Abstract : The issue of the role international law in protecting water security comes to constitute very important issue for many countries of the world after many experts in the issue of international waters witnessed that this issue will witness a lot of conflict, as is the case with (oil) and the research also showed the effects of water shortage in the two continents of Asia And Africa and what countries in these two continents suffer from the effects of water shortage, especially the Arab countries, because of the limited water resources, and the corresponding large increase in the population in these countries, which constitutes a water deficit. After the source countries such as Iran and Turkey a flagrant breach of the rules of international law, that we can say that the research methods depends on more than one methods , the descriptive procedures of the research problem and analytical procedures that we reach to many findings the most important one the increasing of population in the countries of water sources watch can look to it out the problem of water sources . the researcher finds many recommendation one of it the depending on the modern irrigation methods and neglect the tradition way that it use nowadays .the research included an introduction, two topics, four demands, a conclusion, results, recommendations, and a list of sources and references.
