample consisting of (10) joint stock industrial companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange, covering a period of eight years from (2011-2018), and a number of statistical methods and methods were used to analyze the study variables and test hypotheses such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, hypothesis significance test, and (t-test).
