The study highlights the trends, adopted by researchers to explore the digital
content in order to access information, and benefit from them by using various
research tools and strategies ,and the extent of their knowledge of these strategies
and tools provided by the Internet environment, in order to retrieve the best results
and more effective access, to achieve the goal of the process. The study targeted a
sample of higher degrees, in the Ministry of Youth and Sports and those known to the
Research and Studies Center, The study came out with a set of results that showed
the sample's demand on the tools and research strategies, that do not need digital
skills, and move away from the tools and strategies that need information awareness
for use. The study recommended the necessity of developing the skill capabilities of
the study sample, and the research center and studies center efforts to attract
researchers, and develop their capabilities in searching and investigating information,
and ensuring their communication, in order to preserve the informational awareness
level, and develop it to cope with the challenges.

The current research aims to clarify the role that professional skills for human resources play in achieving knowledge sharing in institutions. The importance of the research is highlighted by noting the growing interest in the concepts of human resources in the success of knowledge sharing in developed countries and trying to apply these concepts in the Iraqi environment. To achieve the research objectives, Aquestionnaire was prepared in accordance with the aim of the research, as it was distributed in the researched libraries. All directors who hold administrative and technical positions in the researched university libraries were selected as the study population, in addition to selecting all library workers, who numbered (120) directors and workers, as a sample for the research.
The data obtained from the researched field were analyzed using the correlation coefficient and linear regression models as well, which helped to reach a set of conclusions, the most important of which is “the presence of a significant correlation between human resources and knowledge sharing in the selected Iraqi libraries
These results are interpreted to mean that the more the management of the researched libraries pays attention to The developing the skills of employees whenever in leads to the success and enhancement of their knowledge sharing, there is a significant effect of professional skills on knowledge sharing in the libraries studied. The explanatory power was explained by the variance occurring in knowledge sharing Resulting from employees practicing professional skills, and at the level of sub-dimensions, all dimensions had an impact on knowledge sharing, and the (hard skills) dimension had the highest impact. Accordingly, the conclusion is adopted that the library administration can achieve its goals in promoting knowledge sharing and make it successful by relying on the employees’ practice of professional skills, which are represented by hard skills.
In light of the conclusions, he presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is “directing library management towards exploiting the positive nature of the relationship between the professional skills of human resources and knowledge sharing at the level of the main variables and sub-dimensions, which contributes to improving skills and increasing comprehensive and explicit knowledge associated with completing tasks in libraries

The current research aims to identify:
1. The level of environmental educational values among middle school student.
2. The significance of statistical differences in environmental educational values according to the variables of gender (males - females) and specialization (literary - scientific),The research community consisted of middle school students in Baladruz district for the academic year 2022/2023. The research sample consisted of The core sample consisted of (200) male and female middle school students who were chosen by a simple random method.
The current research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the researcher prepared a measure of environmental educational values based on theoretical aspects and previous studies. The final form of the measure consisted of (24) that were distributed into three components to measure environmental educational values, and he reached the following research results:
1. Preparatory school students have a high level of environmental educational values.
2. There are no statistically significant differences in gender (males - females) among middle school students, and there are statistically significant differences in specialization (literary - scientific) in favor of scientific specialization among middle school students, and there is no effect of bilateral interactions in the variables of gender and specialization in Environmental educational values.
In light of the research results, the research reached a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals

The current research aimed to identify self-worth and its relationship to mental alertness and social intelligence among university students. The research sample consisted of (262) male and female students from the College of Education/Al-Mustansiriya University/Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance. The adopted measures which were applied are as follows: Self-worth according to (Crocker et al, 2001,(and its number of items is 29 items, and the reliability index reached (0.758), and the Mindfulness scale of (Abdullah, 2013) and its number of items is 27 items, and the reliability index reached (0.766), and the social intelligence scale of (Silvera, et, al, 2021, and its number of items is 20 items, and its reliability index reached (0.789), and using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the t-test, the results showed: The sample members of university students enjoyed self-worth, Mindfulness, social intelligence, and there was a significant positive correlation. Statistically between: the variables of self-worth and Mindfulness, and the variables of Mindfulness and social intelligence, and a statistically significant negative correlation between the variables of self-worth and social intelligence, and the reached some recommendations and suggestions for further research.

The effective research targeted the Effectiveness of a Positive Intervention Style Counseling program in reducing Fear of Academic Failure among middle School of students Evening study, and verifying this through the null hypotheses that the researcher learns. To achieve the goal of the research, it required building two tools: the Fear of Learning Scale, The theory of Lazarus (1991) was relied upon, and (22) items were constructed, distributed over (5) components, and the psychometric gains of the robust measurement were verified on a given statistical analysis (300) students, and its construct validity indicators were calculated, The reliability coefficient using the test and retest method was (0.84). Regarding the extension program, the researcher adopted an experimental design with two experimental and control groups with a pre- and post-test. The researcher built the program according to the positive intervention method based on Seligman’s theory in positive psychology, with (10) sessions containing different titles, and after the end of the program’s application; The researcher applied the post-test (the fear of academic failure scale) to members of the two groups, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the members of the experimental group. After (45) days had passed after applying the post-test, the deferred test was applied, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the two applications which indicates the effectiveness of the guidance program in reducing the fear of academic failure among middle school students studying in the evening, The research came out with a number of recommendations and proposals.

The descriptive method was employed in the qualitative study by conducting in-depth interviews with (15) experts in the fields of public relations and artificial intelligence. The research reached a pivotal result represented by the existence of a correlational relationship Strong between opinion using artificial intelligence techniques and the professional context of public relations under artificial intelligence (0.91), between opinion using artificial intelligence and the current roles of artificial intelligence in public relations (0.84), and between opinion using artificial intelligence and future trends for public relations under artificial intelligence Adult (0.92). The researcher recommends that public relations practitioners learn to use artificial intelligence techniques professionally because it will be among an increasing number of techniques that public relations departments will use in organizations.

The research aims to identify the news values that producers rely on in selecting, identifying and broadcasting feature stories on the Monte Carlo Morning and BBC Extra programs. The research adopted the main question: What are the news values in the content of the radio feature for the BBC Extra and Sabah Monte Carlo programs on BBC Arabic and Monte Carlo International radio stations? To achieve the research objectives of determining the news values in the radio feature, knowing the most prominent types of feature stories, and revealing the ranking of local issues on the two radio stations.
The researcher used the survey method as “an organized scientific effort to obtain data, information, and descriptions of the phenomenon.” and the content analysis tool was based on a purposive sample of episodes of the two programs, which amounted to 524 episodes, 365 for the Monte Carlo morning program and 159 episodes for the BBC Extra program and the most prominent results are:
-The two programs rely on news values in broadcasting stories that deal with local issues.
-The value of human concerns came first in the ranking of values in the two programs.
-Social issues ranked first, followed by security, economic, and political issues, respectively.
