This research sought to measure the level of creative skills and levels of performance evaluation of job performance for nurses working in Azadi university teaching hospital in the province of Kirkuk.
Adopted Find descriptive approach, has been a questionnaire prepared for this research design, Likert triple measure adopted and used as a tool to collect the necessary data, and consists of the research community of nurses working in Azadi teaching hospital in the province of Kirkuk, were taking a deliberate sample of 45 nurses from the campaign Technical Diploma exclusively, have been distributed the questionnaire form and recovered fully at a rate of (100%), data were received treatment in the questionnaire using statistical software (SPSS) was used appropriate statistical tests (mean, standard deviation, and( test T) in order to reach the semantics of value moral and indicators support the main objective of the research.
The research found several results of the most important of which provide the foundations of the creative performance of the nurses working at the hospital and that can be positively reflected in the performance, as the search results showed that the evaluation of the approved hospital performance under routine in terms of style and methodology are not utilized effectively and to serve the development of capacities and capabilities available to the nurses and that contribute to improving their performance and motivate them towards creativity in it. The research found to provide a set of proposals, which are commensurate results and that he hopes researchers them achieve positive results, aimed at the development of the reality of health performance of health organizations through the performance of the most prominent employees, but they are nurses, who represent the direct line of contact with the beneficiary of the services of these organizations.

This study aims to detect the relationship between creativity marketing and positioning and that her problem formula weak position the organization in mind customers and identified a number of questions was the most important, how the application of marketing creativity in the field of telecommunications service, in the Asiacell? The study was conducted on a sample of (115) customer subscribers in Asiacell mobile telecommunications, center Salah Al-Din province, and the study used a form questionnaire as the chairperson collection data, and has sought to test a number of hypotheses main and branch on the relationships of the Correlation and effect relationships between the variables of the study in order to processing many of the data used statistical methods and results were extracted using the software Minitab.The study found a set of conclusions, including: the existence of a relation correlation and the effect of morale among the variables of the study. The study also provided a set of recommendations, perhaps the most important: the company researched that interested elements of marketing creativity and doubling the interest in the (pricing, promotion, distribution personnel, and service delivery process).

This paper provides a clear evidence to verify the impact of organizational justice on the academic work pressure. The importance of this paper lies in two categories of studying and analyzing the essence of the satisfactions of organizational justice in terms of it is affecting on employees during their work and how do they feel the level of pressure putting on their duties. Moreover, how far these consequences of the work pressure will be effect the production and performance. The aim of this study goes to identify the satisfactions and how well they feel financially rewarded of academic staff from Tikrit University. The questionnaire paper was searching to address two questions, which are:
1- Which level of organizational justice they have reached at University of Tikrit.
2-What is the level have they putting under in terms of work pressure at University of Tikrit.
The data have been collected from 22 instructor's staff of the faculty of administration and economics at university of Tikrit. The Survey methodology was focusing on main criteria's such as number of teaching hours and it is fairness related to paid fees and job promotion by the department. Accordingly, the parameters that have been used in this paper are statistical tools such as, the factor analysis of Cronbach's Alpha affirmative, the mean and standard deviation, the coefficient of simple correlation (Pearson) and multiple regression analysis. The results have shown that justice can play a significant role of decreasing the level of work pressure.

The research aims to identify the role of the Reflections of Green Supply Chain Management and the extent of the company's commitment to ensure researched by Fiaicial Performance Improvement. Was developed hypotheses to achieve its objectives and orientations , and distributed ( 90 ) form a questionnaire to managers in the company researched recovered (87),were tested hypotheses using correlation analysis and contrast for the diagnosis of correlations and the impact and integration urged to between variables surveyed , the research found a set of conclusions may of the most important:check the existence of relations and the impact of a significant correlation between Green Supply Chain Management and Finaicial Performance of the company researched.

The aim of the current study is to highlight the financial risks the banks incur and the capability of bank managements in terms of being precautious to reduced those risks and gaining the predicted returns. Hence the importance of the study represented by the adequacy of capital and its relationship with the financial risks in the Iraqi banks emerged.
Two models in this research were used ranged between the simple and the multiple regressions in order to test the hypotheses: " The financial risks indicators (the risk of liquidity, the interest rate risk and the credit risk) on the indicator of the adequacy of the bank capital".
The research reached several conclusions and the researcher submitted several recommendations. The most important conclusions were: there is a difference between the sample banks in terms of some financial indicators, and the same for the bank throughout the period of the research, as there is no single method which is dominant in the environment of the research. Therefore the activities practiced by each bank are different from the other in accordance with the bank investment and financing policy it adopts, in addition to the variation in commitment to the regulations and instructions issued by the central bank of Iraq.
The most prominent recommendations is the commitment of the sample banks to apply the rules and regulations issued by the central bank of Iraq as some of them seem to be determinants or changes in banking. But the status quo has proved that these regulations were introduced for the benefit of the banks and the national economy because banks don’t deal with their capitals only as deposits represents the largest portion of the bank activities and that the commitment of banks will contribute to avoiding the severe crises that might lead to bankruptcy.

It is returns a goal sought by all banks because it will bring them an income under way and that guarantees them survive in competition with other banks, and here came this research to highlight the statement after capital and liquidity and the exchange rate, inflation and the interest rate on the profitability of the bank. And that by relying on five commercial Iraqi banks: the Bank of Baghdad, the Iraqi Investment Bank, Bank of the Middle East, as well as the Rafidain Bank and Rasheed Bank, for the period from 1998 to 2011. The research came out a set of conclusions of the most important of the paid-up capital and the interest rate is linked to a positive relationship with the banking profitability level (ROA, ROE) and is associated with exchange rate and the inflation rate and the size of the liquidity inverse relationship with the bank profitability, as the research presents proposals Perhaps the most important of which is the establishment of units administrative specialist for follow-up exchange rates and fluctuations in inflation movement, the interest rate in order to achieve the risk of financial crises and risks of external and internal variables and banks administrations should ensure to make sure this issue and is working on the review and evaluation of this system on a regular basis so as to make sure of the relevance and effectiveness

The research use and application of a number of statistical models were relying on multiple linear regression model, and use the data for the period from 2003 until 2012, for the purpose of application of the regression model and its variables. The research concluded in his analysis and his experiments on a set of findings and conclusions, and is the existence of a large gap between the need for residential units and between what is on offer from these units as well as to the security situation unstable, which was an obstacle in front of a lot of projects and investors feared the lack of confidence in investing their money because the head of a coward money and the lack of investment law of any absence of the mechanism of implementation of the Investment Law and the deterioration of the residential environment and its decline in the cities and neighborhoods with ancient architectural value centers.

Prices of Crude oil are characterized by being fluctuated on the international level, due to it’s being influenced by economic and political factors, since crude oil is a international strategic commodity, heavy and unexpected fluctuations in oil prices produces economic effects on both oil exporters and importers countries. The current study aims to determine the extent of Iraqi economy’s reliance on crude oil revenues during the study period. besides, it aims at revealing the effects of oil prices decrease on selected Iraqi economy's indicators, the study also aims suggesting solutions to the issue of oil revenues reliance . the study depends on descriptive analytic approach which analyzes statics and economic indicators in order to obtain the results and reanalyze it, the data resource were mainly derived from Iraqi competent authorities and International organizations, the study comes up with several results, such as crude oil revenues consists (80%) to (92,5%) from total public revenues, oil revenues ration in formation GDP reached (49%) in 2013, real growth ratio of GDP was declined into (1.5%) in 2014 after being (6,1%) in 2013, crude oil export revenues consists (99%) of total exports in study period, national currency prices were declined into (6,5%) against US$ in the first quarter of 2015, the study proposes some recommendations among which is the necessity of stimulating the manufacturing sector by directing public purchasing of services and commodities toward national production, attracting foreign industrial investments, renovating and operating military industrial facilities, establishing mixed economy industrial and agricultural projects, in addition, the study recommended the necessity of implementing the non-oil public incomes.

That the choice of a branch of the study in the fourth preparatory phase affected by several indicators measured like brushed student in third grade average and is measured indicators related to the desire of the parents and the student's desire and circumstances experienced by the student.
The applications have statistics in real life a prominent role in the development of solutions and to identify the factors affecting the phenomenon without the other. The analysis method is featured one of the important means used in the process of excellence for specific groups under study. We decided to use this method for the classification of students passing from the intermediate stage to the scientific and literary branches in the fourth grade preparatory particular it is a new experience to divide the students after they swear after the fourth stage of the preparatory.
Where the sample size was taken (50) Single random sample reconnaissance sample was distributed to middle school students in a beautiful area schools in Rusafa of Baghdad divided into 25 single from the scientific section and 25 single literary section.
It was found that the most important lessons that we rely on to classify students as the scientific and literary branch is Arabic and English, physics, mathematics, history, geography and computer material and the desire of parents is a high percentage.
It provides researchers recommends the distribution of a questionnaire for students applying to study normal to see their desire and the desire of parents to choose the desired section.
