This research deals with the actions of the taxpayers, are they described as good and bad as
self-attributes, based on them, and then they are independent of the commands and prohibitions
of God Almighty? or it is described as good; Because God Almighty has commanded it, and it
is described as ugly. Because God Almighty has forbidden it? Does the mind have the ability to
comprehend this in isolation from the Sharia, and thus the doer of good will be rewarded, and
the sinner will be punished in the Hereafter? This is the subject of research.

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of Messengers.
The importance of the purified Prophetic Sunnah is not hidden from anyone, as it
is the second source of legislation in Islam. The topic of research was in relation to the honorable
Prophetic Sunnah, so I chose to write about Mrs. Fatima bint Qais bint Khalid (radi
May God be pleased with her) in order to shed light on the efforts of the great companion
Fatimah bint Qais (may God be pleased with her),
After relying on God Almighty, I collected everything that was written about the great
companion Fatimah bint Qais (may God be pleased with her), no matter how easy it was
for me to obtain it from layers, biographies, crime books, modification and translations, then
I collected and studied her narrations. The chapters of Imam Muslim (may God Almighty
have mercy on him) and I made them among the requirements. I translated the hadith for
the narrators, as well as I judge the hadith based on the sayings of the scholars, if any, and I
showed the strange hadith, as well as mentioning the general meaning of the hadith and the
benefits deduced from it.

Ibn Qutayba presents us with an important bibliography that specialized in mentioning an
important segment in the Islamic community, except for the teachers, by writing the acquaintances,
briefly, and all the names that he mentioned were among the trustworthy ones at that
time, in mentioning the hadith, while indicating the importance of the teacher by mentioning
them in a single chapter within the writing, and comparing what Mention with mention in
other sources of codification of these personalities.

This penetration of the digital world led to the production of modern and sophisticated
means of communication in various aspects of life, especially in social communication,
which worked to change the daily lifestyles of individuals, their social relations, and their
familiar traditional ways of interaction. The Internet comes at the forefront of these achievements
without a competitor, as it has brought about radical changes that affected human
life in their different age groups, especially those arising one, and affected aspects of their
religious, social, intellectual, cultural and even political lives, resulting in an intellectual and
moral crisis, which led to the deterioration of the reality of digital education.
Which requires us to adapt to this tremendous progress and strive to create compatibility
between the (receiver) the learner and the (giver) from the teacher, the family and the community,
by providing the younger individual with self-learning from scientific competencies,
intellectual skills, and distinct moral behavioral standards in line with our tolerant Islamic
religion, values and principles, and at the same time relying on himself, with internal motivation
and complete independence, while obtaining feedback that shows the extent of his
progress towards achieving goals, which leads to increased self-confidence, self-satisfaction
and encouragement to creativity.

Sharia has paid great attention to the ruler (the head of the state), entrusted him with
many rulings, and imposed serious duties on him, as he represents the top of the Islamic political
system and from whom decisive matters and important decisions are issued.
Sharia takes this matter into account; therefore, it sets conditions in the ruler that are not
required in others, and commit the nation to pledge allegiance to him, submit and obey him.
Although the Islamic texts indicate clearly to the necessity of obeying the rulers, but this
obedience is restricted with restrictions and controls. If these controls are not available in the
decision of the ruler, then it is not obligatory to obey him. These controls are:
1-The ruler must fulfill the requirements.
2- That his decisions do not contradict Sharia.
3- To include a legitimate interest.

This research deals with issues related to the accused, an explanation of their cases according
to the jurists, and the ruling of each case. The research also addressed the issue of
searching the letters of the accused and reviewing their letters

with the problem from all its sides, and there is no sane Muslim who will refuse peaceful
and fraternal cooperation for the benefit of humanity with any seeker of good in this time,
and any follower of calls for rapprochement and cooperation between religions will find that
the calls of Western Christian churches for rapprochement and cooperation with Muslims In
the interest of humanity, there are many and many under different names. These calls are
faced with a major obstacle, which is that the collective memory of Muslims is still engraved

The trend towards the application of the circular economy is a sustainable development

My research came with an introduction and three topics. I mentioned in the introduction
general matters about the year of delegations and the nature of this year in terms of Muslim
victories that paved the way for this year. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him
peace, and I knew about those tribes and mentioned the story of the delegation. Then came
the third topic in which I mentioned the analytical study for this year in terms of prophetic
