Abstract:
Malaysia is an Islamic country from Southeast Asian countries, known for its diverse ethnic composition, which is treated as an enrichment and payment within the framework of national unity and societal cohesion, and the Malaysian constitution was able to develop materials in line with the nature of a multi-ethnic and multi-religious society. The right to vote and not to deprive any group of society of the right to contribute to the political process. The standard of elections in Malaysia is to be fair and free from suspicions. The electoral process is based on the existence of an electoral system based on elections In the light of the simple elections, and in light of the 2018 elections, opposition candidate Dr. Mahathir Muhammad won the legislative elections at the head of the coalition of opposition parties, Pakatan Harappan, with a majority in Parliament, to fill the post of Prime Minister of Malaysia, thereby putting an end to the governments of the “Barisan National” coalition, which continued in the country 60 Years, and this is the second era of Mahathir Muhammad's rule. He previously ruled from 1981-2003, and this second era and the first slogan presented by Dr. "Mahathir Muhammad" eliminated corruption, which motivated the masses to return this seasoned politician.
