Abstract
Language is seen as a dynamic component of social culture and is ever evolving. From a societal perspective, language has more purposes than just conveying information. Rather, language governs mind and articulates the conceptual frameworks that people develop via interactions with others and via relationships. Humans may learn and mimic sounds, words, and concepts from birth. Their language usage is influenced by social interactions. There is no language outside of human society as language is a social phenomenon. Humans exclusively utilize language in social interactions to communicate their wants, desires, and feelings to other people. Language allows us to comprehend a country's culture, way of life, and way of thinking. Nations speak different languages; for instance, Swedes speak Swedish, Poles speak Polish, Turks speak Turkish, English speak English, and so on. As a result, a nation's identity may be encapsulated in its language, in fact, some nationalist ideas view language as the primary pillar of a nation. Deportations, identity deprivation, genocide, and neglect are just a few of the methods used to try and eradicate a people like the Kurds in the Middle East, who have been governed by Turks, Persians, and Arabs for ages. The Kurdish language continues to be crucial to the national character. Within the borders of the Iraqi state, the sole national entity having political and constitutional validity is the Iraqi Kurdistan Region. It served as the cornerstone for the development of this country's language and culture as well as for maintaining national identity. However, a generation has grown up in the Kurdistan Region whose language is almost entirely replaced by other languages in the last 20 years because of social media's influence, the English language's dominance in this field, the opening of foreign language schools, and the international education system. consequently, the issue is not limited to communication, rather, Kurdish culture and national traits are nearly superseded by the supremacy of other languages. In this study, we want to demonstrate the magnitude of this impact.

مان توخمێکی زیندووی کەلتووری کۆمەڵگایەو لەگۆڕانکاری بەردەوام دایە. ئەرک و ڕۆڵی زمان لە لەڕوانگەی کۆمەڵناسییەوە تەنها گواستنەوەی زانیاری نییە، بەڵکو زمان کۆنترۆلی هزر دەکات و دەربڕی ئەو وێنە هزریانەی مرۆڤە کە لەدەرئەنجامی بەریەککەوتن و پەیوەندییەکۆمەڵایەتییەکان لای دروست دەبێت. مرۆڤ لەگەڵ لەدایکبوونیدا توانای فێربوونی زمانی هەیە، هەر زوو لاسایی دەنگ وشەو چەمکەکان دەکاتەوە. ئەوزمانەی مرۆڤ بەکاری دەهێنێت، پەیوەستە بە کاردانەوەکۆمەڵایەتییەکان. هەروەها زمان دیاردەیەکی کۆمەڵایەتییە و لەدەرەوەی کۆمەڵگای مرۆیی بوونی نییە، زمان تەنها لەلایان مرۆڤ لەناو پەیوەندییەکۆمەڵایەتیەکاندا، بۆ دەربڕینی پێویستی وبیروڕاو هەستەکانی بەرامبەر ئەویتر، بەکاردێت. بەڕێگای زمانەوە دەکرێ لە فەرهەنگ وجۆری بیرکردنەوەو ژیان وتایبەتمەندی میللەتان تێبگەین. لەئاستی جیهانیشدا زمان ئەمڕۆکە بۆتە ناسنامەو شوناسی جیاکردنەوەی نەتەوەکان لەیەکتری . بۆنموونە فەرەنسییەکان بەفەرەنسی، ئەڵمانییەکان بە ئەڵمانی، سویدییەکان بەسویدی، پۆڵۆنییەکان بە پۆڵۆنی، تورکەکان بەتورکی، ئینگلیزەکان بە ئینگلیزی و... قسەدەکەن، بۆیە سروشتییە ناسنامەو شوناسی هەر میللەتێک لە زمانە تایبەتەکەی بدۆزیتەوە. تەنانەت هەندێک لە تیۆرەکانی ناسیۆنالیزم، کاتێک پێناسەی نەتەوە دەکەن، زمان وەک بنەمای سەرەکی ناسنامەی نەتەوە هەژمار کراوە. بۆنەتەوەیەکی وەکو کورد لەڕۆژهەڵاتی ناوەڕاست، کەچەندین سەدەیە لەلایان نەتەوەکانی دیکەی (تورک، فارس ،عەرەب) دەسەڵاتداری ناوچەکە فەرمانڕەوایەتییان بەسەرەوە دەکرێت، بەجۆرەها شێوازەکانی: ڕاگواستن، لێ سەندنەوەی ناسنامە، جینۆسایدکردن و پشتگوێ خستن، هەوڵی سڕینەوەو تواندنەوەی ئەم نەتەوەیە و زمانی کوردی دراوە. هێشتا زمانی کوردی وەک بەشێک لە ناسنامەو شوناسی نەتەوە جێگای بایەخە. هەرێمی کوردستانی عێڕاق تاکە کیانی نەتەوەییە کەلەچوارچێوەی دەوڵەتی عێڕاقدا ڕەوایەتی سیاسی ودەستووری هەیە، وبۆتە هەوێنی پاراستنی شوناسی نەتەوەیی و پەرەپێدانی زمان و کەلتووری ئەم نەتەوەیە. بەڵام لە بیست ساڵی ڕابردوودا ویڕای کاریگەرییەکانی سۆشیال میدیا و باڵادەستی زمانی ئینگلیزی لەناو ئەو کایەدا، بەهۆی مۆڵەتدان بەکردنەوەی قوتابخانە بە زمانەکانی بیانی و سستمی پەروەردەو پێگەیاندنی نێودەوڵەتی، لە هەرێمی کوردستاندا نەوەیەک پێگەیشتووە، خەریکە زمانی دیکە دەبێتە جێگرەوەی زمانی کوردی بۆی، گرفتەکە تەنها لە گفتوگۆکردندا نییە، بەڵکو زاڵبوونی زمانی تر جێگای بە کەلتوورو تایبەتمەندی نەتەوەی کورد لەق کردووە. ئێمە لەم لێکۆڵینەوەیەدا هەوڵدەدەین ڕاددەی ئەم کاریگەرییە بخەینە ڕوو .
