The aim of the research was to identify the effect of directional change exercises in developing the kinetic pace of young soccer goalkeepers.

This study aimed to prepare an educational curriculum with proposed skill exercises and multimedia, and to know the effect of skill exercises for fresh skills in rotation and change of direction in basketball. Where the sample was chosen in an intentional manner, whose number is (32) students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Science / Al-Mustansiriya University, and the researcher used the experimental approach (for the two groups that are symmetrical), where an educational curriculum was prepared with suggested skill exercises and multimedia for the skill of the freshman in spinning and changing the direction of basketball Here, the focus of the research problem is not using modernity and modern techniques to learn the skills required. The researcher assumed that there are statistically significant differences for the educational curriculum with skillful exercises and multimedia for the post test in favor of the experimental group. The researcher concluded that the educational curriculum with proposed skill exercises, the two skills were learned in one month, and it had a positive and highly effective effect in learning the fresh skill of spinning and changing the direction of basketball. And the researcher recommended the use of modernity in teaching methods and modern techniques in learning the rest of the skills in basketball, as well as the large number of typical observations and feedback for skill and for the learner to reach the correct technique faster, more accurately and with less time.

The study aimed to prepare functional strength training for young squash players, and to identify the effect of functional strength training in improving eye-arm compatibility and their spatial accuracy. The researcher adopted the experimental approach by designing the experimental and control groups on young squash players in the Army Sports Club for the Sports Season (2019) of ( 10) Players, all of them were intentionally chosen to represent the study sample at a percentage of (100%), and then they were divided into two experimental and control groups, each group of them (6) players, and they are the community of the phenomenon observed in the study problem themselves. The frame of reference for functional strength training by adopting the method of high-intensity interval training and by using different resistances to train the muscles of the core and extremities, including acceleration, stabilization and deceleration in order to improve movement ability and central strength by adopting not damage to balance and training the opposing muscles in an equal manner, At the rate of two units per training week for a period of (10) consecutive weeks, for a total of (20) training units. As for the control group, it was satisfied with the exercises followed with them in the Army Sports Club.
