Abstract
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, who bestowed upon us with His great grace and legislated for us the best of laws, and the best prayer, and completed the greeting of peace upon the one who was sent as a mercy to the worlds, Muhammad Al-Hadi Al-Amin.

The Qur’anic verses carry topics that were legislated to serve humanity, whether ideological, moral, or judgmental, and turning a blind eye included these three aspects, doctrinal through a commitment to obey what was proven by the text of the legislation in following orders and avoiding prohibitions, and moral because we are a nation that God honored with charity over nations and made its prophet a good example For his nation, its prohibition and permissibility was based on legal controls to achieve the principle of coexistence in bringing interests and preventing harm, and its prohibition because its harm is greater than its permissibility depending on the aspect of the rulings that revolve with its causes, so this research included these three aspects .
