Abstract
This study dealt with part of the (Grammatical Issues in the Al-Wasit Interpretation for the Holy Qur'an), which was writteen by Sheaikh (Tantawi) who died in the year ((1431 AH)). The Almighty, and for this reason we chose for theis study this inte rpreitation, which was charace terized by the smoothness of expression and the accuracy of observation, taking into accoaunt the need of the new generation in what it should know about the book of his Lord Almeighty, combining the knowledge of the predecaesors and the style of the contamporaries , It was concerned with grammatical investigations as much as it serves its interpretation and clarifies the problem from its meanings, and the nature of the study necessitated its distribution into two sections, preceded by a preface, in which shed light on the features of (Tantawi’s life) and a brief definition of his interpretation, The second topic comes aftier that to cast a shadow over the issues relateed to the actor and his depeuty, and the study ends with a conclusion highlighting the most important findeings of the research, including: highlighting the scientific value of this comprehensive interpretation of the most issues of interpretation, and the close relationship betwen the grammatical and interepraetation investigation, and the personality The author’s scienitific method in presenting sayings, comparison and weigheting, and we have approiached his approach in that.

Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة (المباحث النحوية في التفسير الوسيط للقرآن الكريم –الأسماء العُمد نموذجاً-)، الذي ألفه: سيد محمدطنطاوي المتوفى سنة (431اهـ)، ومن المعلوم أن الدراسات اللغوية برُمّتها قامت في الأصل وأُسست؛ للحفاظ على اللغة وضبطها ومعرفة مفرداتها وتراكيبها، ولاسيما ما يتعلق بكتاب الله تعالى، ولذا اخترنا هذا التفسير الذي تميّز بسلاسة التعبير، ودقة الملاحظة، مراعياً حاجة الجيل الجديد فيما عليه معرفته تجاه كتاب ربه عز وجل، جامعاً بين علم السابقين وأسلوب المعاصرين، وقد عني فيه بالمباحث النحوية بقدر ما يخدم تفسيره ويوضح المشكل من معانيه، واقتضت طبيعة الدراسة توزيعها على مبحثين اثنين، يتقدمهما تمهيد سلط فيه الضوء على ملامح حياة طنطاوي، وتعريف موجز بتفسيره، ثم تناول البحث -في مبحثه الأول- الكلام عن المبتدأ والخبر وما تعلق بهما من أحكام، ويأتي بعد ذلك المبحث الثاني ليلقي بظلاله على المسائل المتعلقة بالفاعل ونائبه، وتنهتي الدارسة بخاتمة تبرز أهم ما أفرزه البحث من النتائج، التي من بينها: إبراز القيمة العلمية لهذا التفسير الجامع لأكثر مسائل التفسير، والصلة الوثيقة بين المباحث النحوية والتفسير، والشخصية العلمية للمؤلف في عرض الأقوال والمقارنة والترجيح، وقد نهجنا منهجه في ذلك.
