Abstract
The aim of the present research is to clarify the pillars of the international responsibility for the damages caused by satellites so that the launching State takes the international responsibility which may be either an absolute responsibility or a fault – based responsibility and the basis for this responsibility.However, before we address the statement of the damage , we clarify what is meant by satellites and their different types and make a general idea about the damages caused by them.

يهدف البحث الى بيان أركان المسؤولية الدولية عن الاضرار التي تسببها الاقمار الصناعية للوصول الى تحمل دولة الاطلاق المسؤولية الدولية التي قد تكون مسؤولية مطلقة أو مسؤولية مستندة إلى الخطأ وبيان الأسس التي تقوم عليها هذه المسؤولية، ولكن قبل أن نتطرق لبيان احكام المسؤولية الدولية عن الاضرار التي تسببها الاقمار الصناعية لابد من معرفة ماذا يقصد بالاقمار الصناعية وأنواعها ونكون فكرة عامة عن الاضرار التي تسببها الاقمار الصناعية
