Abstract

The Arab heritage is the title of the glory of the nation and the mirror of the intellectual and mental noise of our scholars who are the most precious of human culture With the eyes of wisdom and knowledge in every field of science، they have left their heritage a precious deposit and a sacred trust
to generations، which lacks the mobilization of all their forces to show it as a realizer. This heritage
that we have been called with، which is the best means and tool for the Arabic quilt، the promotion
of the realization of the heritage of our scholars، and the identification of what they have created in
writing and teaching، is one of the most important and important aspects of the world to promote the
glory of this world، whichis the image of To renew the memory of its men، who in various Arabic
sciences have achieved a superiority attested to by their books، which until today have remained an
authentic source of our glue language.
One of the lines of our scholars is to take care of the art of book introductions، explain them and
put footnotes on them because of the benefits they carry، and from these is our author، may Allah
have mercy on him، he explained the introduction of the book of the Mediterranean on the adequacy
and highlights the importance of this small footnote in an important matter، which is:

grammatical views، although few، and is the first demonstration of his scientific personality، al

Abstract

of the research : This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effect of the (K.U.D) strategy on the literary achievement of fifth grade students in the subject of rhetoric. The students of the experimental group who study the subject of rhetoric using the strategy (K.U.D) and the average scores of the students of the control group who study the same subject in the traditional way in the post-achievement test prepared by the two researchers. Diyala Governorate to be their research community, and they randomly chose the Knowledge High School for Boys to form a sample for research, as the research sample amounted to 72 students, 36 for the experimental group, 36 for the control group, and the research reached results, the most important of which is the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in the collection of rhetoric.

اجري هذا البحث بهدف التعرف على اثر استراتيجية ) K.U.D ( في تحصيل طلاب الصف الخامس
الادبي في مادة البلاغة،وللتحقق من هدف البحث صاغ الباحثان الفرضية الصفرية الاتية : لا يوجد
فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة) 05،0 ( بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين
يدرسون مادة البلاغة بإستراتيجية ) K.U.D ( ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون
المادة نفسها بالطريقة التقليدية في الاختبار التحصيلي البعدي الذي اعده الباحثان، واعتمد الباحثان
التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي لمجموعة البحث، وشمل المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على
الاختبار التحصيلي، واختار الباحثان مدارس محافظة ديالى لتكون مجتمع بحثهما، واختارا عشوائياً
اعدادية المعارف للبنين التكون عينة للبحث،اذ بلغ عينة البحث 72 طالباً، 36 للمجموعة التجريبية، 36
للمجموعة الضابطة،وتوصل البحث الى نتائج اهمها تفوق المجموعة التجريبية على المجموعة الضابطة
في تحصيل مادة البلاغة.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the master of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad and his family and companions.
After:
The title of the research: between {said women} in Surat Yusuf and {said the Arab} in Al-Hujurat (an analytical and graphical study).
I have done a comparison between the two verses accompanied by a detailed study of the related terms and meanings, and an analysis of what is contained in them, and the resulting science, which is the research of which, the research came in nine topics: the first devoted to the occasion, and the second: showed the reason for the descent, and the third: The fourth is to speak of grammar and the statement of his face in Arabic, and the words of linguists and morphologists in them, and the fifth: I talked about the language and meanings contained in the two verses, then the sixth: and made it to the rhetoric contained in them, and in the seventh: mentioned And the statement or the general meaning therein, followed by the eighth: It contains With their graphic touches, and Then ninth: It reported the benefits and deductions of the two generations.
In conclusion - which we ask God Hassan - showed that the great Koran is tight and interrelated meanings between Surat and his verses and even his letters, it is miraculous with the word and meaning, does not come falsehood from his hands or behind him download from Hakim Hamid.
And that the two verses between the verbal and moral similarity in some aspects, especially with regard to the linguistic and graphic, and specifically the grammatical and morphological aspect, as contained in the other two verses included in this research.

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين، سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه
أجمعين.
أما بعد؛ فعنوان البحث: بين }قال نسوة{ في سورة يوسف و }قالت الأعراب{ في سورة الحجرات )دراسة
تحليلية بيانية(.
وقد عملت مقارنة بين الآيتين مصحوبة بدراسة تفصيلية لما يتعلق بهما من الألفاظ والمعاني، وتحليل
لما ورد فيهما، وما تمخض عنهما من العلوم التي تكون البحث منها، وجاء البحث في تسعة مباحث:
خصصت الأول منها للمناسبة، والثاني: بينت فيه سبب النزول، والثالث: أفردته للقراءات الواردة فيهما،
والرابع: جاء الكلام فيه عن النحو وبيان وجهه في العربية، وأقوال اللغويين والصرفيين فيهما، أما الخامس:
فقد تحدثت فيه عن اللغة والمعاني الواردة في الآيتين، ثم السادس: وجعلته لما ورد فيهما من بلاغة، وفي
السابع: ذكرت التفسير والبيان أو المعنى العام فيهما، وتلاه الثامن: وقد حوى ما فيهما من لمسات بيانية، ثم
التاسع: وذكرت فيه الفوائد والاستنباطات من الايتين الكريمتين.
وفي الخاتمة - التي نسأل الله حسنها - بينت أن القران العظيم محكم ومترابط المعاني بين سوره وآياته
بل وحتى حروفه، فهو معجز بلفظه ومعناه، لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه تنزيل من حكيم حميد.
وأن الآيتين الكريمتين بينهما من التشابه اللفظي والمعنوي في بعض الوجوه، ولاسيما فيما يتعلق
بالجانب اللغوي والبياني، وعلى وجه التحديد الجانب النحوي والصرفي، على غرار ما حوته الآيتان من
العلوم الأخرى التي ضمنتها في هذا البحث.

Abstract

Mecca was conquered in the year (8 AH) and it was called the Conquest of the Conquests, because the Arabs were waiting for the conversion of Quraysh to Islam in order for them to convert to Islam. They used to say that Quraysh were the people of the “Haram” (sanctuary), and Allah had granted them protection from the Companions of the Elephant. Therefore, if they were defeated, no one would be able to do stop the Muslims. When Allah granted the Muslims the conquest of Mecca, they entered into Allah’s religion in groups of tribes as a whole, after they had entered as individuals. Polytheism never stood a chance after it. The majority of scholars and biographers of the Prophet (PBUH) believe that Mecca was conquered by force. On the other hand, Al-Shafi’I, and a narration on the authority of Ibn Hanbal, state that it was conquered in peaceful a reconciliation.
The title of our research is ‘Mentioning the men and women whose blood was shed by the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) on the day of the conquest of Mecca, and those among them who survived by converting to Islam: causes and consequences. The research mentions their news, their biographies, their names, and their position of the Islamic call in the era of the Prophet, in the light of the sources of the authentic Prophet’s biography.
The truth is that the sources of the Prophet’s biography are the main component of the historical material in which we find writing the biographies of those we mentioned. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar collected the names of those whose blood the Prophet (PBUH) shed from the fragments of the narrations. Accordingly, the number of men reached nine and the number of women eight. It was said otherwise elsewhere. Those whose blood was shed were those who inflicted severe harm on the Muslims, the wasting of whose blood was an example to those who bent themselves to injustice and tyranny, hoping to escape punishment and hoping for the mercy of Islam and the kindness of its followers.

تم فتح مكة سنة ) 8ه( وسمي فتح الفتوح؛ لأن العرب كانت تنتظر بإسلامها اسلام قريش ويقولون هم
أهل الحرم وقد أجارهم الله من أصحاب الفيل ،فان غلبوا فلا طاقة لأحد به ،فلما فتح الله مكة دخلوا في دين
الله أفواجا قبائل على جملتها بعد ان كانوا يدخلون أفرادا ولم يقم للشرك قائمة بعده.وجماهير العلماء، وأهل
السير : إن مكة فتحت عنوة. وقال الشافعي- ورواية عن أحمد- إنها فتحت صلحا.
وعنوان بحثنا: ذكر الرجال والنساء الذين أهدر دمهم رسول الله يوم فتح مكة ومن نجا بإسلامه.
أسباب ونتائج. ذاكرا أخبارهم وتراجمهم، وضبط اسمائهم، وموقفهم من الدعوة الإسلامية ،في عصر النبوة
في ضوء مصادر السيرة النبوية الأصيلة.
والحق أن مصادر السيرة النبوية هو المكون الرئيسي للمادة التاريخية التي نجد فيها لكتابة تراجم أولئك
الذين ذكرناهم. وقد جمع الحافظ ابن حجر أسماء الذين أهدر النبي دماءهم من مفرقات الأخبار
فبلغ عدد الرجال تسعة وعدد النساء ثماني. وقيل غير ذلك. وهؤلاء الذين أهدرت دماؤهم كانوا ممن ألحق
الأذى الشديد بالمسلمين، فكان في إهدار دمهم عبرة لم تسول له نفسه الظلم والطغيان على أمل أن ينجو
من العقاب طمعا في رحمة الإسلام وطيبة أتباعه ... وهنالك الكثير لم أ كتبه.

Money is a means of purchasing various necessities and a means to meet daily requirements; Without money, a person cannot buy what he needs, and it also provides psychological security for a person. As we know, life is volatile and variable, and a person may experience days and difficult circumstances such as illness, poverty or debt, and money in this case is an element of safety undoubtedly; Where a person can bypass these circumstances and conditions. It is a means of achieving well-being and pleasure for the individual; A person who has money with which he can travel and migrate from one country to another and buy whatever he wants of necessary and luxuries. When money is invested in charitable causes, it is a source of increasing one’s good deeds; The person who owns money and gives it in charity to the poor and needy will receive the great reward for that from the Lord of the worlds. On the other hand, when money is spent or used in the face of evil, such as extravagance, extravagance and other taboos, it will be a disaster for its owner, thus destroying societies. Abstract

Praise be to God and that is enough, and prayers and peace be upon the chosen Prophet, his family and companions, and those who guided them. The knowledge of the occasion is an honorable science, by which the minds are aware, and by it the extent of the utterer is known in what he says, and its benefit is to make the parts of speech, some of which are taken by the necks of the other, so that the connection is strengthened, and the composition becomes the state of a tight construction that fits the parts. The one, or between the verse and the verse in the multiple verses, or between the surah and the surah.
The proportionality in the Holy Qur’an can be seen from more than one side. It may be looking at the proportionality in terms of arranging the surahs according to the pattern found in the Qur’an and the wisdom of mentioning this surah after that. It may be looking at the proportionality between verses and wisdom from making this verse after that, and looking into that in the Holy Qur’an verse by verse, and the proportion between the opening and the conclusion in a surah may be like looking at the opening and closing of the cow and so on, or it may be between the end of the surah and the opening of the surah that The study in this research was limited to the last section, which is the proportionality between the conclusion of the surah and the opening of the next surah.

الحمد لله وكفى، والصلاة والسلام على النبي المصطفى وعلى آله وأصحابه ومن بهداهم اقتفى. إن علم
المناسبة علم شريف، تحرز بها العقول , ويعرف به قدر القائل فيما يقول، وفائدته جعل أجزاء الكلام بعضها
اخذ بأعناق بعض فيقوى بذلك الارتباط، ويصير التأليف حاله حال البناء المحكم المتلائم الاجزاء،
والمناسبة: هي بيان وجه الارتباط بين الجملة و الجملة في الآية الواحدة، او بين الآية و الآية في الآيات
المتعددة, او بين السورة و السورة.
إن التناسب في القرآن الكريم يمكن ان ينظر اليه من اكثر من جهه فقد يكون النظر في التناسب من
حيث ترتيب السور على النسق الموجود في المصحف و الحكمه في ذكر هذه السورة بعد تلك. وقد يكون
النظر في التناسب بين الآيات و الحكمه من جعل هذه الايه بعد تلك، وتقصي النظر في ذلك في القرآن
الكريم آية آية، وقد يكون التناسب بين المفتتح والخاتمه في السوره كالنظر في مفتتح البقره وخاتمتها وهكذا
أو قد يكون بين خاتمه السوره ومفتتح السوره التي يليها وقد اقتصرت الدراسه في هذا البحث على القسم
الاخير و هو التناسب بين خاتمه السوره ومفتتح السوره التي يليها.

Abstract

The research deals with the subject of the Qur’anic verses related consumers’ rights and the production and marketing of products. It an objective, explanatory study about consumers’ rights and the products production and marketing. It includes the Qur’anic verses on consumer rights, producing and marketing products with interpreting and commenting on them.
The problem of the research is discussed in the second question: What are the Qur’anic verses about consumer rights and the production and marketing of products? what do scholars say about these points? The search results show that consumers have legal legislative rights. Allah has bestowed many blesses as well as laws to obey on man. HE also provides various types of protections against aggression and violation. Readers of Holy Qur’an notice verses dealing with consumers’ rights. These verses strictly forbid cheating and double standards. The verses also warn to Muslims not to give less in measures. Trade, in Islam, is influenced by set of rules that merchants must
adhere to.
Islam urges merchants to sell good commodities, have reasonable profits, not to swear to sell things and not to cheat. If the merchant is honest, Islam prohibits monopoly and urges the improvement of products. These topics are concerned with the legal origins about contemporary transactions. They fight fraud, pilferage, usury and monopoly because of their bad consequences. دراسة موضوعية تفسيرية وهنالك العديد من الأهداف التي يرجو الباحث من تحقيقها من خلال هذا البحث
منها جمع مادة حقوق المستهلك و إنتاج وتسويق المنتجات في القرآن الكريم في بحث علمي محقق
وبيان مفهوم وضوابط حقوق المستهلك و إنتاج وتسويق المنتجات عند علماء التفسير بجانب دراسة
الآيات القرآنية الواردة في حقوق المستهلك و إنتاج وتسويق المنتجات وتفسيرها والتعليق عليها، وتتمثل
مشكلة البحث في السؤال التالي: ما الآيات القرآنية الواردة في حقوق المستهلك و إنتاج وتسويق المنتجات

والضمانات من الإعتداء والإنتهاك ويلاحظ الناظر في القرآن الكريم أن هناك بعض الآيات القرآنية الواردة في
حقوق المستهلك، من تلك الآيات ما ورد في تحريم الغش والكيل بمكيالين وقد تضمنت الآيات الواردة في
ذلك تحذير للمسلمين من التساهل في التطفيف وضرورة والوفاء بالكيل ومن المسائل التي تحفظ حقوق
المستهلك عدم تعامل البائع معه بالربا فهو محرم بنص كتاب الله العزيز ، ومن حقوق المستهلك العدل
وعدم الظلم من بائع السلعة أو الخدمة والمنتج، فالتجارة في الإسلام تحكمها ضوابط وقيم أخلاقية ينبغي
على التجار التحلي بها وهناك الكثير من الآيات القرآنية الواردة في إنتاج وتسويق المستهلكات مثل آيات
حب الخير للآخرين ومنع الضرر وتحريم الكذب والإحسان وتجويد المنتجات وغير ذلك وجعلت الشريعة
الإسلامية من خلال ما ورد ذي نصوص الكتاب والسنة للبيع آداباً كثيرة منها عدم المغالاة في الربح وصدق
المعاملة واجتناب الحلف ولو كان التاجر صادقاً وكتابة الدين والإشهاد عليه وكما ورد في الشريعة الإسلامية
النهي عن الاحتكار وضرورة الإحسان وتجويد المنتجات ومن توصيات البحث ضرورة الكتابة في مثل هذه
الموضوعات التي تعنى بالتأصيل الشرعي للمعاملات المعاصرة وضرورة تضافر الجهود الرسمية والشعبية
في محاربة الغش والتطفيف والربا والاحتكار لما فيها من مفاسد شتى والعناية بسن القوانين واللوائح التي
تحرم استغلال المستهلك والضرر به، والله الهادي إلى سواء السبيل.

التحكيم هو أحد وسائل الفصل في المنازعات ، فهو النظام الذي بمقتضاه يمكن الفصل في المنازعة
بواسطة افراد عاديين بعيداً عن قضاء الدولة ) ( . لم يحظ الموضوع في القانون كما حظي به التحكيم التجاري 1
الدولي من اهتمام بالغ سواء على الصعيد العالمي او الإقليمي. وذلك لكون اضحي الوسيلة المثلى لحل
النزاعات الناجمة عن اعمال التجارة الدولية ، فضلاً عن ذلك نجد ان مووع التحكيم قد لاق اهتمام به من
